Definitions

  • the invention relates to patterned fabric, in particular jacquard fabric according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for its preparation according to the preamble of claim 11.
  • WO 00/60151 is a patterned fabric and a method for its production in the fabric technology with warp threads, which form a shed, and described with weft threads.
  • this method at least four weft threads of different base colors, which form a thread group, are introduced in a specific, consistent sequence, such that a constant cell is formed together with a warp thread.
  • the weft threads are tied by regular bindings with Repeat repeat so that a color cell with a particular color impression is created.
  • a web program is created. For this purpose, the representation present on a template is decomposed into wearable pixels or color cells. Due to the low resolution of the human eye, the mixed colors are produced in the tissue.
  • a representation to be weaved is decomposed on the basis of the snap method known from printing technology.
  • a template is transferred to a computer by scanning and displayed on the screen with a very high number of color tones.
  • the colors are reduced to a displayable or desired number of colors.
  • this number of colors is decomposed into halftone dots, ie into pixels with the colors red, yellow and blue as well as black and white, wherein the halftone dot has the size of a weaveable dot.
  • the web program is created by means of computer technology, whereby each grid point corresponds to a weaving point.
  • the known method has significant disadvantages. To carry out the process an experienced expert with bonding experience is absolutely necessary. In fact, it has been found that in woven color representations in the colors yellow, red and blue the color mixing is poor, i. E. these do not have all the tints of the template. As a rule, corrections are required to improve the woven appearance. However, such corrections can only be made by a skilled person with a bonding experience.
  • reprographic color decomposition it is assumed that color mixing occurs in the area between the inks during printing. In other words, the printed color dots are not clearly limited but the inks of the adjacent color dots partially flow into one another in the edge area.
  • the representation is decomposed into halftone dots that form a weaving point with a unique boundary. The mixed effects are to be generated by the low resolution of the human eye.
  • the object of the invention is to improve the above-mentioned patterned fabric, in particular jacquard fabric and the aforementioned method for its preparation.
  • the fabric according to the invention consists of warp threads and weft threads, which form a thread group and are tied off with a warp thread in a cell in such a way that the cell has a certain color impression.
  • the cell is formed by irregular bonds in the warp direction and weft direction without repeating repeat of at least two warp threads and two weft threads.
  • At least one weft thread of the thread group can cross on the show side of the fabric at least one warp thread above, so that a point is displayed with a color.
  • more weft threads of the thread group can be arranged above the warp thread.
  • the weft threads can also float.
  • the fabric has weft threads of different base color.
  • the thread group may consist of weft threads in the colors black and white.
  • the thread group advantageously comprises weft threads in the base colors red, green, blue, yellow, black and white or magenta, cyan, yellow, black and white.
  • weft threads float on the show side of the fabric over a maximum of forty-eight warp threads, because thereby the show side of the fabric leaves a better impression.
  • a file format is created from a template of the representation to be weaved and the representation to be weaved in pixels from at least four selected base colors disassembled.
  • each base color is decomposed into pixels with a color depth of 8 bits.
  • the pixels of the base colors are each stored on a separate bitmap and then the color depth is reduced to 2-bit for each base color.
  • the bitmaps of the base colors are each offset by one pixel and then combined to form another bitmap with the base colors.
  • a weaving program for a jacquard weaving machine is provided, which provides for the use of irregular weaves without weave repeat repeats and according to which the fabric is produced on the jacquard weaving machine.
  • a file format is created from a given file format, which has a high resolution and represents a faithful reproduction of the representation in the tissue.
  • the file format is transferred to a web program and converted into a wearable data format.
  • the color depth of the base colors can be influenced in an advantageous manner.
  • the fabric density can advantageously be improved.
  • the bindings are determined based on the data of the further bitmap and a predetermined warp / weft ratio is included. This has the advantage that the creation of a Web program can be simplified and the required effort can be reduced.
  • the execution of the entry device can be simplified in an advantageous manner.
  • the order of the base color of the weft threads at registration is arbitrary, so that the representation to be woven can be adapted to the color impression of the template.
