Claims (11)
- Motorisch antreibbares Tor (2), insbesondere Garagentor, mit einem Torblatt (1), einem Motor (50) und einer den Motor (50) mit dem Torblatt (1) verbindenden Getriebevorrichtung (52), welche die Drehbewegung eines Abtriebsglieds (54) des Motors (50) in eine translatorische Öffnungs- oder Schließbewegung des Torblatts (1) umwandelt und die eine manuell entsperrbare Sperrvorrichtung (211) zum Verhindern einer Öffnungsbewegung des Torblattes (1) aufgrund einer vom Torblatt (1) ausgehenden in Öffnungsbewegungsrichtung gerichteten Kraft (37) hat, wobei die Sperrvorrichtung ein Verriegelungselement (213) hat, das sich getrieben durch die vom Torblatt (1) ausgehende Kraft (37) aus einer Freigabestellung in eine Verriegelungsstellung bewegt, in der es die Getriebevorrichtung (52) bei in der Schließstellung befindlichem Torblatt (1) gegen eine Bewegung in Öffnungsrichtung sperrt, eine Getriebebewegung bei sich nicht in Schließstellung befindlichen Torblatt (1) in Schließrichtung aber zulässt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (50) lösbar oder/und abkoppelbar mit der Getriebevorrichtung (52) verbunden ist,
dass das Torblatt (1) kein Schloss und/oder keine eigene Verriegelungseinrichtungen hat und dass der Bewegungswiderstand der Getriebevorrichtung (52) auch ohne angeschlossenen Motor oder bei entkoppeltem Motor (50) größer ist als die zur Bewegung des Verriegelungselements (213) aus der Freigabestellung in die Verriegelungsstellung benötigte Mindestdruckkraft. - Tor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebevorrichtung (52) einen in oder an einer Führungsschiene (7) hinund her beweglich angeordneten Mitnehmer (206) aufweist, der über ein Gestänge (12) an das Torblatt (1) angeschlossen ist,
dass die Sperrvorrichtung (211) einer Kopplungseinrichtung (210) zum Ankoppeln des Gestänges (12) an den Mitnehmer (206) zugeordnet ist oder als solche ausgebildet ist und/oder dass das Verriegelungselement als Hebelelement (213) ausgebildet ist, das durch die vom Torblatt (1) ausgeübte Druckkraft (37) in seine Verriegelungsstellung verschwenkbar ist. - Tor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebevorrichtung (52) eine kraftschlüssige Bremseinrichtung (7-206; 56, 57, 59) zum Schaffen des Bewegungswiderstandes hat. - Tor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebevorrichtung (52) als Zugmittelgetriebe ausgebildet ist und die Führungsschiene (7) und einen in oder an der Führungsschiene gleitend geführten Antriebsschlitten (206) aufweist, der den Mitnehmer bildet oder aufweist, wobei die Bremseinrichtung durch einen gleitenden Reibeingriff zwischen Antriebsschlitten (206) und Führungsschiene (7) gebildet ist und durch Materialauswahl an den jeweiligen Kontaktflächen und/oder durch spielfreie Passung derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Reibwiderstand zusammen mit den übrigen Widerständen des Zugmittelgetriebes einen Bewegungswiderstand ergibt, der größer ist als die zum Bewegen des Verriegelungselements (213) in die Sperrstellung gerade benötigte Druckkraftschwelle. - Tor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bewegungswiderstand der Getriebevorrichtung (52), insbesondere durch örtlich begrenzte Anordnung einer Bremseinrichtung (56, 57, 59), in einem Bewegungsbereich an der Schließstellung des Torblattes (1) größer ist als in einem weiter von der Schließstellung des Torblattes (1) entfernten Bereich. - Tor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (213) nicht in seine Freigabestellung vorgespannt ist. - Tor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durcheine zweistufige Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (240), die in einer der beiden Stufen die Sperrvorrichtung (211) löst und in der anderen Stufe den Mitnehmer (206) von dem Motor, insbesondere von einem daran angeschlossenen Zugmittel, löst.
- Tor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse (219) schwenkbar ist und einen ersten Hebelabschnitt (221) zum Verriegeln hat, der durch Verschwenken des Verriegelungselements (213) um diese Achse (219) aus der Verriegelungsstellung in die oberhalb dieser angeordneten Freigabestellung anhebbar ist, wobei der Schwerpunkt (280) des Verriegelungselements (213) mit Abstand zu der Achse, hin zu dem ersten Hebelabschnitt (220) verschoben liegt, so dass der erste Hebelabschnitt (221) durch Schwerkraft in seine Verriegelungsstellung gedrängt wird. - Verfahren zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln eines motorisch antreibbaren Tores (2) mit einem Torblatt (1) ohne eigene Verriegelungseinrichtung bei vom Tor (2) entferntem oder abgekoppeltem Motor,
wobei ein antreibbares Tor (2) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche verwendet wird,
wobei zum Verriegeln bei entferntem oder abgekoppeltem Motor (50) das Torblatt (1) mit einem daran angeschlossenen Abtriebsglied (206, 210) der Getriebevorrichtung (52) manuell in die Schließstellung überführt ist oder wird und in der Schließstellung ein unbefugtes Öffnen allein mittels der Sperrvorrichtung (211) verhindert wird, und wobei zum Entriegeln die Sperrvorrichtung (211) manuell gelöst und das Torblatt (1) mit daran angeschlossenem Abtriebsglied (206, 210) der Getriebevorrichtung (52) manuell geöffnet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
gekennzeichnet durch Entriegelung der Sperrvorrichtung (211) über eine an der Getriebevorrichtung (52) angeschlossene Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (240), die vom Inneren des durch das Tor (2) abzuschließenden Raumes aus betätigbar ist oder/und mittels einer gesicherten, nur von berechtigten Personen betätigbaren oder zugänglichen Betätigungseinrichtung außerhalb des abzuschließenden Raumes betätigbar ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
gekennzeichnet durch Verriegeln der Sperrvorrichtung durch Schwerkraft.
