Description

Die Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet der Sitzmöbel, insbesondere ein Bauteil für einen stapelbaren Stuhl für den Mehrzweckbereich.
STAND DER TECHNIK
Für viele Zwecke, beispielsweise die Bestuhlung von Großräumen, wie Konferenz- und Festsälen, ist es notwendig, dass die Stühle in einfacher Weise platzsparend aufgeräumt und dann auch wieder aufgestellt werden können. Dazu sind senkrecht oder auch horizontal stapelbare Stühle üblich.
Ein senkrecht stapelbarer Stuhl ist z.B. bekannt aus DE 197 45 072 A1. Dieser bekannte Stuhl weist ein Beingestell auf, das seitwärts V-förmig gebogene Rohre als Beine umfasst, und ein Querrohr, das die beiden Seitenteile in ihren Scheiteln miteinander verbindet. An der Unterseite des Querrohres sind Auflagenoppen vorgesehen, und an den Beinenden Gleitschuhe. Beim Stapeln liegt der obere Stuhl mit den Auflagenoppen und den Gleitschuhen auf dem unteren Stuhl.
Der bekannte Stuhl ist eine wenig robuste Konstruktion. Überdies neigen die Stühle beim Stapeln zum Klemmen, und müssen deshalb sehr sorgsam aufeinandergesetzt werden. Die Stapel neigen zur Instabilität. Besonderheiten, wie zum Beispiel Armlehnen oder Elemente zum Verketten mit anderen Stühlen zur Paniksicherung, sind nicht möglich.
DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen stapelbaren Stuhl derart zu gestalten, dass einerseits ein einfaches, robustes und sicheres Stapeln möglich ist, andererseits aber auch Besonderheiten wie Armlehnen und Paniksicherung vorgesehen werden können, dennoch aber der Stuhl preisgünstig herstellbar und einfach montierbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Bauteil mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 und der Unteransprüche gelöst.
Der Kem der Erfindung ist die Idee, einen stapelbaren Stuhl mit zwei über Traversen verbundenen Bauteilen in Form von "multifunktionellen Knoten" auszurüsten, die jeweils einen quaderartigen Basiskörper umfassen, dessen Enden angeschrägt sind, und der an seiner Unterseite Nasen, und an seiner Oberseite Rillen aufweist. Dieses Bauteil hält über Zapfen die Stuhlbeine und die Traversen. Beim Stapeln bringen die schrägen, zentrierend wirkenden Enden der Basiskörper den Stuhl in die richtige Position, sodass die Nasen des oberen Stuhls in die Rillen des unteren Stuhles eintreten. Damit wird ein stabiler Sitz eines Stuhles auf dem anderen erreicht, selbst wenn die Stühle unsorgsam aufeinander gestellt werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Bauteile, also die "multifunktionellen Knoten", können des weiteren Armlehnen, eventuell mit Schreibtablaren, tragen, oder Glieder zur Verkettung mit anderen Stühlen zur Paniksicherung.
KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGEN
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand eines in Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt:

WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNG
In Fig. 1 ist ein Stuhl mit einer Sitzplatte 16, einem Lehnenträger 17 und einer Rückenlehne 18 dargestellt. Der Stuhl weist auf seinen beiden Seiten unterhalb der Sitzplatte 16 jeweils ein erfindungsgemäßes Bauteil, einen "multifunktionellen Knoten", auf, wobei von dem Bauteil auf der rechten Stuhlseite nur die hintere, leere Tasche 13, und die vordere Tasche mit der Armlehne 23 zu sehen ist.
Bei dem Bauteil auf der linken Stuhlseite ist der Basiskörper 1 zu sehen, sowie der vordere und der hintere Beinzapfen 2 bzw. 3. Der Basiskörper 1 weist die Enden 6 und 7 auf, die seitwärts angeschrägt sind. Es sind auch die Nasen 8 und 9 zu sehen, sowie die Rillen 10 und 11. Des weiteren sind die Taschen 12 und 13 dargestellt.
Wie ersichtlich, sind die vier Stuhlbeine in die Beinzapfen 2 und 3 eingesteckt. Die Armlehne 23 ist in die vordere, nicht bezeichnete Tasche des Bauteils auf der rechten Stuhlseite eingesteckt, das der Tasche 12 beim Bauteil auf der linken Stuhlseite entspricht. Die anderen drei Taschen sind unbenutzt. Sie können z.B. mit Blindstopfen geschlossen werden.
