Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung (1) mit wenigstens einer Maschine(10), insbesondere einer Bohr- oder Bolzensetzmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gestänge (11) vorgesehen ist, welches einerseits von einer am Boden (3) eines Gebäudes positionierbaren Antriebsvorrichtung (18) axial verschiebbar gehalten, und andererseits mit einem Endteil (14; 140) und einem Stützteil (16; 160) versehen ist, die ein elastisches Element (15) einschliessen und daher unter Krafteinwirkung gegeneinander verschiebbar sind, wobei das Gestänge (11), das Endteil (14), das Stützteil (16) und/oder die Antriebsvorrichtung (18) mit einer Halterung (12; 120; 1200) für die wenigstens eine Maschine (10) versehen ist, so dass mittels der Antriebsvorrichtung (18) das Stützteil (16; 160) durch Verschieben des Endteils (14; 140) gegen die Decke (3) des Gebäudes anpressbar und die wenigstens eine Maschine (10) gegen die Gebäudedecke (3) oder eine Gebäudewand (4) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorzugsweise demontierbare Gestänge (11) aus zwei gegeneinander verschiebbaren und in verschiedenen Positionen gegenseitig arretierbaren Gestängeteilen (111, 112, 111', 112') wie Rohren, Stangen, L-, T- oder U-Profilteilen besteht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endteil (140) und das Stützteil (160) gegenseitig axial verschiebbar gelagert und gegeneinander nicht verdrehbar gehalten sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (160) einen hohlzylinderförmigen Körper (162) aufweist, der zur Aufnahme des elastischen Elements (15) und zur vollständigen oder teilweisen Aufnahme des kolbenförmigen Endteils (140) dient oder dass das Endteil (140) einen hohlzylinderförmigen Körper aufweist, der zur Aufnahme des elastischen Elements (15) und zur vollständigen oder teilweisen Aufnahme des kolbenförmigen Stützteils (160) dient und/oder dass das Stützteil (160) und/oder das Endteil (140) mit wenigstens einer axial verlaufenden Nut (115) versehen sind, entlang der wenigstens ein Nocken (144) des Endteils (140) bzw. des Stützteils (160) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (160) mit einem Abschlussstück (168) versehen oder abschliessbar ist, durch das das Endteil (140) auf der dem elastischen Element (15) abgewandten Seite gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestänge (11) ein Aussengewinde (115) aufweist, das zur Aufnahme des mit einem Innengewinde versehenen Endteils (140) dient und/oder das zur Aufnahme von mit einem Innengewinde versehenen Montageringen (123, 124) dient, mittels denen die Halterung (120) am Gestänge (11) montierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Maschine (10), deren Wirkungsachse (b1; b2) parallel zur Achse (x) des Gestänges (11) ausgerichtet ist, an der Halterung (12, 120) verschiebbar und in den eingestellten Positionen fixierbar ist, so dass verschiedene Abstände zwischen den genannten Achsen (x; b1, b2) fest einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Maschine (10) an der mit dem Stützteil (160) verbundenen Halterung (1200) verschiebbar gelagert und mittels wenigstens eines beidseitig drehbar gelagerten Hebels (145) mit dem Gestänge (11) oder dem Endteil (140) verbunden ist, dass eine Verschiebung des Endteils (140) entlang der Achse (x) des Gestänges (11) eine dazu vorzugsweise rechtwinklige Verschiebung der Maschine (10) entlang der Wirkungsachse (b3) bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gegebenenfalls aus zwei gegeneinander verschiebbaren Stützelementen (160A, 160B) bestehende Stützteil (160) an der der dem Gestänge (11) abgewandten Aussenseite mit Halteelementen (161), wie Krallen, Spitzen oder Kanten, versehen ist, die in die Decke (2) derart einpressbar sind, dass das Stützteil (160) unverschiebbar, gegebenenfalls drehfest, gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endteil (140), das Stützteil (160) oder die Halterung (12, 120, 1200) mit einer gegebenenfalls justierbaren Zielvorrichtung (165) versehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise ein Lasergerät oder eine Lampe (95) vorgesehen ist, mittels dessen die zu bearbeitenden Stellen an der Wand oder der Decke (2) optisch markierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorzugsweise auf einem Fahrzeug (19) angeordnete oder in ein Fahrzeug (19) integrierte Antriebseinheit (18) Mittel (181, 182) zur verschiebbaren Lagerung sowie Mittel, wie Hebel (183), fluidische Antriebsmittel, Elektromotor (50), Getriebe (51) und Steuereinheit (52) zum manuellen oder automatischen Verschieben des Gestänges (11) und der Maschine (10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine vorzugsweise einstellbare Distanzmess- oder Einstellvorrichtung (550, 551, 553) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Auslenkung des Gestänges (11) mechanisch begrenzt oder ein weiterer der Steuerung der Antriebsvorrichtung (18) dienender Schalter (55) betätigt wird, sobald die wenigstens eine Maschine (10) um das gewünschte Mass (h) entlang dessen Wirkungsachse (b1; b2; b3) verschoben wurde.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestänge (11) und die wenigstens eine Maschine (10) von einem von der Antriebsvorrichtung (18) angetriebenen Basiselement (180) gestützt sind, wobei die Maschine (10) mittels eines Verlängerungselements (1011), das vorzugsweise vom Gestänge (11), vom Endteil (14), oder vom Stützteil (16) dreh- und/oder verschiebbar gehalten ist, mit einem Werkzeug (101) verbunden ist.
