Claims (20)
- Schiebetüreinrichtung (10) umfassend wenigstens eine bewegbare Schiebetür (11) sowie Begrenzungsteile (12) zur Halterung und Führung der bewegbaren verschiebbaren Schiebetür (11), die in Abhängigkeit einer Steuerung automatisch einen Wanddurchgang (20) öffnet und/oder verschließt, hierbei ist die Schiebetür (11) an ihren Rändern mindestens bereichsweise mit einem Rahmenteil (14) umgeben, wobei durch ein Gebläse ein durch eine Längsöffnung erzeugter Luftschleier (24) vor dem Durchgang (20) erzeugbar ist, und der Luftschleier aus einer nahezu die gesamte Länge der vertikalen Türseite einnehmenden Öffnung, (17) eines Rahmenteiles (14) strömt, der an der freien vertikalen Seite (13) der Schiebetür (11) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenteil (14) eine Aufnahme (15) aufweist, in der ein Gebläse (16) vorgesehen ist und über eine düsenartige Austrittsöffnung (17) den Luftschleier (24) erzeugt und das an dem Rahmenteil (14) eine Ansaugöffnung (18) des Gebläses (16) vorgesehen ist. - Schiebetüreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansaugöffnung (18) an der Innenseite (21) der Schiebetür vorgesehen ist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse (16) sich über nahezu der gesamten Höhe der Tür (11) erstreckt.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch die düsenartige Austrittsöffnung (17) erzeugte Luftschleier (24) in einem geringfügig zur Bewegungsrichtung (25) der Tür sich erstreckenden Winkel (26) verläuft, hierbei weist der Luftstrom des Schleiers von der Bewegungsbahn (25) der Schiebetür (11) weg.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse (16) bei der Türöffnung in eine höhere Leistung umschaltet.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei gegenläufige Schiebetüren (11) jeweils mit einem Gebläse (16) ausgerüstet sind.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse (16) als Tangential- bzw. Querstromventilator ausgebildet ist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor des Tangentialventilators (16) in der Aufnahme (15) einen Durchmesser <= 90 mm, insbesondere 45 mm aufweist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (15) des Türrahmenteiles (14) mit Ein- und Austrittsöffnung (17, 18) eine Größe aufweist, die etwa dem 2-fachen des Durchmessers des Rotors des Tangentialgebläses (16) entspricht.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Türhöhe von 2m der Tangentialventilator einen einzigen Rotor in der Aufnahme (15) aufweist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Türhöhe von ca. 2m der Motor des Tangentialventilators nach seinen beiden Seiten hin einen Rotorabschnitt aufweist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausströmwinkel des Luftstromes bezüglich der durch die geschlossene Tür (11) gebildeten Linie 7° beträgt, hierbei weist der Luftstrom von der Tür (11) weg.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aus der Austrittsöffnung (17) austretende Luftstrom eine Geschwindigkeit von wenigstens 2 m pro Sekunde enthält.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der an der freien Schiebetürseite (13) liegende vertikale Rahmenteil (14) für das Gebläse (16) aus geschäumten Metall aufgebaut ist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der an der freien vertikalen Türseite (13) liegende Rahmenteil (14) in seinem vorzugsweise unteren Bereich einen Sensor (23) zur Überwachung des Durchgangs (20) trägt.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein für die Türöffnung dienender Sensor (23) des Rahmenteils (14) einer Schiebetür (11) nach der Außenseite des Durchgangs (20) gerichtet ist, während der Sensor (23) das Rahmenteil der anderen Schiebetür (11) nach der Innenseite (21) des Durchganges (20) gerichtet ist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromversorgung von dem Gebläse (15) und/oder dem Sensor (23) über die Zugseilanordnung zur Bewegung einer jeden Schiebetür erfolgt.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmenteil (14) mit der Gebläseaufnahme (15) an der freien vertikalen Türseite (13) an der Seitenfläche der Tür (11) angeordnet ist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf eine geringere Öffnungsbreite des Durchgangs (20) die einstellbare Schiebetür (11) das Gebläse (16) in eine geringere Gebläseleistung umschaltbar ist.
- Schiebetüreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausblasrichtung des düsenartigen Austrittsschlitzes (17) verstellbar ist.
