Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for controlling the Drive the cutting blade for the separation of a double pile fabric Double-file looms, wherein the drive movement of a servomotor over largely inelastic transmission elements (eg toothed belts) on the movable back and forth across the fabric width parallel to the edge of the fabric Knife carriage is transmitted with the cutting blade, the Servomotor by means of control computer the knife carriage after stored, accessible and modifiable drive programs given movement laws and the execution of the Drive programs synchronized to the rotation of the main shaft of the Double floats machine done.
- a servomotor over largely inelastic transmission elements (eg toothed belts) on the movable back and forth across the fabric width parallel to the edge of the fabric Knife carriage is transmitted with the cutting blade, the Servomotor by means of control computer the knife carriage after stored, accessible and modifiable drive programs given movement laws and the execution of the Drive programs synchronized to the rotation of the main shaft of the Double floats
- From DE 195 36 002 is a drive device for the knife carriage for separating upper and lower fabric of a double carpet or double pile loom known.
- the knife carriage is driven by a drive cable driven, whose both ends a drive drum in spiral-shaped Wrap around grooves and finally at the end of these grooves with the Surface of the drum are firmly connected.
- This drive drum and so that the knife carriage by means of position-controlled, reversible Motor (servomotor) synchronous to the main shaft of the weaving machine driven.
- the blade of the knife carriage moves in changing from tour to tour Directions over the range of tissue width with theoretically wanted constant speed.
- the knife carriage outside the fabric width by means of additional stroke in the range of Grinder be performed.
- the knife carriage has - as is common practice (see DE 1 075 059, column 2, sentence 1) - completed its stroke before the sley strikes the shot or the shots of a shot pair of the tissue.
- the disadvantages of this drive arrangement are that the drive cable for the knife carriage, due to the constantly changing and extreme load, subject to a longitudinal vibration, whereby the turning position can not be determined with sufficient accuracy.
- the Drive device was designed so that between the knife carriage and the unit encoders / distance scale (rotary encoder for position control and synchronization of the drive motor for the knife carriage) practically inelastic, positively inserted transfer elements (toothed belt; Spindle / nut or coupling) were inserted.
- This embodiment allowed by the reduction of transmission errors already a certain differentiation of the strokes of the knife carriage for the cutting process with the periodic grinding on the one hand and for the cutting operation to be performed at a lower speed Adjustment process on the other.
- EP 1 217 115 A1 shifts the drive by the servo motor to where both strands of the traction means should ensure the same length and thus the same drive conditions. Also, this measure did not bring the desired breakthrough in the solution ds problem.
- the different errors of the turning positions in the area of the two fabric edges occurred, although reduced, but still on.
- the servomotor was difficult to reach at the assigned position below the fabric. Replacing a timing belt was difficult. Again, this variant did not provide a thorough solution to the pending problem.
- DD 116 642 has been proposed, in analogy to a pole cutting device on a warp knitting machine also separating a double pile fabric or -wirirkes in the plane of the standing pole legs by means Hard rubber-bonded corundum discs according to the type of cut-off method make.
- the cutting device proposed for this purpose - or rather “cutting grinder” - showed at an endless Band-guided cut-off wheels, which at a smaller distance one after the other their cutting operation at low speed performed.
- the object of the present invention is to design the method for carrying out the cutting process so that cutting can be reliably achieved with a controllable, uniform quality of the surface even at the achievable high operating speed of the loom and the use of a servo drive for the knife carriage drive can be guaranteed and that also the maintenance operations for the cutting blade, namely the grinding, readjustment and u.
- the replacement of the cutting blade in optimizable, programmable cycles can be performed largely automatically at predetermined positions.
- the technical task is to secure a low maximum speed the cutting blade in the tissue as exact as possible Turning position of the knife carriage largely independent of the current high or low weaving machine speed and with low energy consumption to reach.
- Adherence to a sufficient tolerance in the cutting speed is due to the relatively fast, but harmonious transition between a longer lasting, about the same speed (acceleration close to zero) and as quickly as possible and harmoniously changing Acceleration in the edge region of the fabric ensures.
- the specified values are u. a. with a curved shape “inclined sinoids” (after Besterhorn) or with a waveform “polynomial” (at least) 8. Potency attainable. For this compare with the one shown on page 367 Tables.
