Claims (13)
- Dichtungselement für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden und dergleichen, bestehend aus gerade oder winklig aneinanderstoßenden, im Stoßbereich gegenseitig abgedichteten Dichtprofilen (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der oder beide Dichtprofile (1) im Stoßbereich (2) eine Freischneidung (3) aufweisen, die eine Aufnahmekammer für einen beiden Dichtprofilen (1) anliegenden weichelastischen Formkörper (4) oder Dichtstoff bilden.
- Dichtungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gestalt des Formkörpers (4) der Form der Aufnahmekammer weitgehend angepaßt ist.
- Dichtungselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) ein gegenüber der Aufnahmekammer größeres Volumen aufweist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) zumindest im Bereich seiner Anlagefläche am Dichtprofil (1) eine größere Materialnachgiebigkeit als das Dichtprofil (1) aufweist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, die Aufnahmekammer über den Rand der aneinandergrenzenden Freischneidungen (3) beziehungsweise Dichtprofile (1) vollständig geschlossen ist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmekammer eine oder mehrere Öffnungen aufweist und der Formkörper (4) bündig mit der Randkontur der Dichtprofile (1) abschließt oder über diese hinaus vorsteht.
- Dichtungselement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) den Rand der Öffnung übergreift.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmekammer eine runde, ovale oder rautenförmige Querschnittsfläche aufweist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmekammer eine in der Art einer seitlich offenen Einkerbung dreieckförmige oder rechteckige Querschnittsfläche aufweist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) in seinem aus der Aufnahmekammer vorstehenden Bereich mit einer Profilierung (5) zum Anschluß an Profilelemente (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) eine shore-Härte < 30° aufweist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) als imprägnierter Schaumkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (4) bzw. der Dichtstoff aus plastifizierbarem Werkstoff wie z.B. Butyl besteht.
