Claims (8)
- Schaltvorrichtung zum Schalten einer elektrischen Verbindung zwischen einem ersten und einem zweiten Anschlußteil (4, 5) mit:a) einem bewegbaren Kontakthebel (1) zum Schalten eines Kontakts zwischen einem kontakthebelseitigen Schaltkontakt (2) und einem Schaltkontakt des ersten Anschlußteils (5), undb) einem flexiblen elektrischen Leiter, der mit dem zweiten Anschlußteil (4) elektrisch verbunden ist, wobei der kontakthebelseitige Schaltkontakt (2) auf dem flexiblen elektrischen Leiter angeordnet ist,
der flexible elektrische Leiter als Flexband (3) ausgestaltet ist, wobei der Kontakthebel (1) in eine Schlitzoffnung (8) des Flexbands (3) teilweise eingepaßt ist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kontakthebel (1) aus nichtleitendem Material bestehen kann. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kontakthebelseitige Schaltkontakt durch ein auf dem Flexband (3) angeordnetes Kontaktplattchen (2) gebildet ist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Flexband (3) ein flexibles Kupferband ist. - Schaitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kontaktplättchen (2) auf das Kupferband (3) gelötet ist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kupferband (3) an seinem schaltkontaktseitigen Ende preßgeschweißt ist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kupferband (3) vorgekrummt ist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das preßgeschweißte Ende des Kupferbands (3) in eine Aussparung des Kontakthebels (1) eingepaßt ist.
