Claims (16)
- Wickelbarer Dämmkörper, insbesondere Roll-Laden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser zumindest einen plattenförmigen Dämmkörper (2) aufweist, der aus Abstandsgewebe (3, 4, 5) besteht, das mit wärmedämmendem Material befüllt ist.
- Dämmkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmedämmende Material ein mikroporöses Dämmmaterial, insbesondere aus Kieselsäure, oder ein Aerogel ist.
- Dämmkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der plattenförmige Dämmkörper (2) gasdiffusionsdicht kaschiert, insbesondere evakuiert ist.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der plattenförmige Dämmkörper (2) eine Dicke von 3 bis 15 mm aufweist.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Abstandsgewebe (3, 4, 5) ein Markisenstoff aufgewoben oder aufgeklebt ist.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Abstandsgewebe (3, 4, 5) zumindest eine flexible Solarzelle aufkaschiert ist.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämmkörper ausstellbar, insbesondere nach dem Sonnenstand ausrichtbar ist.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest an den seitlichen Kanten (15) des Dämmkörpers (2) eine mit Luft befüllbare Dichtung (20, 20', 30, 30'), insbesondere aus einem Gummimaterial, vorgesehen ist, die aufblasbar ist, so dass der Dämmkörper (2) in seitliche Führungsschienen (7, 8, 9) einklemmbar ist.
- Dämmkörper nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (20, 20') rund um den Dämmkörper (2) verläuft.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu den seitlichen Führungsschienen (7, 8, 9) eine Querschiene (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Dämmkörper nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämmkörper (2) mit Hilfe einer mit Luft befüllbaren Dichtung (30, 30') im Bereich der Querschiene (11) festklemmbar ist.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (7, 8, 9) verengbar sind, so dass der Dämmkörper (2) einklemmbar ist zwischen deren seitliche Wangen (17, 18).
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am unteren Ende des Dämmkörpers (2) ein Bleiband vorgesehen ist.
- Dämmkörper nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Metallarmierung, insbesondere eine gitterförmige Metallarmierung auf dem Dämmkörper (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wickelbaren Dämmkörpers, insbesondere für einen Roll-Laden nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Herstellung des Abstandsgewebes (3, 4, 5) wärmedämmendes Material auf die Oberfläche aufgebracht wird und in das Abstandsgewebe (3, 4, 5) eingebracht wird, insbesondere durch Rütteln, Einpressen oder Einblasen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich eine Kaschierung des Dämmkörpers (2) mit einer gasdiffusionsdichten Folie erfolgt, wobei insbesondere eine Evakuierung des Dämmkörpers (2) durchgeführt wird.
