Claims (36)
- Gestell für die Montage und sequenzielle Lieferung von Modulen an Weiterverarbeiter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell für die Aufnahme eines Fahrwerkmoduls (29) für Anhängefahrzeuge in anbaugerechter Ausrichtung und Zuordnung der Bestandteile wie Achsaggregate (30,31,32), Bremsanlage, Elektrikanlage und Steuerungseinrichtungen ausgebildet ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell modular aufgebaut ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell einen aus Längsholmen (2,3,4) und Querholmen (5,6,7,8,9) zusammengesetzten Rahmen (1) sowie Stützpfosten (10,11,12,13,14,15) umfaßt, die jeweils mit einem Unterteil (16) über die Rahmenholme (2,4) nach unten überstehen und mit einem Oberteil (17) über die Rahmenholme (2,4) nach oben vorstehen.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpfostenteile (16,17) untereinander fluchten und sich jeweils an der Unter- bzw. der Oberseite der Rahmenholme (2,4) abstützen.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpfostenteile (16,17) durch ein ihre Rahmenholme (2,4) durchgreifendes Verbindungsmittel fest untereinander und mit den Rahmenholmen verbunden sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpfostenteile (16,17) mit den Rahmenholmen (2,4) verschweißt sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpfostenteile (16,17) auf mit den Rahmenholmen (2,4) fest verbundene Anschlußglieder aufsteckbar und nach Aufstecken an den Anschlußgliedern fixierbar sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpfosten (10,11,12,13,14,15) an ihren oberen Enden Formvorsprünge (18) und in ihren unteren Enden Ausnehmungen zur gegenseitigen formschlüssigen Kupplung von aufeinander gesetzten Stützpfosten aufweisen.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpfostenteile (16,17) jeweils in eine Nichtgebrauchsstellung überführbar, insbesondere klappbar, sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützpfosten eine Baueinheit bilden, die um eine horizontale Klappachse in die Ebene des Rahmens (1) klappbar und in ihren Klappendstellungen arretierbar ist.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell zumindest zwei Stützpfostenpaare (10,11;12,13;14,15) aufweist, die den außenseitigen Längsholmen (2,4) des Rahmens (1) zugeordnet sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell an zumindest einem Querholm (5,6,7,8,9) zumindest einen weiteren Stützpfosten aufweist.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Enden der Stützpfosten (10,11,12,13,14,15) von einem hutoder tellerförmigen Standfuß (19) umgeben sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf zumindest zwei innenliegenden Querholmen (6,7,8) Auflageteile (20) für die Abstützung der Achsaggregate (30,31,32) vorgesehen sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageteile (20) in ihrem gegenseitigen Abstand veränderbar sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageteile (20) einen auf ihren jeweiligen Querholm (6,7,8) aufsteckbaren und nach Aufstecken festlegbaren Trägerteil (23) aufweisen.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Auflageteile (20) eine sich quer zur Längserstreckung des Rahmens (1) erstreckende Rinnenform (21,22) aufweisen.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 16 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageteile (20) eine in Bezug zur Längsrichtung des Rahmens exzentrische Anordnung zu ihren Trägerteilen (23) und/oder die Trägerteile (23) eine exzentrische Anordnung zu den Querholmen (6,7,8) aufweisen und der Abstand zwischen den Auflageteilen (20) durch Umstecken der Trägerteile (23) auf ihren Querholmen (6,7,8) nach einer 180°-Verschwenkung um ihre Hochachse veränderbar ist.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß Auflageteile (20) tragende Querholme (6,7,8) in Längsrichtung des Rahmens (1) verschiebbar und in ihren jeweiligen Stellungen feststellbar abgestützt sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprpüche 4 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Auflageteile (20) in eine Nichtgebrauchsstellung überführbar sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerteile (23) für die Auflageteile (20) ein Klappgelenk mit horizontal und quer zur Längsrichtung des Rahmens (1) ausgerichteter Gelenkachse aufweisen.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung von Gestellmodulen die Längsholme (2,3,4) des Rahmens (1) aus Abschnitten bestehen, die fest miteinander verbindbar und voneinander trennbar sowie durch eine Querstrebe zu einer Baugruppe vereinigt und mit einem Stützpfostenpaar (10,11;12,13;14,15) ausgerüstet sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Achsaggregate (30,31,32) auf ihren Auflageteilen (20) in Längs- und in Querrichtung des Rahmens (1) in ihrer Lage fixierbar sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Auflageteilen (20) eine Klemmvorrichtung zur Klemmfestlegung der Achsaggregate (30,31,32) auf den Auflageteilen (20) zugeordnet ist.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß mehrere mit einem Fahrwerkmodul beladene Gestelle zu einer Gruppe übereinander stapelbar sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß mehrere mit einem Fahrwerkmodul beladene Gestelle hintereinander gruppierbar sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß ein komplettes Fahrwerkmodul (29) sämtliche für ein Anhängefahrzeug benötigten, unter dem Chassis eines Anhängefahrzeugs anzubringenden Fahrwerksteile umfaßt, insbesondere Achsaggregate (30,31,32) samt Bremseinrichtungen (33) und Luftfedereinrichtungen (samt Luftfederbälgen (35,36,37;40,41,42) Brems-, Luftfeder- und Druckluft-Steuervorrichtungen, Druckluftspeicher (45,46), die Elektrik- und Elektronikausrüstung samt Batterie, Rohr-, Schlauch- und Kabelverbindungen sowie einen Unterfahrschutz (65) mit Beleuchtungseinrichtung (66).
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit Luftfederung komplettierte Achsaggregat (30,31,32) mit Anschraubplatten (48) für eine Verbindung derLuftfederung des Achsaggregates mit dem Chassis des Anhängefahrzeugs durch Anschrauben versehen ist.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschraubplatte (48) jeweils Teil einer gesonderten Luftfederstütze (50,51,52) bilden.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftfederstützen (50,51,52) durch eine Querprofilstrebe (60,61,62) zu einer einen Federstützbock (56,57,58) bildenden Baueinheit verbunden sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Abstützung der Federstützböcke (56,57,58) der Achsaggregate (30,31,32) an deren Querprofilstrebe (60,61,62) Stützträger (38;39) vorgesehen sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützträger (38;39) höhenverstellbar sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 30 oder 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützträger (38) mit einem Steckfuß (38') auf dem mittleren Längsholm (3) des Rahmens (1) aufsteckbar sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützträger (38) entlang dem mittleren Längsholm (3) des Rahmens (1) verschieb- und feststellbar abgestützt sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Längsholmen (2,3,4) des Rahmens (1) endseitig offene Hohlprofiltaschen (43,44) für die Aufnahme von Gabelzinken eines Gabelstaplers, Krans od.dgl. Lasthubgerätes vorgesehen sind.
- Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß an den Längs- (2,3,4) und/oder Querholmen (5,6,7,8,9) des Rahmens Anschlußösen od.dgt. Lastanschlußmittel für den Anschluß von Hubketten, Hubseilen od.dgl. Hubmitteln vorgesehen sind.
