Claims (13)

  1. Wagon roulant sur rails (8) pour le chargement et le déchargement de rails de chemin de fer (9) sur ou d'un wagon de chargement (10), où le wagon (8) présente une grue de chargement (2) avec des bras de préhension (3) pour les rails, caractérisé en ce que la grue de chargement (2) est disposée d'une manière tournante au wagon (8) à une position fixe, et en ce que la grue de chargement avec la flèche (11) et le bras de préhension (3) est agencée pour décharger ou charger les rails (9) du wagon de chargement (10) ou du sol ou du lit de la voie (12).
  2. Wagon roulant sur rails selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus au wagon (8) au moins un guidage de rail (1, 7), de préférence au moins deux guidages de rail (1, 7) par côté de wagon.
  3. Wagon roulant sur rails selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les guidages de rail (1, 7) sont ajustables en hauteur et/ou latéralement.
  4. Wagon roulant sur rails selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les guidages de rail (1, 7) présentent des galets de guidage fonctionnant à moteur.
  5. Wagon roulant sur rails selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la grue de chargement (2) est réalisée comme grue téléscopique ou comme grue à bras coudé, où les bras de préhension (3) sont déplaçables jusqu'au delà du wagon de chargement (10) ou jusqu'au sol ou au corps de voie (12).
  6. Wagon roulant sur rails selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les bras de préhension (3) sont équipés de pinces hydrauliques ou d'organes de retenue magnétiques.
  7. Wagon roulant sur rails selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le wagon est auto-roulant.
  8. Wagon roulant sur rails selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la grue de chargement (2) peut être télécommandée par radio.
  9. Wagon roulant sur rails selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu à peu près au milieu du wagon (8) un dispositif de rotation de wagon (5).
  10. Wagon roulant sur rails selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un wagon auxiliaire auto-roulant (6) peut être fixé sur le wagon (8).
  11. Wagon roulant sur rails selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le wagon auxiliaire (6) peut être levé à l'aide de la grue de chargement (2) du wagon sur la voie du corps de voie (12).
