Abstract

L'invention concerne un distributeur pour des produits pâteux. Le distributeur selon l'invention comprend un contenant pratiquement cylindrique (1) qui contient le produit pâteux et qui présente, au niveau du fond, un piston de poursuite (22) coulissant sous l'effet de la pression de l'atmosphère extérieure le long d'une paroi intérieure du contenant ainsi que, au niveau de son extrémité supérieure, un élément de tête (3) coulissant par rapport au contenant (1). L'élément de tête (3) présente un conduit de sortie (32) pour le produit communiquant avec le contenant (1) et agit sur un dispositif de transport actionné manuellement pourvu d'une chambre de transport (100) à volume variable. L'invention vise à améliorer un distributeur de ce type de façon à rendre possible un actionnement avec des forces d'actionnement faibles et à éviter une altération par oxydation du produit pâteux à distribuer. A cet effet, un élément de transport (5), coulissant longitudinalement par rapport au contenant (1) et à l'élément de tête (3) et réalisé en tant que composant du dispositif de transport, présente un piston de transport (51) coulissant dans la chambre de transport (100) et relié à une tige de transport (50) qui entoure périphériquement un conduit de transport. Le conduit de transport comprend un orifice d'entrée (53) communiquant avec la chambre de transport (100) et un orifice de sortie (58) qui, par un mouvement de déplacement de l'élément de transport (5), peut être amené par rapport à l'élément de tête (3) dans une position dans laquelle l'orifice de sortie (58) s'ouvre vers le conduit de sortie (32).

Claims (17)

  1. Distributeur pour produits pâteux avec un réservoir essentiellement cylindrique (1) contenant le produit pâteux, qui comporte sur le fond un piston suiveur (22) pouvant être déplacé en coulissant sur une paroi interne du réservoir sous la pression atmosphérique, et qui est équipé sur son extrémité supérieure d'une pièce de tête (3) pouvant être déplacée en coulissant vers le réservoir (1), laquelle comporte un canal communicant de sortie (32) pour le produit pouvant être relié au réservoir (1) et agit sur un dispositif d'alimentation à commande manuelle avec une chambre d'alimentation (100) pour le produit dont le volume peut varier, sachant que le dispositif d'alimentation comprend une pièce d'alimentation (5) pouvant être déplacée dans le sens de la longueur vers le réservoir (1) et la pièce de tête (3), cette pièce d'alimentation comportant un piston d'alimentation (51) pouvant être déplacé en coulissant dans la chambre d'alimentation (100), qui est relié à un conduit (50) qui entoure un canal d'alimentation (50a), qui comporte un orifice d'admission (53) et un orifice d'évacuation (58) communiquant avec la chambre d'alimentation (100),
       caractérisé en ce que,
       le canal d'évacuation (32) est réalisé de manière à faire saillie latéralement par rapport au sens de la longueur du canal d'alimentation (50a),
       en ce que l'orifice d'évacuation (58) est prévu sur la surface périphérique du conduit (50) et, en partant d'une position de départ dans laquelle l'orifice d'évacuation (58) est obstrué par une douille (31) formée dans la pièce de tête (3), peut prendre grâce à un mouvement de déplacement de la pièce d'alimentation (5) par rapport à la pièce de tête (3), une position dans laquelle l'orifice d'évacuation (58) est dégagé vers le canal d'évacuation (32).
  2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la douille est formée comme une douille de guidage (31) permettant de déplacer le dispositif d'alimentation dans le sens de la longueur, qui comporte au moins une surface de guidage agissant conjointement avec la surface périphérique du conduit (50).
  3. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des moyens d'entraínement (34, 57) sont prévus sur la pièce de tête (3) et sur le dispositif d'alimentation, par lesquels le dispositif d'alimentation est entraíné, après actionnement manuel, dans la position de départ lors du repositionnement de la pièce de tête (3).
  4. Distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un épaulement d'entraínement (57) est réalisé sur la douille (31), qui agit conjointement avec un collier d'entraínement (34) située sur le conduit (50).
  5. Distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement d'entraínement (34) est prévu à l'extrémité de la douille (31), au niveau du passage vers le canal de sortie (32) et le collier d'entraínement (57) est prévu à l'extrémité frontale du conduit (50).
  6. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le piston d'alimentation (51) dépasse radialement du conduit (50) pour former une surface d'appui de forme annulaire (51a), et en ce que la douille de guidage (31) comporte une surface frontale de pression (33), qui est placée, dans la position de départ, avec un écart axial vis-à-vis de la surface d'appui (51a), et qui peut venir en contact sur la surface d'appui (51a) par un déplacement axial de la pièce de tête (3) en direction du réservoir (1).
  7. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi interne de la chambre d'alimentation (100) est formée d'un manchon interne (13), lequel est prévu sur la face frontale du réservoir (1) du côté de la pièce de tête (3).
  8. Distributeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par une contre-pièce de tête (4) qui comporte un cylindre de maintien (41) en forme de cloche emboítée sur le manchon interne (13) ainsi qu'un cylindre de guidage (42) disposée de manière concentrique par rapport au cylindre de maintien (41), guidant le déplacement coulissant de la pièce de tête (3).
  9. Distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du cylindre de guidage (42) faisant face à la chambre d'alimentation comporte une butée (42a) pour le piston d'alimentation (51).
  10. Distributeur selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de maintien (41) est pourvue d'un épaulement annulaire de fond (44), qui forme une surface d'appui pour un ressort cylindrique maintenant la pièce de tête en précontrainte dans la position de départ et qui est posé sur la face frontale du réservoir (1).
  11. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la contre-pièce de tête (4) comporte au moins une butée (46a) afin de limiter le déplacement axial de la pièce de tête (3), et en ce qu'elle est formée, conjointement avec la pièce de tête (3) comme composants préfabriqués du distributeur, et fixée frontalement sur le réservoir (1).
  12. Distributeur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les composants du distributeur sont verrouillés avec le réservoir (1) par des moyens d'arrêt (47, 17) situés sur la contre-pièce de tête (4) et sur la face frontale du réservoir (1).
  13. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de tête (3) peut être déplacée dans le sens de la longueur de telle sorte que la pièce de tête (3) puisse prendre, à partir de la position de départ et au moyen d'un actionnement manuel, tout d'abord une position intermédiaire suite à un premier déplacement axial (a) pour prendre appui contre le piston d'alimentation en dégageant en même temps l'orifice d'évacuation (58) dans le canal de sortie (32) et que la pièce de tête (3) puisse prendre ensuite, à partir de la position intermédiaire, en continuant le déplacement axial avec entraínement du piston d'alimentation (51), une position finale de distribution, dans laquelle la chambre d'alimentation (100) a atteint son plus petit volume par déplacement du piston d'alimentation (51).
  14. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un élément obturateur (60) fixé sur la pièce de tête, grâce auquel un orifice de distribution du produit (39) du canal de sortie (32) peut être obturé.
  15. Distributeur selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de distribution du produit (39) a une forme annulaire autour d'un mandrin de fermeture (32a) placé dans le canal de sortie, et en ce que l'élément obturateur (60) comporte une lèvre d'étanchéité annulaire pouvant être disposée hermétiquement sur le mandrin de fermeture.
  16. Distributeur selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que l'élément obturateur (60) est constitué d'une masse en plastique élastique et souple, de préférence d'un élastomère thermoplastique.
  17. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément obturateur (60) est monobloc avec un enrobage (61) réalisé au moins sur la paroi externe frontale de la pièce de tête (3).
