Claims (11)
- Tour support de nacelle, en particulier pour plateformes de travail élévatrices (20), qui se compose :d'un mât rotatif et auto-dépliable (7) monté à rotation, et/ou à pivotement en hauteur, sur un palier d'appui (8);et d'une nacelle de travail (1), qui est connectée à la pointe de ce mât au moyen d'un support (3) de nacelle servant d'élément intermédiaire et est fixée à pivotement dans la zone de son fond (1.1.1) sur le support de nacelle, etqui permet de maintenir au moins une orientation parallèle du plan (1.1.1) du fond avec un plan horizontal de référence et peut tourner dans le plan horizontal de référence au moyen d'une articulation tournante;où le support (3) de nacelle comprend un pivot rigide (5) à crapaudine à orienter verticalement qui pénètre dans une douille (2) de palier maintenue sur le fond (1.1.1) de la nacelle, etoù la nacelle de travail (1) peut tourner d'au moins 180° dans au moins une direction de pivotement dans le plan horizontal sous l'effet d'un entraînement (16) auquel le pivot (5) à crapaudine sert de référence,caractérisée en ce que le support (3) de nacelle est connecté à un coin du fond rectangulaire de la nacelle de travail (1).
- Tour support de nacelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la douille (2) de palier est connectée de façon rigide à la nacelle de travail (1) dans la zone du plan du fond et/ou à l'extrémité (2.1) de tête de douille qui fait saillie au dessus du fond (1.1.1).
- Tour support de nacelle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le pivot (5) de crapaudine s'appuie sur un goujon (6) qui traverse horizontalement le support (3) de nacelle.
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement (16) de déplacement horizontal de la nacelle de travail comprend un vérin hydraulique (6.1).
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement (16) de déplacement vertical de la nacelle de travail (1) comprend une broche ou un guidage linéaire ou un vérin pneumatique.
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le pivot (5) de crapaudine est entouré par une courroie de friction ou dentée (12), et que le vérin hydraulique (6.1), qui fait partie de la nacelle de travail (1), déplace une courroie de friction ou dentée (6.4) au moyen d'un élément de connexion (6.1.1).
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le vérin hydraulique (6.1) entraîne, au moyen d'un élément de connexion (6.1.1), une chaîne ou un câble qui permet le déplacement de la nacelle de travail (1) à l'horizontale.
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins le fond (1.1.1) de la nacelle de travail (1) est fabriqué en une matière d'aluminium moussée, qui inclut au moins deux couches et se compose d'une couche d'aluminium moussée poreuse et d'une couche d'aluminium massive située à l'extérieur.
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le fond (1.1.1) se compose de plusieurs montants (1.1.3) de garde-corps fixés à la périphérie du fond ainsi que de mains courantes (1.1.6), et de nervures (1.1.5) disposées à hauteur des genoux et nervures (1.1.4) disposées à hauteur des pieds, et en ce qu'il constitue une structure autoporteuse.
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le fond (1.1.1) de la nacelle de travail consiste en une plaque en sandwich résistant à la flexion.
- Tour support de nacelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la nacelle de travail (1) s'appuie sur un plaque de bridage (3.3) connectée au support (3) de nacelle.
