Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for producing cased bored piles, where at the same time sinking piping and an internal screw in the rotary drilling process is brought into the ground.
- ground is soft, displacement bored piles can be made.
- Groundwater is usually used for cased wells.
- a pipe is screwed into the ground and the floor, which is within the piping, is covered by different drilling tools removed. If there is groundwater is to avoid a hydraulic break while removing the soil material from the inside Pour water into the pipe from the drill pipe. This That makes it necessary to constantly refill water Procedure time consuming.
- the concreting process in double-head drilling technology is similar to that Concreting process with a continuous auger.
- the piping including the inside Snail is usually in concrete over the soul tube pumped the resulting cavity.
- the device according to the invention now has the task, in particular to prevent when using the double-head method, that blockages form in the screw or it should serve the promotion of the soil with less effort and can therefore be done faster and better.
- continuous Snails are used in which the helixes consist of some Centimeters thick, rolled sheets. These rolled sheets have a surface roughness that is essentially can be described as smooth.
- the surface roughness is essentially defined by how big the height differences or height jumps in the Surface are. The fluctuations are sufficient for conventional rolled sheets in the surface height up to approx. 50 ⁇ m and this depends on Depends essentially on how much scale on the surface lies.
- the principle of the invention is now based on the roughness the surface of the screw helix 2 compared to the roughness of rolled sheets is increased and the increase in Surface roughness occurs along the entire length of the screw, which is needed to extract soil material.
- the increase in surface roughness has different Effects.
- Figure 1 shows a section through the drilling tool of a double-head drilling device.
- a continuous auger with a core tube 4 Located in a rotatable cladding tube 3 a continuous auger with a core tube 4, a coil 1, a coil surface 2, which is in the conveying direction points upwards.
- Elevations and depressions are applied to the helical surface.
- Figure 2 shows the top view in one embodiment a helix 1 and a cut to the right of it the helix itself.
- a helix 1 and a cut to the right of it the helix itself.
- punctiform elevations 5 and depressions 5 ' which point in the direction of screw conveyance Side of the screw surface 2 are arranged.
- FIG. 3 shows a top view in a further application example and a section through the helix of an inventive Contraption.
- the lines are essentially straightforward.
- Figure 4 shows an embodiment, wherein the increases and depressions 8, 9 in curved lines and in continuous and are arranged in an interrupted form.
- the main screw body usually consists of a core tube 4 and from helixes 1, which are made from rolled sheets are made.
- the increase in surface roughness is expediently only on the side of the screw helix surface 2 executed in the desired conveying direction has.
- the increase in roughness is preferably retrofitted generated on the helix surface, as experience shows must be replaced more often due to wear.
- the greater roughness can consist, for example, of a larger number of point-like elevations 5. These can be carried out, for example, using the cladding process.
- the arrangement of the welding spots can be distributed differently over the screw surface 2. There is a full-area distribution or a distribution in partial areas.
- the spacing of the ridges from one another can be uniform or irregular.
- the distances between the individual elevations 5 are dependent on the grain size of the soil and the requirements of the soil and they preferably vary between 1/10 mm and 10 cm.
- the dimensions of the elevations 5 are preferably in a range between 1/10 mm and 5 cm.
- the differences in roughness can also be generated in the shape that, instead of elevations, depressions 5 'on the Spiral surface 2 are executed.
- a further embodiment variant for the elevations 5 exists in that the increases are brought about by the fact that using a gun at high speed Steel particles non-positively on the surface of the coil be applied. This technique is state of the art known from connecting dowels.
- the linear one Application is preferably carried out using the build-up welding process by welding beads. There are also highly wear-resistant Welding electrodes or welding wires are used.
- Another embodiment variant is that the line attached surface roughness not in straight, but is applied in a curved line shape 8, 9.
- Essential is that the lines on the helix are essentially run transverse to the conveying direction of the screw, d. H. from soul tube towards the spiral edge or to the inside of the enveloping pipe 3.
- the punctual increases in the Helical surface 2 are formed in that essentially round or square grains made of wear-resistant material non-positively connected to the surface via an adhesive matrix become. The order can be sprayed according to the State of the art or flame spraying.
- the particle sizes are preferably in the range of 1/10 mm to several millimeters (less than 10 mm).
- the distance between the individual grains can be very narrow, as with sandpaper, or larger distances can be selected. This depends on the grain size of the soil to be extracted.
- the distances between the grains are preferably in the range from 1/10 mm to a few millimeters (less than 10 mm). Common plastics or liquefied metals are used for the adhesive matrix.
- grains for example, metals and metal compounds, Corundum, carbides, carbon compounds and mineral Rocks used.
- the materials are out of range Known abrasives and sandpaper.
- These grains preferably come from so-called hard materials, which are characterized by high wear resistance.
- a very high quality version is made by coating with industrial diamonds.
- the smooth sheet metal surface can also be roughened by that the sheet metal surfaces pointing in the conveying direction 2 processed by sandblasting or comparable processes become. Preferred height differences in the helical surface 2 from 0.1 mm to less than 5 mm reached.
