Claims (4)
- Drucker für Aufzeichnungsträger, vorzugsweise Papierbahnen (21) mit einem quer zur Papierbahn auf einem Schlitten (2) bewegten Druckkopf (1) und einer mit dem Druckkopf (1) bewegten Schneidvorrichtung zum Trennen der Papierbahnen in Einzelblätter oder Formulare, bestehend aus einem Schneidrad (5) und einer parallel zum Druckwiderlager (4) angeordneten Gegenschneide, sowie Andruckelementen als Niederhalter für die zu schneidenden Papierbahnen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) die Schneidvorrichtung mit einem Schieber (22) versehen ist, durch den bei einem Anschlag an eine Begrenzung, ein am Schlitten (2) schwenkbar gelagerter Messerhalter (7) mit dem am freien Ende gelagerten Schneidrad (5), in eine Betriebsposition bewegt und in dieser Stellung bis zum Abschluss des Schneidvorganges verriegelt bleibt,b) der mit einer Rückstellfeder (8) belastete Schieber (22), durch die Bewegung des Schlittens (2) gegen Anschläge in der seitlichen Endstellung des Druckkopfes (1), die Betriebspositionen der Schneidvorrichtung steuert,c) die Gegenschneide zum Schneidrad (5) als Klinge (11) ausgebildet und im Druckwiderlager (4) so gehaltert ist, dass sie eine Schnittmulde (20) bildet,d) zumindest im Randbereich der Papierbahn(21), oberhalb des Druckwiderlagers (4) eine bandförmige, vorzugsweise federelastische Schiene (12) angeordnet ist, die im Schneidbetrieb gegen die Papierbahn (26) gedrückt wird,e) der Niederhalter (12) derart vorgespannt ist , dass er im Druckbetrieb selbsttätig von der Papierbahn (26) abhebt.
- Drucker mit Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidrad (5) auf der dem Druckwiderlager (4) zugeordneten Rückseite mit einer Schulter (15) versehen ist, die mit der Bewegung des Schneidrades (5), die bandförmige Schiene (12) gegen die Papierbahn (26) drückt.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bandförmige Schiene (12) aus federelastischem Material, vorzugsweise aus Federstahl besteht.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung des Schneidrades (5) durch einen Taster (17) gesperrt ist, der eine fehlende Einstellung des Druckkopfes (1) auf den Druckabstand erfasst.