  • a weft thread of the thread group can be tied off so that the weft thread on the show side of the fabric crosses a warp thread. As a result, a color point is advantageously formed. Also, two or more weft yarns can be set in such a way that an effect of color mixing is achieved.
  • FIGS. 1 to 4 Referenced.
  • the Fig.1 shows in the form of a block diagram the steps required to produce a jacquard fabric with a representation.
  • the Fig.2 shows a template with the image to be weaved, which is converted by color separation into pixels and forms the basis for a Web program ( Fig. 2 and 3 ). With a jacquard weaving machine, an embodiment of a fabric according to the invention is then produced, which will be described below.
  • the Figure 5 shows a binding cartridge for the fabric to be produced, after which weft threads are entered in the primary colors red R, green G, blue B, yellow Y, black S and white W in a specific order.
  • this binding cartridge the entry of the weft threads and the movement of the warp threads (high and draft) is regulated.
  • the binding takes place in accordance with the pixels generated during the color separation of the representation.
  • the Figure 5 shows in the tissue to create a red and a green pixel in the tissue.
  • the warp thread K1 Due to the instruction of the binding cartridge, the warp thread K1 is in the shallow fold and the other warp threads in the high compartment, so that after setting the red weft thread the warp thread K1 and the green weft yarn crosses the warp thread K2 above ( Fig.6 and 7 ). It can also be tied several weft threads with different colors in the same manner to obtain a color mixture or shade.
  • the weft threads 11 float on the back of the fabric. Likewise, it is possible that the weft threads 11 float on the show side of the fabric. In order to improve the fabric structure, the Fleet length of the weft threads is limited and over a minimum of four warp threads 12 on the back or over a maximum of forty-eight warp threads 12 on the show side.
  • Fig. 9 In the image processing, by scanning from an original, eg a photograph, image data in a TIFF file format is incorporated into a program for the image processing Image editing is read in and displayed as a picture of the web presentation on a screen. Depending on the resolution of the scanner and the screen, the appearance of the image on the screen may be a few thousand colors or tones.
  • the image decomposition is based on the representation on the screen.
  • the basic colors cyan C, magenta M, yellow Y, and black S which are used in weaving, are selected first.
  • the image colors are then decomposed into the base colors and stored in pixels having a color depth of 8 bits for each base color in a separate bitmap 6. Subsequently, the color depth is reduced to 2 bits each, forming a square pixel.
  • the gray levels in basic colors are decomposed into C, M, Y, S or White 0, thus defining the base color of the pixel.
  • the bitmaps of the base colors are offset by one pixel in the weft direction and combined on another bitmap 7.
  • the weft sequence of the weft threads in the basic colors cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white is determined at the same time. These data are read in a TIFF file format into a CAD system 8 and displayed on the screen.
  • a web program for the jacquard weaving machine is created, which provides for the use of irregular ties without binding repeat repeats.
  • the bindings are determined on the basis of the data read in and with reference to a warp / weft ratio.
  • the data are represented as square pixels and transferred to a pattern card 9, which show the pixels as square pixels of the representation to be weaved on the screen.
  • the web map 10 is created, based on which the jacquard weaving machine is controlled.
  • weft threads 11 are entered in the firing order cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white as a thread group in a firing line.
  • the weft threads are tied off by warp threads 12 in a cell, which are bound by a binding is formed without weave repeat repeat of two warp threads and at least two weft threads.
  • the Fig. 10 shows a binding cartridge for the fabric to be produced, which is derived from the Web program.
  • This binding cartridge the entry of the weft threads and the movement of the warp threads (high and draft) is regulated.
  • the binding takes place in accordance with the pixels generated during the color separation of the representation.
  • Fig. 10 In the tissue, one pixel with the base color cyan and one with the base color magenta are to be produced in the tissue. Due to the instruction of the binding cartridge, the warp thread K1 is in the low shed and the other warp threads in the high compartment, so that after setting the weft thread with the base color magenta crosses the warp K3 above ( Fig.11 and Fig.12 ). It can also be tied several weft threads with different colors in the same manner to obtain a color mixture or shade.
