Definitions
- the invention relates to a switch contact arrangement electrical switching device with a contact lever and at least one with the contact lever by applying heat connected flexible conductor, being at one end of the contact lever a receiving pocket for a solidified end section the flexible conductor is formed and the receiving pocket one floor surface and three approximately at right angles to the floor surface has standing side faces.
- a contact arrangement of this type is in EP 0 467 798 B1 described.
- the pocket has a rectangular shape Floor area by connecting two base slats of the Contact lever is formed, only one of which is a cutout having.
- the side surfaces formed by the cutout the receiving pocket are at right angles to each other and are bevelled near the mouth.
- the arrangement according to EP 0 467 798 B1 is for one Connection of the flexible conductor and the contact lever Welding provided without material feed. Thereby is an electric current when electrodes are pressurized such a size passed through the parts to be connected that these merge with one another over a large area (resistance welding).
- the invention aims at the quality of the connection of contact levers and flexible conductors can be improved.
- this object is achieved in that the floor area has an approximately trapezoidal shape and the End portion have a shape adapted to the bottom surface.
- Another advantageous property is an increase in lateral moment of resistance of the combination of contact lever and flexible conductor. This increases the resistance the connection point of the contact lever and flexible conductor against the strong forces that occur when Switchgear with a short-circuit current occur.
- the invention proves to be advantageous in automated systems Manufacturing processes in which the trapezoidal Designing the alignment and centering of the pliable Conductor is facilitated relative to the contact lever.
- the result of the invention is that the Current transfer between the contact lever and the flexible Conducted as if the conductor was in the material of the Contact lever embedded or in one piece with this. In order to the contact resistance and the power loss become special low.
- Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a low-voltage circuit breaker on average.
- FIG. 2 shows a contact carrier of that shown in FIG. 1 Low voltage circuit breaker with multiple contact levers and adjacent parts.
- Figure 3 shows a single contact lever and one with this flexible conductor to be connected.
- Figure 4 shows the contact lever and the flexible conductor 3 in the connected state.
- FIG. 5 shows an end view of a contact lever a pocket.
- the low-voltage circuit breaker shown schematically in FIG. 1 1 has a housing 2 in which several Switching poles are arranged side by side in parallel.
- everyone who Switching poles comprises a switch contact arrangement 3 with an associated one Arc quenching chamber 4.
- Each of the switch contact arrangements 3 has a fixed switch contact 5 and a movable switch contact 6, the multiple contact lever 7 or 7k and a Kotaktisme pivotally mounted in the housing 2 8 includes.
- the contact levers 7 and 7k are relative arranged pivotally to the contact carrier 8, the longer ones Contact lever 7 main and pre-contacts and the shorter contact lever 7k have only main contacts.
- Flexible ladder 9 connect the contact lever 7 or 7k with a lower stationary Current conductor 10, which together with an upper stationary Current conductor 11 the connection of the circuit breaker 1 allowed with a load circuit.
- One in the same Housing 2 accommodated drive device 12 is used for actuation the movable switch contacts 6 by means of a lever linkage 13th
- a movable switching contact 6 with its contact levers 7, 7k and its contact carrier 8 is illustrated in more detail in FIG. 2.
- the number of contact levers 7, 7k shown is to be understood only as an example, because depending on the dimensioning the circuit breaker 1 a smaller or larger number such contact levers may be needed. As you can see is in any case the number of contact levers and associated flexible conductor in a multi-pole circuit breaker considerably. Since each of the junctions is one flexible conductor 9 with a contact lever 7 or 7k with a electrical contact resistance can be affected thus a high quality of the connection points is desired in order to electrical power loss and thus the heating of the circuit breaker to keep low. At the same time, it depends to make the connections quickly and in uniform quality to be able to.
- FIG. 3 illustrates a single contact lever 7 and a flexible conductor 9 to be firmly connected to it.
- the contact lever 7 is made of copper sheet in a known manner manufactured and has a bearing opening 14 for receiving a Bearing pin in the side cheeks of the contact carrier 8 ( Figures 1 and 2) is added.
- the contact lever has the opposite rear 7 pins 15 in a known manner for engaging in helical compression springs, which are supported in the contact carrier 8 and which when the circuit breaker 1 is switched on for an adequate contact force between the contact levers 7 and the stationary switch contact.
- At its bottom The end of each contact lever 7 with a receiving pocket 16 for provided a solidified end portion 17 of the flexible conductor 10.
- the flexible conductor 10 three parallel flexible conductor ropes 18, which in known Way also consist of fine wire flexible copper braid.
- the three conductor cables 18 are in use a high pressure to a practically compact body solidified, which forms the mentioned end portion.
- the receiving pocket 16, like the end section 17, is trapezoidal switched in such a way that when inserting the end section 17 in the receiving pocket 16 in the direction of Arrow 20 shown in FIG. 3 is not just a flat one Touch with the bottom surface 21, but also a three-sided Touch on the side surfaces 22, 23 and 24 of the receiving pocket 16 takes place.
- the trapezoidal shape of the receiving pocket 16 and the end section 17 not only lead to a flat connection in the area the bottom surface 21, but also on the side surfaces 22, 23 and 24. This ensures good power transfer between the contact levers 7 and the flexible conductor 9 and at the same time a significantly increased mechanical strength.
- Units according to Figure 4, the contact levers 7 and flexible conductors 9 exist, are therefore particularly suitable for Circuit breakers with high switching capacity.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 While in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 a right-angled position of the side walls 22, 23 and 24 for Floor surface 21 is provided and, accordingly, the corresponding Side faces of the end portion 17 are also rectangular stand to each other, can also according to Figure 5 a double trapezoidal shape of a pocket 25 with a correspondingly adapted shape of a not shown End portion of a flexible conductor provided his.
- the receiving pocket 25 points corresponding to the receiving pocket 16 ( Figure 3) a trapezoidal bottom surface 26 and Side surfaces 27, 28 and 29 on. These are obtuse to the floor area 26.
- With a suitable dimensioning of the to the Receiving pocket 25 belonging end portion of a flexible Ladder can be achieved under the pressure of the known Way provided soldering or welding electrodes all Interfaces come into contact with each other and everywhere a high proportion of binding is achieved.
