Claims (8)
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung, vorzugsweise zum Zerkleinern von biogenem Material, mit zwei nebeneinander angeordneten gegenläufig drehenden Schnecken, die am Umfang zumindest teilweise mit Siebkörben abgedeckt sind, mit einer oberhalb der Schnecken angeordneten Einfüllöffnung für das zu zerkleinernde Gut und mit einem unterhalb der Schnecken angeordneten Auffangraum für das zerkleinerte Gut, wobei die Schnecken aus mit Werkzeugen bestückten Schneckensegmenten bestehen und wobei zwischen und unterhalb der beiden Schnecken eine Leiste mit Schneidaufsätzen, die mit den Schnecken zusammenwirken, verläuft.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterhalb der Schnecken angeordneten Siebkörbe herausnehmbar in einer Siebkorbkassette eingelegt sind. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit den Schneidaufsätzen versehene Leiste lösbar in der Siebkorbkassette gehalten ist.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste mehrteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei jeder Leistenteil mit Gegenschneiden ausgerüstet ist, die radial zwischen die Werkzeuge der Schnecken ragen.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebkorbkassette mit dem Maschinenrahmen durch Verriegelungsbolzen verbunden ist.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsbolzen mittels auf jeweils einer Seite des Maschinenrahmens durch Hydraulikzylinder angetriebenen Schubstange synchron von einer geschlossenen in eine geöffnete Stellung und umgekehrt bewegbar sind.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebkörbe jeweils einerseits durch die Gegenschneidenleisten und andererseits durch Fanghäken im Maschinenrahmen festlegbar sind.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebkorbkassette mittels antreibbarer Schwenkhebel aus der Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung herausschwenkbar ist.
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Siebkorbkassette zumindstens ein Kulissenstein bzw. ―rad angeordnet ist, der in einer entsprechenden am Maschinenrahmen der Zekleinerungsvorrichtung angeordneten Kulissenbahn geführt ist.
