Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de bourrage des traverses de voies de chemin de fer comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    - déplacement de deux pics de bourrage (16) faisant partie d'outils de bourrage (14), situés l'un en face de l'autre et se trouvant de part et d'autre d'une traverse donnée (1), transversalement aux rails d'une voie (4),
    - faire descendre les pics de bourrage dans le ballast de l'infrastructure d'une voie,
    - mise à disposition des outils de bourrage par
    - application d'une pression de bourrage par l'intermédiaire d'un système d'entraînement, permettant de bourrer du ballast sous la traverse (1),
    caractérisé en ce que les pics de bourrage (16) desdits outils de bourrage sont soumis à une pression diminuant avec la distance desdits outils de bourrage (14) des rails (4).
  2. Procédé de bourrage des traverses de rails de chemin de fer selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que dans chaque cas, un outil de bourrage est amené d'un côté de chaque rail (4) et un second outil de bourrage est amené de l'autre côté dudit rail (4), les deux outils de bourrage assignés à un rail formant dans chaque cas une unité de bourrage (10), les outils de bourrage (14) des unités de bourrage (10) étant déplacés au moyen de systèmes d'entraînement permettant d'écarter l'un de l'autre les outils de bourrage d'une première position, proche du rail, jusqu'à une seconde position éloignée du rail et comprenant en outre des systèmes d'entraînement assurant la mise à disposition et la vibration des outils de bourrage, tels que, dans la seconde position, la pression appliquée aux pics de bourrage (16) des outils de bourrage soit réduite par rapport à la pression appliquée dans la première position.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la course parcourue par les outils de bourrage lors de leur déplacement de la première position à la seconde position soit la même.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que soit l'un des outils de bourrage (14), soit les deux outils de bourrage (14) de l'unité de bourrage (10) soient déplacés de la seconde position en une position encore plus éloignée du rail, et en ce que la pression appliquée aux pics de bourrage (16) des outils de bourrage dans ladite troisième position soit différente des pressions de bourrage appliquées dans la première position ou dans la seconde position.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'outil de bourrage (14) de l'unité de bourrage (10) situé vers la tête de traverse soit déplacé au-delà de ladite tête de traverse, pour être ensuite tournée de 90° selon un axe vertical et placé face à la tête de traverse, afin de bourrer du ballast sous ladite tête de traverse avec un pression de bourrage réglable.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les systèmes d'entraînement assurant le déplacement des outils de bourrage (14) présentent des systèmes de commande pneumatique ou hydraulique.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque outil de bourrage présente deux pics de bourrage (16) situés l'un en face de l'autre de part et d'autre de chacune des traverses.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les pressions de bourrage appliquées aux pics de bourrage des outils de bourrage dans la (les) position(s) éloignée(s) du rail desdits outils de bourrage (14) aille de 30% à 70% et de préférence de 40% à 60% de la pression de bourrage appliquée aux pics de bourrage dans la position proche du rail.
