Claims (3)

  1. Bourreuse (1) servant au bourrage des traverses (4) d'une voie ferrée (6), avec un châssis de machine (2) s'appuyant sur deux boggies (3) et s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la machine et un châssis de groupe (11) disposé entre les boggies (3) et qui peut être déplacé sur la voie ferrée relié grâce à un boggie (14) avec un mécanisme d'avancement de à un boggie (14) avec un mécanisme d'avancement de groupe (18), qui est relié avec le châssis de machine (2) via un appui de châssis (17) de manière à pouvoir coulisser longitudinalement, qui peut coulisser dans le sens longitudinal de la machine grâce à un entraînement d'accélération (21) afin de soutenir le mécanisme d'avancement du groupe (18) et qui présente, entre le boggie (14) et l'appui de châssis (17), un groupe de bourrage (19) réglable en hauteur ainsi qu'un groupe de levage de voie ferrée (20), l'entraînement d'accélération (21) étant relié rigidement avec le châssis de machine (2) par une fixation d'entraînement (22), caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement d'accélération présente, à une extrémité de piston (23), un poussoir d'appui (24) servant au contact temporaire sur le châssis de groupe (11), une course maximale m de l'entraînement d'accélération (21) étant inférieure au déplacement de coulissement maximal a entre les châssis de machine et de groupe (2, 11).
  2. Bourreuse (1) servant au bourrage des traverses (4) d'une voie ferrée (6), avec un châssis de machine (2) s'appuyant sur deux boggies (3) et s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la machine et un châssis de groupe (11) disposé entre les boggies (3) et qui peut être déplacé sur la voie ferrée relié grâce à un boggie (14) avec un mécanisme d'avancement de groupe (18), qui est relié avec le châssis de machine (2) via un appui de châssis (17) de manière à pouvoir coulisser longitudinalement, qui peut coulisser dans le sens longitudinal de la machine grâce à un entraînement hydraulique d'accélération (21) afin de soutenir le mécanisme d'avancement du groupe (18) et qui présente, entre le boggie (14) et l'appui de châssis (17), un groupe de bourrage (19) réglable en hauteur ainsi qu'un groupe de levage de voie ferrée (20), l'entraînement hydraulique d'accélération (21) étant relié rigidement avec le châssis de groupe (11) par une fixation d'entraînement (22), caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement hydraulique d'accélération présente, à une extrémité de piston (23), un poussoir d'appui (24) servant au contact temporaire sur le châssis de machine (2), une course maximale m de l'entraînement d'accélération (21) étant inférieure au déplacement de coulissement maximal a entre les châssis de machine et de groupe (2, 11).
  3. Procédé servant à soutenir un coulissement relatif entre un châssis de machine (2) se déplaçant en continu dans un sens de travail (12) et un châssis de groupe (11) pouvant coulisser par rapport à celui-ci dans le sens de travail (12) à l'aide d'un entraînement d'accélération (21), un cycle de coulissement étant composé d'un mouvement de coulissement dans le sens de travail (12) suivi d'un arrêt sur place du châssis de groupe (11) alors que le châssis de machine (2) continue à se déplacer, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    a) une commande commune d'un mécanisme d'avancement de groupe (18) et de l'entraînement d'accélération (21) pour un mouvement coulissant d'un poussoir d'appui (24) en contact sur le châssis de groupe (11) conjointement avec le châssis de groupe (11) à partir d'une position initiale vers une position finale,
    b) un détachement du poussoir d'appui (24) du châssis de groupe (11) et sa poursuite de mouvement grâce au mécanisme d'avancement de groupe (18),
    c) une commutation de l'entraînement hydraulique (21) dans une position flottante,
    d) une avancée du poussoir d'appui (24) déplacé vers l'avant suite à l'avance continue du châssis de machine (2) jusqu'au châssis de groupe (11), se trouvant à l'arrêt sur place pour procéder à un bourrage de voie ferrée,
    e) un recul automatique du poussoir d'appui (24) dans la position initiale en raison du coulissement relatif du châssis de machine (2) par rapport au châssis de groupe (11) se trouvant à l'arrêt sur place.
