Claims (16)
- Halteprofil (H) für wenigstens einen Rand (R) einer Membrane (M, M') für Membran-Bauwerke (B), mit einem längsdurchgehenden Kederkanal (KK) für den einen Keder (K) aufweisenden Membranen-Rand (R), und mit einem über eine Verengung (V) seitlich vom Kederkanal (KK) ausgehenden, zum Kederkanal parallelen Membranen-Austrittsspalt (S), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteprofil (H), zumindest im Bereich des Kederkanals (KK) und des Austrittsspalts (S), aus rückstellfähigem Gummi oder Elastomer (G) und derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Austrittsspalt (S) zum Einfädeln des Membranen-Rands (R) mit dem Keder (K) in den Kederkanal (KK) quer zur Achse des Kederkanals elastisch aufweitbar ist.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Membranen-Rand (R) mit dem Keder (K) zumindest im Kederkanal (KK) des Halteprofils (H), vorzugsweise auch im Austrittsspalt (S), flächig kraftschlüssig klemmbar ist.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteprofil (H) zur Gänze aus Gummi oder Elastomer besteht, vorzugsweise mit integrierten Querschnittsbereichen (a, b) mit unterschiedlichen Shorehärten und/oder aus unterschiedlichen Kunststoff- oder Gummimaterialien (a, b) und/oder mit Armierungen (A) und/oder wenigstens einem Füllprofil (P).
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteprofil (H) insgesamt in Längsrichtung dehnbar ausgebildet ist.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteprofil (H), vorzugsweise mit eingefädeltem Membranen-Rand (R) und Keder (K), quer zu seiner Längsrichtung biegbar ausgebildet ist.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteprofil (H) über die Länge des Kederkanals (KK), vorzugsweise auch im Austrittsspalt (S), um den mit dem Keder (K) eingefädelten Membranen-Rand (R) in einen Dichtschluss bringbar ist, vorzugsweise durch eigene Rückstellkräfte und/oder ein Füllprofil und/oder ein Füllprofil und/oder ein Spannelement (10).
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteprofil (H) aus extrudiertem, vulkanisiertem oder vemetztem EPDM besteht.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittsspalt (S) an der Außenseite des Halteprofils (H) an zumindest einer Seite mit einer an die Membrane (M) anlegbaren Dichtlippe (9) endet.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kederkanal (KK) zur gleichzeitigen Aufnahme zweier jeweils einen Keder (K) aufweisender Membranen-Ränder (R) ausgebildet ist.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus mindestens zwei trennbar zusammengebauten Teil Halteprofilen (H) für je einen Membranen-Rand (R) mit Keder (K) gebildet ist.
- Halteprofil nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kederkanal (KK) in einem Profilhauptteil (5), vorzugsweise mit konvex gewölbter Außenkontur (6) geformt ist, von dem sich eine dünnwandige Klemmlippe (8) weg erstreckt, welche den Austrittsspalt (S) an einer Seite begrenzt, dass sich vom Profilhauptteil (5) auch eine dickwandige Auflagelippe (13) wegerstreckt, die den Austrittsspalt (S) an der gegenüberliegenden Seite begrenzt, dass die dünnwandige Klemmlippe (8) mit dem Profilhauptteil (5) außenseitig einen Einlegekanal für ein Sperrelement (10) begrenzt, und dass die dünnwandige Klemmlippe (8) in einer Dichtlippe (9) ausläuft.

- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Übergang von der Klemmlippe (8) in das Profilhauptteil (5) eine Auskehlung (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Halteprofil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Profilhauptteil (5) an der dem Austrittsspalt (S) abgewandten Seite in einer Dichtlippenstruktur (7) ausläuft.
- Membran-Bauwerk (B), mit einer an einem Tragwerk (T) montierten Halteschiene (18) für eine wenigstens einlagige Membrane (M), die mit ihrem Rand (R) und einem Keder (K) in der Halteschiene (18) festgelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der der Außenumgebung zugewandten Seite der Membrane (M) eine zusätzliche, zumindest einlagige Umwelt-Schutzmembrane (M') direkt aufliegend oder mit Zwischenabstand zugeordnet ist, die mit ihrem Rand (R) und einem Keder (K) in einem an der Halteschiene (18) montierten Halteprofil (H) verankert ist.
