Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing patterned pile fabric on a double-pile weaving machine, with a double-pile fabric with two Gundgewebe connected by Florhenkel by separating the Florhenkel with a knife that can be moved parallel to the basic goods, an upper and a lower pile fabric is produced, which has pile loops and pile legs, the pile loops forming pile threads between a base weft and one guided by lancets at a distance from the respective base tissue Auxiliary shot are spanned, the auxiliary shots in an alley between the lancet groups assigned to the two basic tissues and removed after completion of the double pile fabric.
- the invention also relates to a double pile weaving machine for the production of Double pile fabrics with areas of pile handles arranged according to the pattern and areas made of pole loops, with at least two that can be activated simultaneously weft insertion planes assigned to a web zone, with means for separating the Florhenkel between the two base fabrics of the double pile fabric and with at least one jacquard machine for pattern-based control of choir patterned pile threads per warp course.
- a weaving method of this type is known from DE 199 18 171 A1.
- two flat fabrics are produced, both of which serve as the base fabric of a pile or carpet fabric.
- Both Basic fabrics are combined with each other by means of pile handles of different colors connected.
- pile handles of different colors connected.
- dead poles mostly stretched between the back and inner shots.
- the jacquard machine can select these pile threads and either for binding as a dead pole on the base fabric or for the formation of pole handles in Connection with the opposite base fabric for subject formation move.
- a so-called double pile fabric or double pile fabric is created.
- By the pole handles are separated in the middle between the two basic goods two pile fabrics or carpets. Both pile fabrics have in the pile layer both pile areas and areas with exclusively closed pile loops on.
- the pole loops formed in this way - called the wrong bouclé - extend usually only over a slightly thicker weft thread of the base fabric and therefore have only small dimensions. They are regularly significantly flatter than the pile legs in the pile areas. This fake bouclé is called also as a pattern on the bottom.
- Adjacent pile handles are spread out in the warp direction. They form in Weft direction a cord-like pile surface. It is unsatisfactory. It can not pile fabric with reasonable kick properties and more uniform Pole height are generated. The pile loops and pile legs cannot roughly a uniform plane can be positioned anywhere on the pole surface.
- EP 1 081 260 A1 is used for the production of a pile fabric Pole loops and pile legs use a kind of rod weaving machine proposed.
- the single-action rod weaving machine carries in everyone third tour on the pole side a thicker shot, over the per warp course a selected pile thread forms a larger loop.
- a cutting rod pole form element
- These larger ones formed Pole loops are separated and formed when the cutting rod is pulled out upright pile legs anchored in the base fabric. These pile legs are significantly longer than the pole loops formed on the goods base.
- a major disadvantage is that the pole loops spread Spread the pile legs in the pile row with thick weft threads so that the Pile areas in the weft direction get a rib or cord structure.
- the rod weaving machine works one-tier and requires for incorporating a number of Pile loops or pile loops a total of three weaving machine tours. Because of the large mass of the cutting rod to be entered in a tour can Only operate the loom at low speed.
- Another element that limits the working speed of the weaving machine is the cutting rod during its cutting function. Warm the cutting rods during the cutting process such that when a Melt the ends of the pile legs at a certain temperature. That affects the quality of the pile fabric produced. For this reason, one is a further reduction in the working speed of the weaving machine is usually unavoidable.
- the height of the pole loops can also be determined using the method mentioned here do not adjust to the greater height of the pile legs if pile loops and The pile legs are positioned side by side in the weft direction.
- the cross-section of the rod determines the height difference between the pile leg and Pile loops.
- the walking comfort can only be ensured if the surface areas of the carpet with pole loops are very small. If the pole loop structure is to prevail, then the pile heights are to be reduced by a shear process. The low and hard pole loops then determine the pedaling comfort at a low level.
- the lancet groups arranged in one plane are articulated Guide boards equipped that can be involved in technical training. These controllable guide boards ensure that the auxiliary shots alternately to spread the respective pile loops the pile fabric be assigned to the upper fabric or the pile fabric of the lower fabric. After the weaving process is finished, both pile fabrics come off without Cutting process from each other.
- auxiliary weft threads can remain in the tissue while supporting the pole loops. But you can also look sideways the pile fabric can be removed so that the pile loops themselves are comfortable to walk on determine.
- the pile legs and the pile loops are arbitrary on the pile surface can be arranged according to the pattern without the separation process of the pile handles of the Double pile fabric is hindered in some way. It is excluded, that the means for spreading the pile loops also spread the pile legs.
- the size of the pole loops is due to the choice of the dimensions of the lancets can be varied within the usual limits. For securing the almost uniform
- the height of the pile legs and the pile loops are in addition to the usual, balancing ones Shearing processes no additional operations required. It will Using the double pile weaving process, two of the same and high quality at the same time Pile fabric is produced, thus ensuring a high output of the weaving machine.
- the method can be modified using conventional double carpet or Double pile weaving machines with a lancet arrangement without limitation of the usual working speed can be realized.
- the implementation of the procedure with single-shot entry is in principle possible but for economic reasons (would be for a pile bond repeat at least four tours required) regularly not desired.
- the described In principle, the method also enables the combination with a sample Pile thread pattern on the base fabric and / or with a weft pattern.
- the advantage of the method according to claim 14 is in addition to the high Productivity above all in additional design options for pile fabrics. So this modification also allows the production of patterns on the bottom (wrong Bouclé or shot pattern) in larger areas. Possibly. provided auxiliary shot slings and / or warp threads binding auxiliary shots alone be arranged on the bottom using pole loops. Do these auxiliary shot slings pass made of water-soluble fibers or very thin filaments at least in a subsequent, easily realizable work step the visible side through water or by means of controlled flames (scorching) be eliminated.
- the double pile weaving machines according to claims 15 to 18 are special Suitable for carrying out the method according to the invention.
- the arrangement of the strip trigger device according to claim 19 is suitable especially when larger pile loop-free areas are provided in a pile fabric and if large pole loops are part of the pattern.
- the embodiment according to claim 20 in particular offers greater reliability in pile fabrics with a relatively low pile loop height.
- the basic principle of the present invention should first be based on the example of a three-guard double pile weaving machine according to FIG. 1 are explained.
- the three-armed Double-pile loom is equipped with shedding devices, the threads individually or in groups in a manner known per se in four can distribute superimposed levels.
- the upper compartment level O and the upper middle compartment level Ma are in terms of Binding warp threads 223a and the filling chain 224a the upper base fabric 22a assigned.

