Claims (26)
- Bürste (5) zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf die Keratinfasern, umfassend:i. einen Kern (10),ii. Borsten (11), die von dem Kern getragen sind und anders als durch Spritzgießen mit dem Kern hergestellt sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste mindestens einen Abschnitt (1', 1") umfasst, der gekrümmte Borsten umfasst, die sich gerichtet und gekrümmt vom Kern bis zu einem freien Ende im gleichen Umfangssinn um den Kern herum erstrecken.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 1, bei der die gekrümmten Borsten ohne Wellungen sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern linksverdrillt ist.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten, wenn man die Bürste gemäß ihrer Achse von ihrem distalen Ende aus auf ihr proximales Ende zu betrachtet, im Uhrzeigersinn gerichtet sind.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten, wenn man die Bürste gemäß ihrer Achse von ihrem distalen Ende aus auf ihr proximales Ende zu betrachtet, entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn gerichtet sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste mindestens einen Abschnitt umfasst, der gekrümmte Borsten umfasst, die allgemein im selben axialen Sinn gerichtet sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens 20 % ihrer Borsten gekrümmt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens 50 % ihrer Borsten gekrümmt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens 80 % ihrer Borsten gekrümmt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen 5 und 60 Borsten pro Windung umfasst.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten aus einem thermoplastischen Material hergestellt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Borsten zwischen 5/100 und 35/100 mm beträgt.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Borsten zwischen 1 und 7 mm, insbesondere zwischen 2 und 5 mm, beträgt.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Mischung von Borsten mit verschiedenen Längen umfasst.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Borsten von verschiedenen Naturen umfasst.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur die längsten Borsten (11a) der Bürste eine gekrümmte Form aufweisen, wobei die anderen (11b) sich vom Kern aus geradlinig erstrecken.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Borsten umfasst, die aus Werkstoffen hergestellt sind, die verschiedene Glasübergangstemperaturen besitzen, wobei nur die Borsten, die aus dem Werkstoff mit der niedrigsten Glasübergangstemperatur hergestellt sind, gekrümmt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den gekrümmten Borsten verliehene Krümmung sich in mindestens zwei verschiedenen Ebenen definiert.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bürste zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf die Keratinfasern, insbesondere auf die Wimpern oder Augenbrauen, umfassend den folgenden Schritt:Borsten der Bürste nach ihrer Einfügung auf dem Kern der Bürste durch Kontakt mit einer heißen Fläche (21) krümmen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, bei dem die Fläche sich in einer Relativbewegung bezüglich der Bürste befindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der beiden vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche (21) vorzugsweise von einem Werkstoff gebildet ist, der eine relativ geringe Wärmeleitfähigkeit besitzt, insbesondere einem Silicon, einem fluorierten Polymer, insbesondere einem Polytetrafluorethylen, oder einem anderen mineralischen Werkstoff als einem Metall, insbesondere Graphit.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste um ihre Achse (Y) in Drehung versetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die heiße Fläche (21) von einem Behandlungsorgan (20) gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Behandlungsorgan (20) in Drehung versetzt wird, wobei die Bürste feststehend ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die heiße Fläche (21) während der Behandlung axial bewegt wird.
- Maschine zur Herstellung einer Bürste zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf die Keratinfasern, wobei diese Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 25 dient, wobei diese Maschine umfasst:i. einen Träger (30, 31), der ausgebildet ist, um mindestens eine Bürste (5) zu tragen,ii. ein Organ (20) zur Behandlung mindestens dieser Bürste, umfassend:- eine Fläche (21), die ausgebildet ist, um mit Borsten der Bürste in Kontakt zukommen,- Heizmittel (22) zum Erhitzen dieser Fläche, undiii. Mittel zum Erzeugen einer Relativbewegung des Trägers und des Behandlungsorgans, um die Ausrichtung der Borsten der Bürste, die mit der Fläche (21) des Behandlungsorgans (20) in Kontakt kommen, auf eine vordefinierte Weise zu ändern.
