Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines gesponnenen Fadens aus einem Stapelfaserverband, mit einem eine Auslassöffnung aufweisenden Zuführkanal zum Zuführen des Stapelfaserverbandes, mit einem der Auslassöffnung nachfolgenden stationären spindelartigen Bauteil mit einem eine Einlassöffnung aufweisenden Fadenabzugskanal, mit einer zwischen Auslassöffnung und Einlassöffnung befindlichen, an Druckluftdüsen angeschlossenen Wirbelkammer zum Erzeugen einer Wirbelströmung um die Einlassöffnung, mit einem das spindelartige Bauteil im Wesentlichen ringförmig umgebenden Abluftkanal sowie mit im Zuführkanal angeordneten, den Stapelfaserverband zum Bilden einer Drallsperre umlenkenden Faserführungsflächen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuführkanal (1) mäanderförmig verläuft und die Führungsflächen als Umlenkkanten (14,15,16) ausgebildet sind, zwischen denen der Stapelfaserverband (2) unterstützungsfrei ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Laufrichtung (A) des Stapelfaserverbandes (2) letzte Umlenkkante (16) exzentrisch zur Einlassöffnung (13) des Fadenabzugskanals (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die letzte Umlenkkante (16) in unmittelbarer Nähe der Einlassöffnung (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insgesamt drei Umlenkkanten (14,15,16) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Umlenkkante (15) zusätzlich mit einer Profilierung (17) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierung (17) wenigstens eine in Laufrichtung (A) des Stapelfaserverbandes (2) angeordnete keilförmige Rinne (21) enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von kerbenartigen Rinnen (22) vorgesehen ist.
