- Procédé pour la fabrication et/ou le traitement d'une bande de matière (12), en particulier une bande de papier ou de carton, dans lequel on dépose de la colle (18) ou un revêtement pâteux ou liquide (18) sur la bande de matière (12) et on fait passer la bande de matière (12) dans une fente de pressage pour presser la colle (18) ou le revêtement (18), dans lequel on dépose la colle (18) ou le revêtement (18) sur la bande de matière (12) au maximum sur la largeur de la bande de matière non revêtue (12), caractérisé en ce que la bande de matière (12) est portée par un entoilage de presse (22) pendant le dépôt de la colle (18) ou du revêtement (18) et en ce que l'on coupe les rives de la bande de matière (12) pour la première fois après la fente de pressage.

- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on guide, sur les deux bords de l'entoilage de presse concerné (22), comprenant au moins une bande sans fin, respectivement une bande étroite en même temps que la bande de matière (12) à travers un applicateur (16) déposant la colle (18) ou le revêtement (18) sur la bande de matière (12) et dans la fente de pressage qui suit, afin d'empêcher une contamination respective de l'entoilage de presse (22) appliqué sur la face opposée.

- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'on évacue les bandelettes (20) coupées en rives latéralement ou verticalement hors de la machine de fabrication.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'on évacue les bandelettes (20) coupées en rives au moyen d'une aspiration des bandelettes hors de la machine de fabrication.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on n'évacue les bandelettes (20) coupées en rives qu'après le transfert de la bande de matière (12) dans la partie ou la section suivante de la machine de fabrication.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que l'on n'évacue les bandelettes (20) coupées en rives qu'après le transfert de la bande de matière (12) dans la fente de pressage suivante, dans une presse offset, dans un groupe de séchage et/ou analogue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que l'on évacue les bandelettes (20) coupées en rives au moyen d'une aspiration des bandelettes hors de la machine de fabrication.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'on évacue les bandelettes (20) coupées en rives latéralement hors de la machine de fabrication.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, pour l'évacuation des bandelettes coupées en rives respectives, des éléments tels que notamment des aspirateurs, des soufflantes, des rouleaux et/ou analogues.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords de l'entoilage situés dans la région des rives de la bande de matière sont conditionnés séparément.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les zones de bord de l'entoilage sont dimensionnées de telle manière que les rives de la bande de matière soient situées à l'intérieur des zones de bord de l'entoilage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que l'eau récupérée des zones de bord de l'entoilage est traitée séparément du reste de l'eau récupérée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rives coupées de la bande de matière, encollées ou revêtues, sont traitées et réutilisées en particulier par séchage intermédiaire, neutralisation et/ou analogue, de telle manière que le milieu chimique à l'intérieur de la partie d'eau ne soit pas perturbé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un feutre de presse à bords scellés.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on rend hydrophobe l'entoilage de presse (22) ou on l'imprègne avec des agents repoussant l'eau dans la région de la première et/ou de la deuxième bandelette (20) coupée en rives.
