Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de réglage de l'épaisseur ou interstice de coupe sur un appareil de coupe destiné au tranchage de produits alimentaires, ledit appareil de coupe comportant une lame pouvant être entraínée en rotation dans un plan de coupe, une arête tranchante et un système électrique de déplacement qui imprime un mouvement à ladite lame perpendiculairement au plan de coupe, en direction de l'arête tranchante ou à partir de cette dernière, procédé dans lequel la distance effective entre la lame et l'arête tranchante est obtenue par une opération de mesure, et une distance souhaitée, entre ladite lame et ladite arête de coupe, est ensuite réglée par le système de déplacement, en tenant compte de la distance effective, la lame étant déplacée vers l'arête tranchante par l'intermédiaire du système de déplacement pour établir ladite distance effective, jusqu'à ce qu'un contact soit instauré, le courant dudit système de déplacement étant mesuré et l'accroissement du courant, lorsqu'un contact est instauré, étant utilisé pour déterminer la position finale de la lame le long du trajet de déplacement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un entraínement linéaire électrique est utilisé en tant que système de déplacement.

  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le système (28) mesureur de course peut être ramené à une valeur zéro par l'intermédiaire du signal.
