Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Umreifen, insbesondere zum Längsumreifen von Packgut mit einem Umreifungsband, umfassend eine Umreifungsbandrolle, von der zu verarbeitendes Umreifungsband unter Bildung eines Bandspeicher für einen nachfolgenden Umreifungsvorgang abgezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Abziehen des Umreifungsbands (5) ein bewegbarer Bandmitnehmer (6) vorgesehen ist, der von einer ersten in eine zweite Stellung unter Mitnahme des Umreifungsbands (5) bewegbar ist, und dass ein das Umreifungsband (5) arretierendes Haltemittel (12) an einer dem Bandmitnehmer (6) nachgeschalteten Stelle vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandmitnehmer (6) als Rückspanneinrichtung für um das Packgut (13) geführtes Umreifungsband (5) unter Förderung der rückgespannten Bandlänge in den Bandspeicher (15) vor dem Abziehen des Umreifungsbands (5) von der Umreifungsbandrolle (4) dient, wozu ein dem Bandmitnehmer (6) vorgeschaltetes, vorzugsweise rollennahes zweites Haltemittel (11) zum Arretieren des Umreifungsbands (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Bewegung des Bandmitnehmers (6) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stellung derart bemessen ist, dass gerade soviel Umreifungsband (5) in den Speicher geführt wird, wie für einen nachfolgenden Umreifungsvorgang benötigt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungslänge des Bandmitnehmers einstellbar oder variierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandmitnehmer (6) ein Schwenkhebel (7) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (7) um die Drehachse der Umreifungsbandrolle (4) schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und gegebenenfalls das zweite Haltemittel als Klemmmittel (11, 12) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach. einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der als Schwenkhebel (7) ausgebildete Bandmitnehmer (6) zwei seitlich der Umreifungsbandrolle (4) bewegbare Schwenkarme (8), die über einen am Umreifungsband (5) angreifenden Verbindungsabschnitt (9) verbunden sind, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandmitnehmer (6) längs oder parallel zur Drehachse der Umreifungsbandrolle (4) zumindest zur Durchführung der Rückbewegung in die erste Stellung verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (9) zweiteilig und wenigstens einer der Schwenkarme (8) längs der Schwenkachse verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Bandmitnehmer (6), gegebenenfalls den Verbindungsabschnitt (9) bildend, eine Rolle oder Walze (10) vorgesehen ist, an der das abzuziehenden Umreifungsband (5) abläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bandspeicher (15) Halteelemente zum Halten des durch die Bewegung des Bandmitnehmers (6) eingeführten Umreifungsbands (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Haltemittel Bürsten vorgesehen sind.