The invention also relates to a double pile weaving machine for the production of Double pile fabrics with areas of pile handles arranged according to the pattern and areas made of pole loops, with at least two that can be activated simultaneously weft insertion planes assigned to a web zone, with means for separating the Florhenkel between the two base fabrics of the double pile fabric and with at least one jacquard machine for pattern-based control of choir patterned pile threads per warp course.
A weaving method of this type is known from DE 199 18 171 A1. On a double-protective double carpet weaving machine, two flat fabrics are produced, both of which serve as the base fabric of a pile or carpet fabric. Both Basic fabrics are combined with each other by means of pile handles of different colors connected. In both base fabrics there are non-patterning pile threads, so-called dead poles, mostly stretched between the back and inner shots.
The jacquard machine can select these pile threads and either for binding as a dead pole on the base fabric or for the formation of pole handles in Connection with the opposite base fabric for subject formation move. A so-called double pile fabric or double pile fabric is created. By the pole handles are separated in the middle between the two basic goods two pile fabrics or carpets. Both pile fabrics have in the pile layer both pile areas and areas with exclusively closed pile loops on.
The pole loops formed in this way - called the wrong bouclé - extend usually only over a slightly thicker weft thread of the base fabric and therefore have only small dimensions. They are regularly significantly flatter than the pile legs in the pile areas. This fake bouclé is called also as a pattern on the bottom.
If you want to enlarge the pole loops with thicker shots, they are shot in the direction of the shot Adjacent pile handles are spread out in the warp direction. They form in Weft direction a cord-like pile surface. It is unsatisfactory. It can not pile fabric with reasonable kick properties and more uniform Pole height are generated. The pile loops and pile legs cannot roughly a uniform plane can be positioned anywhere on the pole surface.
A major disadvantage is that the pole loops spread Spread the pile legs in the pile row with thick weft threads so that the Pile areas in the weft direction get a rib or cord structure.
Another disadvantage of this method is the low productivity. The rod weaving machine works one-tier and requires for incorporating a number of Pile loops or pile loops a total of three weaving machine tours. Because of the large mass of the cutting rod to be entered in a tour can Only operate the loom at low speed.
Another element that limits the working speed of the weaving machine is the cutting rod during its cutting function. Warm the cutting rods during the cutting process such that when a Melt the ends of the pile legs at a certain temperature. That affects the quality of the pile fabric produced. For this reason, one is a further reduction in the working speed of the weaving machine is usually unavoidable.
The height of the pole loops can also be determined using the method mentioned here do not adjust to the greater height of the pile legs if pile loops and The pile legs are positioned side by side in the weft direction. The cross-section of the rod determines the height difference between the pile leg and Pile loops.
The walking comfort can only be ensured if the surface areas of the carpet with pole loops are very small. If the pole loop structure is to prevail, then the pile heights are to be reduced by a shear process. The low and hard pole loops then determine the pedaling comfort at a low level.
Die zur Polbindung ausgewählten Polfäden werden über diese Hilfsschüsse geführt und bilden größere Polschlingen aus.DE 43 12 235 A1 describes a method and a device for loop pile fabrics has been proposed on a weaving machine in connection auxiliary weft threads are inserted with known lancets. (To compare See also Hans Osswald: "The carpet industry", Melliand textile reports, 1965, page 123.) The pile threads selected for the pile weave are over this Auxiliary shots led and form larger pole loops.
The lancet groups arranged in one plane are articulated Guide boards equipped that can be involved in technical training. These controllable guide boards ensure that the auxiliary shots alternately to spread the respective pile loops the pile fabric be assigned to the upper fabric or the pile fabric of the lower fabric. After the weaving process is finished, both pile fabrics come off without Cutting process from each other.
Removing the auxiliary weft threads is optional. They can remain in the tissue while supporting the pole loops. But you can also look sideways the pile fabric can be removed so that the pile loops themselves are comfortable to walk on determine.