- acceleration pause were the best Results achieved in the course of movement of the cutting blade.
- the embodiment according to claim 4 will offer where the speed of the Main shaft of the loom z. B. by the interaction with a Jacquard machine of larger dimensions within a revolution very has large deviations from a mean angular velocity.
- the claim 6 describes a special form of said synchronization.
- the embodiment according to claim 7 is based on the finding that the cutting quality, especially in the phase of the shot stop, too then not negatively affected when the cutting blade to this Time still moved within the tissue.
- the professionals on the Carpet weaving area has been subject to a prejudice in it was that the cutting blade during the shooting stop not cutting in the tissue allowed to move.
- the claim 7 builds on this knowledge and provides the knife carriage Motion cycles that are longer than one revolution of the machine.
- the remaining time to start another weaving machine tour can used to perform grinding operations or readjustments, before the start of the third or subsequent weaving machine tour the movement of the cutting blade in the opposite direction.
- the end positions are due to the novel knife drive the knife carriage during the change of direction exactly definable. It is therefore appropriate, the drive programs for the knife carriage further program parts for grinding and adjustment assign and so designed work programs retrievable too to save. Claim 8 does not differ in this respect, in which Turning the grinding or adjusting device is activated.
- the blade carriage moves optionally by an additional amount along the path of the knife carriage - either in a separate grinding position or in a separate adjustment position.
- Claim 11 assumes that in addition to the grinding and adjustment programs and the Politatisarten or Pold density and the shape and the Material of cutting blades for the design of work programs of are crucial. One can also these conditions in separate exactly define callable work programs.
- the device according to claim 14 assumes that the procedure with the automatic determination of necessary grinding operations and readjustments to give priority to. It defines the necessary Equipment of the device with encoders and control lines for activation the work items.
- the embodiment of the adjusting device according to claim 15 has the advantage in that the clamping elements releasable during readjustment for the knife carriage not on stationary elements, but only on elements of the knife carriage support each other. This will be a burden of extreme sensitive guide for the knife carriage excluded.
- Fig. 1 is a partially sectioned side view of a knife carriage 1 shown in its functional position.
- the knife carriage 1 is positively guided on a guide rail 2.
- To reduce the friction and the Wear of the sliding surfaces are either the guide surfaces of the blade carriage 1 or the sliding surfaces of the guide rail 2 with sliding linings 21, 21 '- preferably made of plastic - provided.
- the cutting blade 11 is by means of clamping lever 13, the pivotably mounted on the bearing 134 of the knife carriage 1 and with a movable clamping plate 131 is fitted, against the clamping surface on Base body 12 of the knife carriage 1 pressed.
- the pressing force of the clamping plate 12 is generated by a spring 133.
- Relaxation of the knife 11 during readjustments becomes the cocking lever 13 by means of lifting spindle 14 against the biased spring 133 moves.
- a ball joint 132 is provided for the appropriate balance between the pivoting movement of the clamping lever 13 and the stable position of the perpendicular thereto aligned lifting spindle 14th .
- the lifting spindle 14, the axially immovable is guided on the base body 12 of the knife carriage 1, has at her Base a gear 141, which in a limited range of motion of Knife carriage 1 with a fixed to the guide rail 2, fixed to the frame Rack 22 meshes.
- This rack 22 is located in front of Adjustment position and is effective when the knife carriage 1 in the and moved from the adjustment position.
- the gear 141 issued rotational movement of the lifting spindle 14 leads to a Lifting the clamping lever 13, d. H. the clamping plate 131 with the clamping pin 1311 is lifted from the shank of the knife 11.
- the double-pile fabric 4 which is in the area of the two basic goods with each other connecting pole legs into two separate pile fabrics 41, 42 or Carpet fabric is to be separated, is near the cutting zone through preferably fixed to the frame guides guided so that the pole legs be separated as desired at equal distances to the base tissues.
- This described blade carriage 1 is during the normal cutting process with the help of a toothed belt 16, fixed with the knife carriage 1 connected, moving at a speed that reaches a certain maximum should not exceed.
- the knife carriage 1 moves in its normal stroke h so between two turning areas that the cutting blade 11 outside of Tissue 4 finally realized his change of direction. Such Position is shown in Fig. 2 by the left knife carriage 1.
