Claims (10)
- Verdeckt liegendes Band (1) für in einen Blendrahmen (14) drehbeweglich eingehängte Flügelelemente (22), wie Türen und Fenster, mit einem am Blendrahmen (14) befestigbaren ersten Bandelement (10), einem an einem Rahmen (20) des Flügelelementes (22) befestigbaren zweiten Bandelement (16) und mit einem die beiden Bandelemente (10,16) verbindenden Getriebe (24), das vorzugsweise eine koaxial zur Drehachse des Flügelelementes (22) ausgerichtete, mit dem ersten Bandelement (10) verbundene erste Achse (26) und eine koaxial zur Drehachse des Flügelelementes (22) ausgerichtete, mit dem zweiten Bandelement (16) verbundene zweite Achse (28) aufweist, wobei die Bandelemente (10,16) und/oder die Achsen (26,28) miteinander bewegungsgekoppelt und die beiden Bandelemente (10,16) mittels eines an jedem der Bandelemente (10,16) drehbar angelenkten Schwenkhebels (30) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bewegungskopplung der Bandelemente (10,16) bzw. der ersten und zweiten Achsen (26,28) ein zwischen diesen angeordnetes Federelement (32) vorgesehen ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (32) als Blattfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (32) umgebogene erste und zweite Enden (34,38) aufweist, die in Eingriffsnuten (36,42) der Bandelemente (10,16) bzw. der Achsen (26,28) eingreifen.
- Band nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsnuten (36,42) in radialer Richtung der ersten Achse (26) bzw. der zweiten Achse (28) verlaufen.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Enden (34,38) des Federelementes (32) in zueinander versetzt liegenden Ebenen (44,46) an den Bandelementen (10,16) bzw. der Achsen (26,28) eingreifen, die zwischen sich einen Versatzwinkel (α) bilden.
- Band nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versatzwinkel (α) der Ebenen (44,46) zwischen 30° und 60°, insbesondere bei etwa 45° liegt.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandelemente (10,16) eine in das Profil des Blendrahmens (14) bzw. des Flügelelementes (22) anschraubbare Kontur aufweisen.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandelemente (10,16) jeweils eine an das Profil des Blendrahmens (14) bzw. des Flügelelementes (22) anschraubbare Platte (48,50) aufweisen.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Achse (26) und/oder die zweite Achse (28) durch mit dem ersten Bandelement (10) bzw. mit dem zweiten Bandelement (16) verbundene Bolzen bzw. Bolzenabschnitte gebildet sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus Guß-, Preßguß- oder Schmiedeteilen besteht.
