Abstract
Description
In diesem flachen, raumsparenden Zustand kann die Faltschachtel zum Befüller transportiert werden. Nach dem Aufrichten kann dann die Faltschachtel, nachdem die Bodeneinheit verschlossen worden ist, in einfacher Art und Weise mit Füllgut befüllt werden. Nach dem Verschließen der Deckeleinheit ist die Faltschachtel gebrauchsfertig.
Dadurch, dass die obere Innenkontureinheit Konturmaße aufweist, die lediglich geringfügig kleiner sind als die Konturmaße der Außenkontureinheit, wird die obere Innenkontureinheit klemmend innerhalb der Außenkontureinheit gehalten. Zum Ausziehen beziehungsweise Einschieben der oberen Innenkontureinheit muss lediglich diese Klemmwirkung, die in der praktischen Handhabung nicht allzu groß gewählt ist, überwunden werden.

Claims (14)
- Faltschachtel (10) miteiner im Querschnitt geschlossenen polygonalen Außenkontureinheit (12) mit über Außenkonturfaltlinien (32) verbundenen Außenwandelementen (30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4),einer Deckeleinheit (18),einer Bodeneinheit (20) undeiner wiederverschließbaren Entnahmeöffnung (80),eine im Querschnitt bereichsweise polygonale untere Innenkontureinheit (14) mit über untere Innenkonturfaltlinien (42.1, 42.2) verbundenen unteren Innenwandelementen (40.1, 40.2, 40.3), die im Innern der Außenkontureinheit (12) gefaltet vorhanden ist und über eine Verbindungsfaltlinie (28) mit der Außenkontureinheit (12) verbunden ist,eine im Querschnitt geschlossene, die Entnahmeöffnung (80) aufweisende polygonale obere Innenkontureinheit (16) mit über obere Innenkonturfaltlinien (52.1, 52.2, 52.3) verbundenen oberen Innenwandelementen (50.1, 50.2, 50.3, 50.4), die im Innern der Außenkontureinheit (12) gefaltet vorhanden ist,zumindest eine Verbindungsfaltlasche (60), die die untere Innenkontureinheit (14) und die obere Innenkontureinheit (16) miteinander verbindet und in das Innere der Faltschachtel (10) faltbar ist,wobei das Falten beziehungsweise Strecken der Verbindungsfaltlasche (60) eine Relativverschiebung der oberen Innenkontureinheit (16) zur Außenkontureinheit (12) ermöglicht, wobei bei in die Außenkontureinheit (12) eingeschobener oberer Innenkontureinheit (16) die Entnahmeöffnung (80) von der Außenkontureinheit (12) verschlossen wird, im ausgezogenen Zustand der oberen Innenkontureinheit (16) die Entnahmeöffnung (80) geöffnet ist und die Außenkontureinheit (12) eine Verschiebeführung für die obere Innenkontureinheit (16) bildet.
- Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Summe der Länge (L2 + L3) der oberen und unteren Innenkontureinheit (14, 16) im Wesentlichen der Länge (L1) der Außenkontureinheit (12) entspricht. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Außenkontureinheit (12) zumindest eine nach oben offene Randausnehmung (82) aufweist, sodass zumindest ein oberes Innenwandelement (50.1) bereichsweise zugänglich ist. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwei an gegenüberliegenden Außenwandelementen (30.1, 30.3) angeordnete Randausnehmungen (82) vorhanden sind. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an die Außenkontureinheit (12) über eine Klebelaschenfaltlinie (26) eine Außenkonturklebelasche (24) angeschlossen ist, die als vollflächiges Wandelement ausgebildet ist. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsfaltlasche (60) über eine erste Verbindungsfaltlinie (62) an die untere Innenkontureinheit (14) und über eine zweite Verbindungsfaltlinie (64) an die obere Innenkontureinheit (16) angeschlossen ist, wobei die Verbindungsfaltlinien (62, 64) senkrecht zu den Innenfaltlinien (42, 52) angeordnet sind. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsfaltlasche (60) eine mittig angeordnete Innenfaltlinie (66) aufweist, die parallel zu den Verbindungsfaltlinien (62, 64) angeordnet ist. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckeleinheit (18) bildende Deckelfaltlaschen (68.1, ...) oberseitig über Deckelfaltlinien (69) an die obere Innenkontureinheit (16) angeformt ist. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodeneinheit (20) bildende Bodenfaltlaschen (70.1, ...) unterseitig über Bodenfaltlinien (71) an die untere Innenkontureinheit (14) angeformt ist. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Außenkontureinheit (12) einen Viereck-Querschnitt mit vier Außenwandelementen (30.1, ...) aufweist,die untere Innenkontureinheit (14) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt mit drei unteren Innenwandelementen (40.1, ...) aufweist unddie obere Innenkontureinheit (16) einen Viereck-Querschnitt mit vier oberen Innenwandelementen (50.1, ...) aufweist, wobei die Abmessungen der Innenkontureinheiten (14, 16) geringfügig kleiner sind als die Abmessungen der Außenkontureinheit (12). - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Breite (BV) der Verbindungsfaltlasche (60) der Breite (B11) des oberen beziehungsweise unteren Innenwandelements (40.1, 50.1) entspricht. - Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwei Verbindungsfaltlaschen (60) vorhanden sind, die um das Maß der Breite (B22) eines dazwischenliegenden Innenwandelements (50.2) beabstandet angeordnet sind. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Deckeleinheit (18) als geklebte Deckeleinheit ausgebildet ist. - Faltschachtel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Faltschachtel aus einem einstückigen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet wird.