In Fig.2 ist das erfindungsgemäße Bauteil in seinen Einzelheiten dargestellt. Zusätzlich zu den schon bei Fig.1 beschriebenen Einzelheiten sind hier auch die Auflagenoppen 14 und 15 dargestellt, sowie die Traversenzapfen 4 und 5. Die Traversenzapfen 4 und 5 werden in die in Fig.3 dargestellten, rohrförmigen Traversen 19 und 20 eingesteckt.
Im montierten Zustand ist die Sitzplatte 16 an den Auflagenoppen 14, 15 , die z.B. aus Gummi bestehen, angeschraubt.
In Fig. 4 ist nochmals der schon in Fig.1 dargestellte Stuhl gezeigt, wobei - vom Stuhl her gesehen - links hinten das Verkettungsglied 22 dargestellt ist. Dieses besteht aus eine Lasche 24 mit zwei Zapfen 25, von denen einer in die Tasche 13 eingesteckt ist. Der andere Zapfen 25 kann dann in die entspechende Tasche des Nachbarstuhles eingesteckt werden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Bauteil kann z.B. aus Aluminium-Guss bestehen. Es kann aber auch aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff, beispielsweise glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid, mit metallischen Einlagen, bestehen.
Wie ersichtlich können die Stühle ohne besondere Sorgfalt gestapelt werden, sie können sozusagen ineinander geworfen werden, aber durch die zentrierend wirkenden angeschrägten Enden 6,7 des Basiskörpers 1 kommt der obere Stuhl immer in die richtige Position, sodass die Nasen 8, 9 des oberen Stuhles in die entsprechenden Rillen 10, 11 des unteren Stuhles eingreifen. Dadurch entsteht eine sehr stabiler Stuhlstapel, der aber auch sehr einfach wieder auseinander genommen werden kann. Die Bauteile sind für beide Stuhlseiten identisch, und es entfällt daher eine gesonderte Fertigung, Lagerung und Montage für links und rechts. Damit sind die Stühle kostengünstig herzustellen und einfach zu montieren, können aber dennoch bei Bedarf schnell und einfach mit Extras wie Armlehnen und Verkettungselementen ausgerüstet werden. In die Taschen können z. B. auch Sitznummem eingesetzt werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Bauteil für einen stapelbaren Stuhl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen quaderartigen Basiskörper (1) umfasst, der an seiner einen senkrechten Längsseite zwei schräg nach vom bzw. hinten weisende Beinzapfen (2,3), und an seiner anderen senkrechten Längsseite zwei senkrecht zu dieser Seite stehende horizontale Traversenzapfen (4,5) aufweist, und die beiden Enden (6,7) des Basiskörpers (1) seitwärts nach vom bzw. hinten angeschrägt sind, und an der Unterseite des Basiskörpers jeweils an den Beinzapfen (2,3) parallel zu diesen verlaufende Nasen (8,9), und an der Oberseite des Basiskörpers (1) oberhalb der Nasen (8,9) Rillen (10,11) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Oberseite des Basiskörpers (1) am Ende der Beinzapfen (2,3) nach oben offene Taschen (12,13) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Oberseite der zwei Enden (6,7) des Basiskörpers jeweils eine Auflagenoppe (14,15) für die Sitzplatte (16) des Stuhles vorgesehen ist.
  4. Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Aluminium-Guss oder Kunststoff mit Metall-Einlagen, z.B. glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid, besteht.
  5. Stapelbarer Stuhl mit zwei Bauteilen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Bauteile baugleich und durch zwei an den Traversenzapfen (4,5) befestigte Traversen (19,20) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei an den Beinzapfen (2,3) je ein Stuhlbein (21) befestigt ist, und die Traversen (19,20) unterhalb der Sitzplatte (16) verlaufen.
  6. Stuhl nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in eine vordere Tasche (12) des Basiskörpers eine Armlehne (23) eingesteckt ist.
  7. Stuhl nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in eine hintere Tasche (13) ein Verkettungsglied (22) zum Verbinden des Stuhles mit einem anderen eingesteckt ist.
