Claims (8)
- Verschließbare Abgabevorrichtung zur Abgabe eines in einem Behälter enthaltenen flüssigen, viskosen oder pastösen Mediums, mit einer ersten Öffnung (25; 63) zur Abgabe des sich im Behälter befindenden Mediums, einer zweiten Öffnung (33; 53) zur Belüftung und/oder Entlüftung des Behälters, und einer Verschlußvorrichtung (3; 6), durch deren Betätigung eine Verbindung zwischen der ersten Öffnung (25; 63) und dem Behälter und zwischen der zweiten Öffnung (33; 53) und dem Behälter herstellbar und unterbrechbar ist, wobei die Verschlußvorrichtung (3; 6) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie bei der Betätigung, die durchgeführt werden muß, um eine Verbindung zwischen der ersten Öffnung (25; 63) und dem Behälter herzustellen, zuerst eine Verbindung zwischen der zweiten Öffnung (33; 53) und dem Behälter herstellt, und erst danach die Verbindung zwischen der ersten Öffnung (25; 63) und dem Behälter herstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabevorrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, daß zwischen der zweiten Öffnung (33; 53) und dem Behälter keine Verbindung besteht, wenn zwischen der ersten Öffnung (25; 63) und dem Behälter eine Verbindung besteht.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter eine Trinkflasche ist.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Öffnung (33; 53) so angeordnet ist, daß eine Person, welche die Abgabevorrichtung mit dem Mund öffnet, oder welche die erste Öffnung (25; 63) bereits während des Öffnens der Abgabevorrichtung an den Mund ansetzt, die bei der Entlüftung des Behälters aus der zweiten Öffnung (33; 53) austretenden Gase nicht einatmen kann oder muß.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verschlußvorrichtung (3; 6) durch einen quer zur Verbindung zwischen der ersten Öffnung (25; 63) und dem Behälter verschiebbaren Schieber (3) gebildet wird.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teil (26) der Abgabevorrichtung, der zwischen dem Behälter und dem Schieber angeordnet ist, zumindest teilweise ein durch einen im Behälter vorhandenen Überdruck elastisch gegen den Schieber (3) drückbares Teil ist.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußvorrichtung (3; 6) durch ein längs der Verbindung zwischen der ersten Öffnung (25; 63) und dem Behälter bewegbares Element (6) gebildet wird.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bewegen der Verschlußvorrichtung (3; 6) durch ein Aufschrauben der Verschlußvorrichtung auf eine andere Komponente (5) der Abgabevorrichtung oder ein Zurückschrauben der Verschlußvorrichtung erfolgt.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Verschlußvorrichtung (3; 6) in einer ersten Stellung befindet, wenn die Abgabevorrichtung geschlossen ist, und daß sich die Verschlußvorrichtung (3; 6) in einer zweiten Stellung befindet, wenn die Abgabevorrichtung geöffnet ist, wobei die erste Stellung eine größere Entfernung zum Behälter aufweist als die zweite Stellung.