With such a double-pole weaving machine and such a method However, only those pile fabrics can be produced on their surface only pole loops are present. The alternating pattern Arrangement of pile legs, the fiber ends of which are directed towards the pole surface, and closed pole loops cannot be realized with this method.
No. 3,289,706 describes a method and a double pile weaving machine has become known with which the pile is produced in extreme height by the fact that the pile handles before they change into the opposite basic goods Auxiliary shots on both sides of a lancet, which is assigned to a basic product, be stretched zigzag. This large pile leg length becomes free, when the lancet groups release the auxiliary shots. A pile thread pattern is not possible with this procedure. It is the same with this procedure impossible, patterned pile loops with pile legs about the same height to change.
We can state that there is no known method in the prior art that it enables pile legs and pile loops to be of the same and structurally variable Height can be arranged according to the pattern, without any of the pole types regarding its quality or variability is adversely affected.
DE 175 757 further describes a process for the production of double pile fabrics known, in the pile warp threads both pile loops and pile handles form. Pole loops and pile loops are always adjacent to each other and form together a sample point. The pile handles are separated in the usual way. Two pile fabrics are created. The pole rings are made using auxiliary shots stretched out by means of wires that extend into the area of the breast tree extend out at a distance from the base fabric.
One such procedure is for the manufacture of patterned pile fabrics that have larger areas without pole loops, not feasible. The auxiliary shots allow trouble-free separation of the pile handles in areas without loops not to. The wires leading up to the area of the breast tree cause a compression of the tissue and hinder trouble-free tissue withdrawal. The process, which has been known for a very long time, has therefore not even changed Approach approach.
- in which the pile loops and the pile legs have a sufficient and approximately the same height with optimal alignment to the pile surface
- in which the separation of the pile handles can be reliably guaranteed in all areas and
- that can be implemented with two or more contactors, two-speed, without additional speed limitation.
This object is achieved by the method according to
During the cutting process of the pile handles, both the auxiliary shots and also the vertex of the pile loops in terms of their position exactly outside of Movement range of the knife positioned so that the loop structure and the removal of the auxiliary shots is not affected by faulty disconnection processes becomes.
The method can be modified using conventional double carpet or Double pile weaving machines with a lancet arrangement without limitation of the usual working speed can be realized.
The implementation of the procedure with single-shot entry is in principle possible but for economic reasons (would be for a pile bond repeat at least four tours required) regularly not desired. The described In principle, the method also enables the combination with a sample Pile thread pattern on the base fabric and / or with a weft pattern.
With the fixation and tensioning of the auxiliary wefts by groin warp threads and the

Additional securing of the position of the auxiliary wefts in the area of the double pile fabric

The modification of the method according to claims 9 and 10 can be done in the usual way Double-pile looms with limited modifications to some components realize.

The implementation of the method according to
The advantage of the method according to claim 14 is in addition to the high Productivity above all in additional design options for pile fabrics.
The double pile weaving machines according to
The arrangement of the strip trigger device according to claim 19 is suitable especially when larger pile loop-free areas are provided in a pile fabric and if large pole loops are part of the pattern.

The basic principle of the present invention should first be based on the example of a three-guard double pile weaving machine according to FIG. 1 are explained.

Another possibility of patterning in this production variant is in

In the areas of this pattern on the bottom it is of course just as in the

Fig. 10 - einzubringen,

Abzugswalzen 31, 32. Dieses übliche Aggregat bedarf keiner besonderen Beschreibung. The
The
Leisten-Abzugswalzen 71 seitlich vom Polgewebe 2b weggezogen.
The
Fig. 7 dargestellt.
Another variant of the tension of the