- a temperature sensor 56 On the knife carriage 1 is located near the cutting edge of the knife 11 a temperature sensor 56. This sensor 56 is via an evaluation unit 562 and a transmitter 561 connected to the control unit of the loom. Indicates a temperature increase on the cutting blade 11 to a blunt and subsequently upon heating of the blade 11, the Knife carriage 1 immediately or in one of the next tours in one around the Overlift U1 moved further outward position 1 '.
- the cutting knife 11 ' reaches the area of grinding bodies 31, 32 on the way there a grinding device 3.
- Fig. 3 is another device for activating the grinding process shown.
- the abrasive body 31 and the puller 32 are here in a perpendicular held to the trajectory of the knife tip movable carrier 33 and guided.
- the guide 33 for the carrier 311 is located between the fabric edge 43 and the turning position of the knife carriage 1 during the normal cutting process (stroke h).
- the puller 32 On the support 311 also the puller 32 is pivotally mounted and is pressed laterally from the grinding body 31 elastically on the upper edge of the knife. This puller 32 is mounted for this purpose on a peel-off lever 321. A spring 314 provides the necessary frictional connection of the puller 32 to the knife 11 ago.
- the carrier 311 is slidably mounted on a frame-fixed guide 33. about a positioning cylinder 315, this carrier 311 from the path of the cutting blade 11 out and back in again.
- the control valve 316 initiates this switching movement.
- the control valve 316 is in more convenient Way activated by the control device of the weaving machine.
- the knife carriage 1 moves during the normal cutting process with a stroke size h beyond the fabric width 44 on both sides and leads essentially only its final reverse movement outside the tissue out. If the requirement of a grinding process is found, receives the servomotor driving the knife carriage 1 through the work program of the control computer the command, an additional movement by one Overlapping U1 or U1 'or to execute a total stroke h1 or h1'. The As described, the cutting blade becomes during an overstroke U1 or U1 'or both overruns U1 and U1' reground.
- the front edge of the Cutting knife 11 processed gradually. Is by a sensor 57 or by controlling the weaver a wear of a similar magnitude found, receives the drive device for the knife carriage. 1 an additional signal. A new drive program is activated, whereby the knife carriage 1 - possibly at reduced weaving machine speed or in a cutting break - in a further outward adjustment position is brought into the region of the adjusting device 6.
- a double knife stroke (back and forth) is subject to the movement the knife carriage 1 a number of disturbing influences.
- This disturbing influences is shown in Fig. 6.
- the speed of the weaving machine is within a weaving machine revolution with respect to its angular velocity ⁇ (FIG. 6) affected.
- the angular velocity ⁇ varies by orders of magnitude ⁇ 10 to 15%.
- FIG. 4 the effect of these influences of the forced pulses is the main shaft of the loom and its superposition with the vibrations of the "mass-spring system” shown.
- the thin black line A shows the respectively measured, current acceleration values of the knife carriage 1 of a prior art embodiment using a drive cable, which was driven by a servo motor. In the present Case was this measurement - on a double carpet weaving machine with a working width of over 4 m - at about 166 weaving machine revolutions per minute.
- the scale for acceleration "b" is on the left, outer, vertical Scale applied.
- the zero position is located approximately in the middle.
- the measured acceleration values of the line A of the knife carriage 1 - after the execution of the prior art - repeat themselves with low Differences after every two revolutions, namely after a double stroke of the knife carriage 1.
- Knife carriage To eliminate these extremely irregular acceleration peaks on the Knife carriage provides the invention in a first step, between the Drive for the knife carriage, namely the servo motor, and the knife carriage 1 itself a particular transfer element - in the present case it is a toothed belt 16 - use (see Figures 1 and 2).
- This timing belt 16 has a multiplicity of stretched endless wires and because of it Function a very low elongation and, accordingly, a clear higher natural vibration number.
- the timing belt 16 follows the predetermined movement because of its low Elasticity and its high natural vibration number by the drives forced oscillations pretty much when accelerated by accelerations forces have a harmonious course and in their Size are limited.
- the second essential measure of the invention is the design the laws of motion of the knife carriage with the limitation of normalized maximum speed and with the limitation of normalized maximum acceleration in conjunction with a harmonic acceleration curve, which is shown with the web D (thick solid line in Fig. 4).
