Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Druckform für eine Rotationsdruckmaschine durch bildgemäß gesteuertes Beschichten einer Oberfläche eines Druckformzylinders mit bildtragenden Elementen, welche mittels eines oder mehrerer Laserstrahlen eines entlang des Druckzylinders verfahrbaren Laserschreibkopfes auf die Oberfläche des sich drehenden Druckformzylinders aufgebracht werden,bei dem ein Mediumstrom erzeugt wird, in welchem Bestandteile mit den bildtragenden Eigenschaften enthalten sind,bei dem der Mediumstrom kontinuierlich oder gepulst durch einen Bearbeitungsspalt zwischen Laserschreibkopf und Oberfläche des Druckformzylinders hindurch geführt wird, undbei dem die Laserstrahlen den Mediumstrom durchdringen und dabei Bestandteile mit bildtragenden Eigenschaften aus dem Medium abgeschieden und auf den Druckformzylinder aufgeformt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Laserstrahl im Wesentlichen 90° zum Mediumstrom auf diesen ausgerichtet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei dem der Mediumstrom Staubpartikel enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der Mediumstrom staubförmiger Toner ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei dem der Mediumstrom flüssig ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei dem der Mediumstrom gasförmig ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die aus dem Mediumstrom abgeschiedenen Bestandteile auf den Druckformzylinder aufgeschmolzen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die aus dem Mediumstrom abgeschiedenen Bestandteile auf den Druckformzylinder aufgesintert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem der Mediumstrom mechanisch erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem der Mediumstrom elektrostatisch erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem der Mediumstrom elektromechanisch erzeugt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1,mit einem Druckformzylinder (1),mit einem einen oder mehrere Laserstrahlen aussendenden Laserschreibkopf (2), der entlang des Druckformzylinders (1) verschiebbar angeordnet ist,mit einer Einrichtung (3), in der ein Mediumstrom (4) erzeugbar ist, in welchem Bestandteile mit bildtragenden Eigenschaften enthalten sind, undmittels welcher der Mediumstrom (4) durch einen Bearbeitungsspalt zwischen Laserschreibkopf (2) und Druckformzylinder (1) hindurchleitbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der die Einrichtung (3) als geschlossenes Medium-Kreislaufsystem (33, 35) ausgebildet ist, und das den Bearbeitungsspalt durchströmte Medium erneut dem Bearbeitungsspalt zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der das durch den Bearbeitungsspalt strömende Medium einen Gasschleier ausbildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei der das durch den Bearbeitungsspalt strömende Medium als Staubschleier ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei der das durch den Bearbeitungsspalt strömende Medium eine Flüssigkeit ist.
