Claims (15)
- Zungennadel (1) für Maschen bildende Maschinen,
mit einem Schaft (2), der einen Haken (3) trägt, in dessen Nachbarschaft ein Zungenschlitz (5) ausgebildet ist,
mit einer Zunge (4), die in dem Zungenschlitz (5) an einer Zungenlagereinrichtung (18) schwenkbar gelagert ist,
mit einer Zungenfeder (19), die in dem Zungenschlitz (5) angeordnet und an Federsitzen (23, 24) gehalten ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungenfeder (19) in einem ersten Abschnitt (25) eine Breite aufweist, die größer ist als in einem zweiten Abschnitt (26 oder 27). - Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungenfeder (19) an ihren beiden Enden (21, 22) in Federsitzen (23, 24) gelagert ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungenfeder (19) gerade ausgebildet ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungenfeder (19) gekröpft ausgebildet ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Abschnitt (25) an der Zungenlagereinrichtung (18) angeordnet ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (26 oder 27) an einer von der Zungenlagereinrichtung (18) beabstandeten Stelle angeordnet ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Federlängsrichtung (L) gemessene Länge des ersten Abschnitts (25) den gesamten mit der Zunge (4) in Berührung kommenden Bereich der Zungenfeder (19) erfasst.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Federlängsrichtung (L) gemessene Länge des zweiten Abschnitts (26) den gesamten zwischen der Zungenlagereinrichtung (18) und dem Federsitz (23, 24) vorhandenen Bereich (26) einnimmt.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungenfeder (19) symmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungenfeder (19) asymmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Zungenfeder (19) in ihrem ersten Abschnitt (25) wenigstens so groß ist wie die Breite der Zunge (4).
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Zungenfeder. (19) in ihrem zweiten Abschnitt (26) geringer ist als die halbe Breite des Zungenschlitzes (5)
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Zungenfeder (19) in ihrem zweiten Abschnitt (26) geringer ist als ein Drittel der Breite des Zungenschlitzes (5).
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bezüglich der Längsrichtung (L) der Zungenfeder (19) zu beiden Seiten der Zungenlagerung (18) zweite Abschnitte (26, 27) vorhanden sind, in denen die Zungenfeder (19) mit geringerer Breite ausgebildet ist als in dem ersten Abschnitt (25), der an der Zungenlagereinrichtung (18) angeordnet ist.
- Zungennadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bezüglich der Längsrichtung (L) der Zungenfeder (19) an wenigstens einer Seite der Zungenlagerung (18) ein unterteilter zweiter Abschnitt (26 oder 27) vorhanden ist.
