Abstract
Description
Auf diese Weise gelingt es, beide Flügel durch Betätigung des Griffbetriebes des aufschlagenden Flügels gemeinsam und gleichzeitig in die Kippstellung und aus der Kippstellung zurück in die Schließstellung zu bringen, wodurch stets eine ausreichende Raumbelüftung erzielt werden kann, und zwar auch bei hohen und schmalen Fenstern, da erfindungsgemäß das Luftein- und/oder -austrittsvolumen verdoppelt wird.
Bevorzugt wird als Schaltteil ein Kopfbolzen verwendet, der in eine komplementär geformte, U-förmige Aufnahme des Mitnehmerteils zumindest im wesentlichen formschlüssig eingreift.

Wie im rechten Teil der Darstellung nach Fig. 2 zu sehen ist, besteht das in einem Schlitz 17 der Stulpschiene 18 geführte Schaltteil 8 aus einem Kopfbolzen, der in das im linken Teil der Darstellung nach Fig. 2 gezeigte Mitnehmerteil 9 in Schließstellung und Kippstellung eingreift. Das Mitnehmerteil 9 ist in einem Schlitz 17' der Stulpschiene 18' verschiebbar geführt und mit der zugeordneten Treibstange des Dreh-Kipp-Beschlags 4' des unterschlagenden Flügels 2 verbunden. Dieses Mitnehmerteil 9 bildet eine U-Aufnahme 14 mit Seitenwangen 15, welche - wie in der Mitte der Darstellung nach Fig. 2 gezeigt - den Kopfbolzen 8 im wesentlichen form- und kraftschlüssig aufnimmt und jede Bewegung des Kopfbolzens 8 über den Verbindungszapfen 16 auf die zugeordnete Treibstange 7' des Dreh-Kipp-Beschlags 4' des unterschlagenden Flügels 2 überträgt. Mit den Buchstaben D und K sind in Verbindung mit den zugeordneten Richtungspfeilen die Drehstellung und die Kippstellung der Dreh-Kipp-Beschläge 4, 4' gekennzeichnet.
Im rechten Teil der Darstellung befindet sich der mit einer vertikalen Treibstange 7 des Dreh-Kipp-Beschlags 4 des aufschlagenden Flügels 1 verbundene Zapfen 10 in einer der Drehöffnungsstellung entsprechenden Position und kann aus dieser Position entsprechend der Pfeildarstellung in einem Längsschlitz der zugeordneten Stulpschiene 18 nach unten in eine der Kippstellung entsprechende Position bewegt werden.

Claims (13)
- Beschlagsystem für zweiflügelige, setzholzfreie Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen mit einem dem aufschlagenden Flügel (1) zugeordneten, über ein Griffgetriebe (3) aktiv schaltbaren Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag (4) und einem dem unterschlagenden Flügel (2) zugeordneten Stulpflügelbeschlag,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschlag des unterschlagenden Flügels (2) als über das Griffgetriebe (3) des aufschlagenden Flügels (1) passiv schaltbarer Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag (4') ausgebildet und mit wenigstens einem treibstangenfesten Schaltteil (8) des Dreh-Kipp-Beschlags (4) des aufschlagenden Flügels (1) kuppelbar ist. - Beschlagsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der über das Griffgetriebe (3) aktiv schaltbare Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag (4) des aufschlagenden Flügels (1) in der Schließstellung und in der Kippstellung über ein an einer vertikalen Treibstange (7) angebrachtes Schaltteil (8) mit einem an der gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Treibstange (7') des Dreh-Kipp-Beschlags (4') des unterschlagenden Flügels (2) angebrachten Mitnehmerteil (9) zumindest kraftschlüssig gekoppelt ist. - Beschlagsystem nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltteil (8) aus einem Bolzen, insbesondere einem Kopfbolzen, und das Mitnehmerteil (9) aus einer dazu im Wesentlichen komplementär geformten, U-förmigen Aufnahme (14) mit quer zur Treibstangenbewegung gerichteten Seitenwangen (15) besteht. - Beschlagsystem nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schaltteil (8) und Mitnehmerteil (9) in der unteren Hälfte der vertikalen Treibstangen (7, 7') gelegen sind. - Beschlagsystem nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Schaffung einer Kipp-Wirkverbindung zwischen aufschlagendem Flügel (1) und unterschlagendem Flügel (2) eine bei Umschaltung der Dreh-Kipp-Beschläge (4, 4') in die Kippstellung wirksam werdende Schiebekupplung (10, 11) vorgesehen ist. - Beschlagsystem nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebekupplung aus einer Paarung von Zapfen (10) und taschenförmigem Aufnahmeteil (11) besteht, die durch das Griffgetriebe (3) relativ zueinander verstellbar sind. - Beschlagsystem nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (10) an der vertikalen Treibstange (7) des aufschlagenden Flügels (1) und das taschenförmige Aufnahmeteil (11) an der gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Stulpschiene (10') des unterschlagenden Flügels (2) angebracht ist. - Beschlagsystem nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das taschenförmige Aufnahmeteil (11) aus einer aktiven Position in eine außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn des Zapfens (10) gelegene inaktive Position verschwenkbar ist. - Beschlagsystem nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das taschenförmige Aufnahmeteil (11) an einem vertikalen Stulpschienenschenkel (13) einer oberen Eckumlenkung (6') gelagert ist. - Beschlagsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der unterschlagende Flügel (2) mittels einer Magnethalterung (12) bezüglich des zugeordneten Blendrahmens fixierbar ist. - Beschlagsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über das Griffgetriebe (3) des aufschlagenden Flügels (1) Verriegelungen (21') zwischen dem unterschlagenen Flügel (2) und dem zugeordneten Blendrahmen betätigbar sind. - Beschlagsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das taschenförmige Aufnahmeteil (11') in seiner bezüglich der Kippfunktion inaktiven Stellung als mit einem Riegelzapfen des Dreh-Kipp-Beschlags (4) des aufschlagenden Flügels (1) zusammenwirkendes Schließteil ggf. dienen kann. - Beschlagsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeteil (11) in seinen beiden Schaltstellungen über Rastansätze (23) und komplementäre Ausnehmungen (22) in der Stulpschiene (18') fixiert ist.
