Description
- la figure 1 représente une vue schématique en coupe partielle du dispositif de séparation des poses de la présente invention, dans une première situation conforme au début du cycle de séparation des poses ;
- la figure 2 représente le même dispositif dans une seconde situation proche de la fin du cycle de séparation des poses ;
- la figure 3 représente une variante du dispositif illustré à la figure 1.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de séparation des poses dans une machine de découpe d'éléments en plaque ou en feuilles (2) préalablement découpées d'une pluralité de poses (5) maintenues ensemble par des points d'attaches (7), comprenant un outil inférieur (30) horizontal et immobile dans lequel sont ménagées autant d'ouvertures (31) qu'il a de poses (5), un outil supérieur (10) mobile cycliquement dans le plan vertical et sur la face inférieure duquel se trouvent une pluralité de presseurs (12) télescopiques pour le maintien de ladite feuille (2) sur l'outil inférieur (30) et une pluralité de poinçons destinés à détacher les poses (5) de la feuille (2) lors du mouvement vertical des poinçons (15, 45) traversant de part en part le plan de l'outil inférieur (30) au travers desdites ouvertures (31), caractérisé en ce que lesdits poinçons (15, 45) sont équipés de ventouses (17) reliées, par un réseau de distribution (18, 19, 20) agencé au dessus de l'outil supérieur (10), à une source (23) d'aspiration ou de refoulement d'air apte à générer une variation de la pression de l'air dans ladite ventouse (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ventouses (17) sont expansibles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de chaque ventouse (17) fait saillie de l'extrémité inférieure (46) du poinçon (15, 45) duquel elle est solidaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le réseau de distribution (18, 19, 20) comprend au moins une vanne (21) et/ou au moins un organe (22) de régulation ou de mesure de l'air.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le réseau de distribution (18, 19, 29) et/ou la source (23) d'aspiration ou de refoulement d'air sont gérés par une unité de contrôle (24).
- Procédé de séparation de poses selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend successivement les étapes suivantes :a) mise en repérage des poses (5) de la feuille (2) pré-découpée face aux ouvertures (31) de l'outil inférieur (30) ;b) activation de l'aspiration de l'air dans les ventouses (17) des poinçons (15, 45) ;c) saisie des poses (5) par les ventouses (17) avant la rupture des points d'attache (7) par les poinçons (15, 45) ;d) séparation des poses (5) et contrôle de ces dernières par le maintien d'une dépression dans les ventouses (17) durant la rupture des points d'attache (7) ;e) modification de la pression de l'air dans les ventouses (17) de façon à décoller les poses (5) des ventouses (17) ;f) remontée de l'outil supérieur (10) vers sa position initiale ;g) évacuation de la feuille (2) hors du dispositif 1 de séparation des poses.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits presseurs (12) entrent en contact avec la feuille (2) avant la saisie des poses (5) par les ventouses (17).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits presseurs (12) entrent en contact avec la feuille (2) après la saisie des poses (5) par les ventouses (17).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la modification de la pression de l'air dans les ventouses (17) consiste à égaliser la valeur de cette pression avec celle de la pression ambiante régnant au voisinage du dispositif (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la modification de la pression de l'air dans les ventouses (17) consiste à augmenter la valeur de cette pression au-delà de la valeur de la pression ambiante régnant au voisinage du dispositif (1).
