Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de collage thermoplastique d'éléments plats. Selon ce procédé, le collage n'a pas lieu en ligne droite, lorsque le collage est réalisé entre des rouleaux rotatifs de machines à rouleaux (moulins), le collage se déroule sur toute la zone sans avoir à soumettre le sandwich collé à la moindre tension. La présente conception de collage thermoplastique de matériaux offre la possibilité de former de nouveaux types de produits correspondant très précisément aux caractéristiques souhaitées. Il s'agit d'un procédé de fusion de totalité de la zone de l'intercouche de collage thermoplastique du sandwich formé en commençant par le côté inverse en temps adéquat et en mode de fonctionnement thermique. Il est très important d'utiliser les butées latérales afin d'empêcher une compression plus importante que celle requise du matériau et l'impression de « l'intercouche » de collage d'ensemble dans le matériau qui compromettrait la force de la liaison. Les éléments individuels du produit (sandwich) sont liés au moyen d'une «intercouche» fusible sur toute la surface. La chaleur se diffuse à partir du côté inverse et « l'intercouche » de collage d'un poids adéquat est tramée selon les caractéristiques des éléments liés et les conditions requises pour la force du joint. L'ensemble du procédé fonctionnel et technologique se trouve en connexion étroite avec des modes thermiques et temporels. Les paramètres d'entrée, puis de sortie, requis sont obtenus au moyen de butées latérales de la « presse à coller », le réglage thermique des paramètres définit l'épaisseur de cible du produit final.
