Claims (11)
- Fahrzeugkran mit einem Unterwagen und einem um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar darauf angeordneten Oberwagen, mit einer am Oberwagen angelenkten, um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbaren Auslegereinrichtung zum Heben einer Last sowie einer als Superlifteinrichtung ausgebildeten traglaststeigemden Gegengewichtseinrichtung, die mit dem Oberwagen in der Weise verbunden ist, dass das Gegengewicht der Superlifteinrichtung (SL-Gegengewicht) zur Ausführung von Schwenkbewegungen des Oberwagens vom Boden abhebbar und der Schwenkradius des SL-Gegengewichts veränderbar ist, und mit einer elektronischen Steuerungseinrichtung zur Betätigung von Antriebsaggregaten des Fahrzeugkrans, die mindestens mit einer Recheneinrichtung und für die Bedienperson des Fahrzeugkrans mit einem Display sowie einer Eingabeeinrichtung zur Dateneingabe versehen ist, wobei
in der elektronischen Steuerungseinrichtung ein Programm gespeichert ist, welches aus den Parametern Lastgröße und Lastradius sowie Größe des SL-Gegengewichts und SL-Gegengewichtsradius unter Berücksichtigung der Stabilitäts- und Kapazitätskriterien des Fahrzeugkrans ein Arbeitsfeld ermittelt und auf dem Display graphisch darstellt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arbeitsfeld eine obere Begrenzung und eine untere Begrenzung aufweist, innerhalb deren die jeweils in der Grafik dargestellten Parameter bei Konstanz der übrigen Parameter gefahrlos veränderbar sind und dabei ein Abheben des SL-Gegengewichts vom Boden gewährleistbar ist, und wobei die aktuelle Größe der Parameter der Grafik im laufenden Kranbetrieb innerhalb des Arbeitsfeldes ebenfalls anzeigbar, insbesondere graphisch anzeigbar ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungen des Arbeitsfeldes durch Linienzüge, insbesondere unterschiedlich strukturierte und/oder unterschiedlich farbige Linienzüge darstellbar sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aktuelle Größe der dargestellten Parameter im laufenden Kranbetrieb durch ein Fadenkreuz in der Grafik anzeigbar ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aktuelle Größe der dargestellten Parameter im laufenden Kranbetrieb kontinuierlich selbsttätig anzeigbar ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Parameter der Lastradius und der SL-Gegengewichtsradius graphisch anzeigbar sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuerung des Fahrzeugkrans signaltechnisch mit einer Sensorik zur aktuellen Ermittlung des eingestellten Lastradius und des SL-Gegengewichtsradius verbunden ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung mit einer Meßeinrichtung zur Ermittlung der Größe der an den Fahrzeugkran aktuell anhängenden Last signaltechnisch verbunden ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung mit einem Meßgerät verbunden ist, welches einen Wert für die durch Windeinwirkung hervorgerufene Belastungsänderung repräsentiert, oder ein solcher Wert in die elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung von Hand eingebbar ist und die durch die Windkraft verursachte Änderung der Belastungssituation bei der Ermittlung der Arbeitsfeldes berücksichtigbar ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuerungseinrichtung auf einen Planungsmodus umschaltbar ist, in dem die unterschiedlichen Belastungszustände des Krans zur Vorbereitung des Arbeitsablaufs einer konkreten Hebeaufgabe simulierbar sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Planungsmodus zusätzlich ein Diagramm der Ober und Untergrenze der zulässigen Lastgröße bei gegebenem Lastradius und vorgegebener Größe des SL-Gegengewichts in Abhängigkeit vom SL-Gegengewichtsradius anzeigbar ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 -10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Recheneinrichtung der elektronischen Steuerungseinrichtung mit einem Touch-Screen zur Datenein- und -ausgabe ausgestattet ist.
