Claims (21)
- Türeinrichtung (10) mit wenigstens einer Tür (12,23) zum Öffnen und Schließen eines Durchganges (19), insbesondere eines Durchganges (19) zu Verkaufsräumen, umfassend wenigstens eine Tür (12,23), die an einer Türhalterung (11) bewegbar gelagert ist und umfassend ein einen Luftschleier (20) vor dem Durchgang (19) erzeugendes Gebläse (14),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türhalterung (11) im Inneren eine Aufnahme (13) mit einer auf der Seite der Tür (12,13) liegenden Luftaustrittsöffnung (15) aufweist, dass die Aufnahme (13) und längliche Austrittsöffnung (15) sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Höhe der Türe (12,23) erstreckt, dass die Aufnahme (13) auf der der Tür (12,23) abgewandten Seite eine Lufteintrittsöffnung (16) trägt, hierbei schirmt der aus der Austrittsöffnung (15) heraustretende Luftschleier (20) den Durchgang (19) ab. - Türeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türhalterung (11) pfostenartig aufgebaut ist.
- Türeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (13) der Türhalterung (11) ein den Luftschleier (20) erzeugendes Gebläse (14), insbesondere Tangentialventilator, aufnimmt.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor des Tangentialventilators (14) in der Aufnahme (13) einen Durchmesser <= 90mm, insbesondere 45mm aufweist.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme der Türhalterung mit Ein- und Austrittsöffnung eine Größe aufweist, die etwa dem 2-fachen des Durchmessers des Rotors des Tangentialgebläses entspricht.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Türöffnung von 2 m der Tangentialventilator aus einem einzigen Rotor in der Aufnahme (13) aufgebaut ist.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausströmwinkel des Luftstromes bezüglich der durch die geschlossene Tür gebildeten Linie 7° beträgt, hierbei weist der Luftstrom eine von der Tür wegweisende Strömung auf.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aus der Austrittsöffnung (15) tretende Luftstrom eine Geschwindigkeit von wenigstens 2m pro Sekunde beträgt.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung (15) an der Außenseite des Durchganges (19) liegt, während die Eintrittsöffnung (16) der Aufnahme (13) an der Innenseite (25) des Durchganges (19), insbesondere Türhalterung (11) liegt.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Verwendung zweier Türen (12,13) jede Türhalterung (11) eine Aufnahme (13) mit Austrittsöffnung (15) umfasst.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der dem Durchgang (19) zugewandten Seite die Türhalterung (11) ein Sensor (17) zur Überwachung trägt.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Öffnungsbereich der Türe (12,23) das Gebläse (14) unter Teillast fährt.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Öffnungsbereich durch einen Sensor (17) abgetastet ist.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei eingeschalteter Türöffnungsautomatik aber geschlossener Tür (12,23) das Gebläse (14) auf Teillast geschaltet ist.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ab einem bestimmten Öffnungsbereich das Gebläse (14) auf Volllast umschaltet.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schlitzartige Luftaustrittsöffnung (15) der Türhalterung (11) mit einer Verstelldüse (21) versehen ist.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erfassung der Schwenkbewegung einer als Türflügel (12) ausgebildeten Türe durch einen Sensor (17) nach beiden Seiten der Schwenkbewegung des Türflügels (12) erfolgt.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Verwendung einer Doppelflügeltür (12) bei Bewegung nur einer Flügeltür (12) nur die erzeugte Öffnung des Durchganges (19) durch den Luftschleier (20) des Gebläses (14) der einen Türhalterung (11) abgeschirmt ist.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (24) der Flügeltür (12) innerhalb der pfostenartigen Halterung (11) liegt.
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eintrittsöffnung (16) des Gebläses (14) ein Luftkanal (27) vorgeschaltet ist, der in einer doppelwandigen Scheibe (26) gebildet ist, die an der der Türhalterung (11) abgewandten Seite der Türe (12,23) einen Lufteintritt (28) aufweist, hierbei bildet der Innenraum der Doppelscheibe (26) den Luftkanal (27).
- Türeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in einer Aufnahme (13) angeordnete Gebläse als Tangentialventilator (14) ausgebildet ist, hierbei weist der Motor nach beiden Seiten der Drehachse jeweils einen Rotorabschnitt auf.
