Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Nutzentrennung in einer Maschine (3) zur Herstellung von aus einer Materialbahn (4) ausgeschnittenen Flachmaterialstücken (E, E'), wobei die Materialbahn (4) in einer Transportrichtung (R) durch die Maschine (3) geführt wird und in der Materialbahn (4) wenigstens zwei quer zu der Transportrichtung (R) versetzte Nutzenreihen (N1, N2) vorgesehen sind, und wobei die Vorrichtung eine Schneidwalze (1) zum Ausschneiden der Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') aus der Materialbahn (4) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Nutzentrennwalze (2) vorgesehen ist, welche die ausgeschnittenen Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') jeder Nutzenreihe (N1, N2) übernimmt und eine Sauglufteinrichtung zum Halten der Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') an ihrer Umfangsfläche aufweist, wobei wenigstens zwei Transporteinrichtungen (5, 6) vorgesehen sind und wobei die Sauglufteinrichtung derart steuerbar ist, dass die der ersten Nutzenreihe (N1) zugeordneten Flachmaterialstücke (E) in einer ersten Tangentialrichtung (7) der Nutzentrennwalze (2) an die erste Transporteinrichtung (5) und die der zweiten Nutzenreihe (N2) zugeordneten Flachmaterialstücke (E') in einer zweiten Tangentialrichtung (8) der Nutzentrennwalze (2) an die zweite Transporteinrichtung (6) abgebbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtungen (5,6) quer zu der Transporteinrichtung (R) horizontal auseinander laufend angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Transporteinrichtungen (5,6) um Saugbandtransporteinrichtungen (14,16; 15,17) handelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Transporteinrichtungen (5,6) um Rollentransporteinrichtungen handelt. - Maschine zur Herstellung von aus einer Materialbahn (4) ausgeschnittenen Flachmaterialstücken (E, E') mit einer Vorrichtung zur Nutzentrennung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
- Verfahren zur Nutzentrennung in einer Maschine (3) zur Herstellung von aus einer Materialbahn (4) ausgeschnittenen Flachmaterialstücken (E, E'), wobei vor der Nutzentrennung die Materialbahn (4) in einer Transportrichtung (R) durch die Maschine (3) geführt wird, in der Materialbahn (4) wenigstens zwei quer zu der Transportrichtung (R) versetzte Nutzenreihen (N1, N2) vorgesehen und die Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') aus der Materialbahn (4) ausgeschnitten werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Ausschneiden die Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') jeder Nutzenreihe (N1, N2) einer Nutzentrennwalze (2), die eine Sauglufteinrichtung zum Halten der Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') an ihrer Umfangsfläche aufweist, zugeführt werden und mittels einer Saugluftsteuerung die der ersten Nutzenreihe (N1) zugeordneten Flachmaterialstücke (E) in einer ersten Tangentialrichtung (7) der Nutzentrennwalze (2) an eine erste Transporteinrichtung (5) sowie die der zweiten Nutzenreihe (N2) zugeordneten Flachmaterialstücke (E') in einer zweiten Tangentialrichtung (8) der Nutzentrennwalze (2) an eine zweite Transporteinrichtung (6) abgegeben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiedenen Nutzenreihen (N1, N2) zugeordneten Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') nach der durch die Abgabe in die verschiedenen Tangentialrichtungen (7,8) bedingten Vertikalbeabstandung horizontal beabstandet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiedenen Nutzenreihen (N1, N2) zugeordneten Flachmaterialstücke (E, E') während der durch die Abgabe in die verschiedenen Tangentialrichtungen (7,8) bedingten Vertikalbeabstandung horizontal beabstandet werden.
