Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Abfüllung einer vorgegebenen Menge eines Produktes, insbesondere eines Getränks oder Lebensmittels, in aus vorzugsweise von einer Rolle bereitgestelltem Packstoff, insbesondere Karton-KunststoffVerbundmaterial, hergestellte Packungen (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Zentralsteuerung (5) vor, während und nach der Abfüllung über eine Mehrzahl von Schnittstellen (9-15) Informationsdaten über den Herstellungsprozess des Packstoffs, die Unversehrtheit des Packungsmantels und/oder der offenen Packung und den Abfüllprozess sammelt und den Produktionsprozess so beinflusst, dass defekte oder beschädigte Packungen nicht befüllt werden und dass nicht gefüllte oder gefüllte, jedoch undichte oder beschädigte Packungen aus dem laufenden Produktionsprozess ausgeschleust werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Daten über den Herstellungsprozess des Packstoffes Informationen über dessen Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, sein Gewicht, vorhandene Nahtstellen, eventuelle Druckfehler oder ggf. weitere herstellungsprozessabhängige Parameter umfassen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Daten über den Abfüllprozess Informationen über die Füllhöhe bzw. das Gewicht der gefüllten Packung, die Qualität der Siegelnaht, den äußeren Zustand der fertigen Packung und ggf. weitere füllprozessabhängige Parameter umfassen. - Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über eine Prozesserfassungs-Software die in der Zentralsteuerung erfassten Daten für die Erstellung einer Kostenabrechnung für den Packstoffhersteller ausgewertet werden. - Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Daten über den Herstellungsprozess elektronisch (on-line) und/oder über einen Datenträger an die Zentralsteuerung übertragen werden. - Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Abfüllung einer vorgegebenen Menge eines Produktes, insbesondere eines Getränks oder Lebensmittels, in aus vorzugsweise von einer Rolle bereitgestelltem Packstoff, insbesondere Karton-Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial, hergestellte Packungen (4), mit einer Abfüllanlage (2) zum Formen, Füllen und Schließen der Packungen (4) mit einer Oberflächenkontrollanlage (6) und ggf. einer Ausschleuseinrichtung (8') für fehlerhaften Packstoff,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Zentralsteuerung (5), eine Mehrzahl von Detektoren zum Sammeln von Daten über die Packstoffherstellung, die Oberflächenkontrolle und den Abfüllprozess zur Übermittlung mittels einer Mehrzahl von Schnittstellen (9 - 15) an die Zentralsteuerung (5) und wenigstens eine Ausschleusvorrichtung (8, 8'') zum Ausschleusen von nicht gefüllten oder gefüllten, jedoch undichten oder beschädigten Packungen (4''). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Detektoren optische Sensoren sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende des Produktionsprozesses eine Ausschleusvorrichtung (8) mit einer Doppelweiche zum sortierten Ausschleusen von minderwertigen Packungen (4') und Ausschussware (4'') vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Fülleinheit und ggf. vor der Auffalt- und Bodenformeinheit eine weitere Ausschleusvorrichtung (8', 8") vorgesehen ist, um beschädigte Zuschnitte bzw. offene Packungen aus dem Produktionsprozess zu entfernen.
