Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'accouplement pour le verrouillage de connexions mâles-femelles, notamment pour outils, qui peut être désenclenché en actionnant un élément désenclencheur (34), de sorte que la connexion mâle-femelle peut être facilement défaite, la connexion mâle-femelle présentant un embout polygonal (20) situé sur le premier des éléments à connecter et un logement polygonal complémentaire à celui-ci situé sur le second des éléments à connecter, le dispositif d'accouplement présentant un élément désenclencheur (34) et un embout polygonal (20),
    l'embout polygonal (20) présentant un canal longitudinal (16),
    le canal longitudinal (16) étant relié à un perçage transversal (24) débouchant dans une surface polygonale (18),
    une bille (26) étant guidée dans le perçage transversal (24),
    un élément de réglage (28) étant guidé dans le canal longitudinal (16) de façon à se déplacer longitudinalement, élément qui peut s'appuyer contre la bille (26) avec une première extrémité (30) se rétrécissant, de sorte que la bille (26) peut se déplacer lors d'un déplacement longitudinal de l'élément de réglage (28) dans une première direction dans le perçage transversal (24) radialement vers l'extérieur en position de verrouillage, et
    un déplacement longitudinal de l'élément de commande (28) pouvant être amorcé par l'élément désenclencheur (34) contre l'action d'un ressort de rappel (38),
    (a) l'élément de réglage (28) étant une tige se rétrécissant aux deux extrémités, l'extrémité (30) se rétrécissant face au premier sens pouvant s'appuyer contre la bille (26)
    (b) un autre perçage transversal (22) coupant le canal longitudinal (16) étant prévu sur un élément formant un corps de base (14) ou embout polygonal (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    (c) l'élément désenclencheur (34) est un corps rotatif muni d'une surface à cames (43), l'élément de réglage (28) reposant avec sa seconde extrémité (32) se rétrécissant contre la surface à cames (43) et
    (d) l'élément désenclencheur (34) peut être déplacé contre l'action d'un ressort (38) hors d'une première position (fig. 1), dans laquelle l'élément de réglage (28) avance grâce à la surface à cames (43) dans une position maintenant la bille (26) dans sa position verrouillée, dans une seconde position (fig. 2) dans laquelle l'élément désenclencheur (28) permet un avancement radial de la bille (26) hors de sa position verrouillée.
  2. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    (a) la seconde extrémité se rétrécissant (32) de l'élément de réglage (28) forme directement après le rétrécissement une surface frontale (48) perpendiculaire au sens de déplacement de l'élément de réglage (28),
    (b) la surface à cames (43) présente une première section cylindrique (44) contre laquelle s'appuie l'élément de réglage (28) dans sa première position (fig. 1) avec la surface frontale (48).
  3. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface à cames (43) présente une seconde section cylindrique (47) dont le diamètre est inférieur à celui de la première section cylindrique (44) et contre laquelle s'appuie l'élément de réglage (28) dans sa seconde position (fig. 2) avec la surface frontale (48).
  4. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans une seconde position de l'élément de réglage (28) permettant un déport de la bille (26), la bille (26) est fixée dans le perçage transversal (24) par la première extrémité (30) de l'élément de réglage (28).
  5. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une section conique (45) est formée entre la première et la seconde section cylindrique (44 et 47 respectivement) de la surface à cames (43).
  6. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en formant la surface frontale plane (48) la seconde extrémité (32) de l'élément de réglage (28) est en forme de cône tronqué.
  7. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'angle conique de l'extrémité conique (32) de l'élément de réglage (28) est complémentaire à l'angle conique de la section conique (45) de la surface à cames (43).
  8. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément désenclencheur (34) présente une forme d'haltère munie de deux éléments d'extrémité (35,37) de forme de base cylindrique comprenant des sections (39,41) en forme de cône tronqué tournées l'une vers l'autre qui sont guidées dans l'autre perçage transversal (22) et entre lesquelles est formée la surface à cames (43).
  9. Dispositif d'accouplement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'autre perçage transversal (22) est un perçage à trou borgne, le ressort (38) étant situé entre le fond du perçage à trou borgne et la face frontale intérieure de l'élément désenclencheur (34), et l'élément désenclencheur (34) émerge en position de repos avec un bouton-poussoir (36) de la surface du premier élément (14).
  10. Dispositif d'accouplement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de limitation de l'avancement de la bille (26) sont prévus sur le perçage transversal (24).
  11. Dispositif d'accouplement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le canal longitudinal (16) est fermé à son extrémité.