- ⁇ 2 moves the knife carriage 1 with normalized constant speed of maximum 1.4.
- a modified waveform e.g. B. a polynomial higher order
- This normalized speed is much lower than that in previous drives for the Cutting blades were used (eg 1.78). It guarantees a high Cutting quality for the Floroberf kaue.
- the acceleration catch extends in terms of angular units (main shaft) between 30 ° and 120 ° - but preferably between 80 ° and 95 degrees. In the acceleration pause ⁇ 1, ⁇ 2, tolerances of up to 10%, however preferably up to 5% is considered appropriate.
- An essential parameter for the design of this process is the type the pile weave.
- To determine the pole density plays the choice of the pile bond a crucial role. Also important is whether an asymmetric or a symmetrical binding is worked. For a symmetrical bond Regularly changing pile threads change from the upper to the lower fabric (41, 42) and almost simultaneously pile threads from the lower to the upper fabric (42, 41).
- FIGS. 10 to 13 show different blade shapes 11 a, 11, 11 b, 11c shown. These different knife shapes 11a, 11, 11b, 11c may also have a significant impact on the design of the cutting, Have grinding and adjusting processes with regard to their time sequence.
- the symmetrical blade shape 11a shown in FIG. 10 makes it necessary always perform the grinding process symmetrically from both sides. Thereby However, the life of the knife is relative to others Cutting edges somewhat limited, because you do not between when grinding can distinguish a grinding and a peeling process.
- the knife shape 11d of FIG. 11 has over the Fig. 10 has the advantage of asymmetrical cutting shape.
- the abrasive is always the oblique Cutting surface assigned while peeling always on the plane Top of knife 11d done.
- the knife 11b shown in Fig. 12 is in the cutting area with a Variety of smallest corundum or diamond grains occupied in a plastic, Hard rubber or metal body lower hardness are inserted. These Knives 11b separate the pole legs similar to the separation-grinding method, by scratching the fiber surfaces. These are then replaced by a Tension separated. With such knife forms will be a regrinding usually unnecessary. Become these hard abrasive grains in a limited flexible material involved, can with a very high Service life of the knife calculated without grinding and readjustments become. In this case, there is the advantage of Antiebshunt invention for the knife carriage 1 especially at the right speed of the knife and saving on drive power.
- Knife 11c is equipped with three cutting tips, of which the middle one Cutting tip by the distance a further protrudes than the laterally adjacent Pinches. With this design, it is possible at relatively low Cutting speeds to achieve a greater depth of cut per knife stroke.
- This version is especially well suited when a hub h of the knife carriage 1 over more than one weaving machine revolution T extends. In each direction of movement of the blade carriage 1 are two in each case Knife tips effective.
- Knife instead of the sharp knife shape of FIG. 13 can also arcuate Knife (similar to 11b) can be used. Be corundum or diamond staff Knife used, the first tip is used to scoring the fibers while the following tip provides the appropriate traction.
- the two-part structure of the blade 11c in Fig. 13 has a special one Purpose. If ceramic is used as the cutting material, then the shaft must 110 of the blade made of bendable steel or the like. So that the Deformation during clamping does not lead to breakage of the brittle ceramic can lead.
- Fig. 14 is again the process of cutting, cutting and Grinding and cutting presented with readjustments. Is the Machine set to normal operation, then takes over the control segment 54 of the control computer 5, the control of said process.
- the control segment 54 of the control computer 5 For the Determination of the output data are via the input 51 in the evaluation unit 53 guide data or parameters for the selected binding, for the selected Pold density, the pile material and possibly the selected knife material or the selected knife shape. From this data is a developed a basic program that the control segment 54 for the Normal operation is supplied.
- the process of cutting begins with the drive of the knife carriage 1 from one normal turning position to the other with a stroke h. That with a heat sensor 56 equipped cutting blade 11 shows when exceeded a certain limit of the temperature that its Cutting are dull and heat too much.
- the evaluation unit 562 determines this limit and outputs a signal via a transmitter 561, in the control segment 54 activates a work program in which the knife carriage 1 z. B. moved to a grinding position knife stroke h1 or h1 '. If the cutting blade 11 sharp again, its temperature drops below Exposure of the cooling air in the turning phases quickly and it will over no grinding operations are carried out for a limited period of time.

Abstract
