Claims (12)

  1. Verbindungsvorrichtung (1) zwischen einem geschlossenen Gefäß (2) und einem Behälter (3), wobei das geschlossene Gefäß einen Hals (4) besitzt, dessen Öffnung mit einem Stöpsel (5) verschlossen ist, wobei die Verbindungsvorrichtung folgendes aufweist:
    eine Basis (10), die dazu geeignet ist, an dem Gefäß angebracht zu werden, und die eine Hülse (16) aufweist, welche eine Innenbohrung (A) bildet, und
    einen Kolben (20), der dazu geeignet ist, in der Bohrung zwischen einer in Relation zu dem Stöpsel ausgerückten ersten Position und einer als Übergangsposition bezeichneten zweiten Position zu gleiten, in der eine zu dem Kolben gehörende Hohlnadel (21) den Stöpsel durchsetzt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadel einen nicht-kreisförmigen äußeren Querschnitt aufweist, während die Hülse einen nicht-kreisförmigen inneren Querschnitt aufweist, wobei der Außenquerschnitt der Nadel und der Innenquerschnitt der Hülse derart sind, daß eine Gleitverschiebung der Nadel in der Hülse ohne die Möglichkeit einer Drehung der Nadel in der Hülse möglich ist, und daß ein dem Stöpsel gegenüberliegender Rand (16d) der Hülse mit Halteeinrichtungen (16a, 16b) versehen ist, die geeignet sind, mit dazu komplementären Einrichtungen (22d, 22e) zusammenzuwirken, die an dem Kolben vorgesehen sind, um den Kolben in der Übergangsposition zu verriegeln.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadel (21) einen ovalen äußeren Querschnitt aufweist, während die Hülse (16) einen ovalen inneren Querschnitt aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadel (21) einen polygonalen äußeren Querschnitt aufweist, während die Hülse (16) einen polygonalen inneren Querschnitt mit der gleichen Anzahl von Seiten wie der äußere Querschnitt der Nadel aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an dem Rand (16d) der Hülse vorgesehenen Halteeinrichtungen elastisch verformbare Haken (16a, 16b) aufweisen, während die dazu komplementären, an dem Kolben (20) vorgesehenen Einrichtungen Abstützflächen (22d, 22e) aufweisen, die an einem einstückig mit der Nadel (21) ausgebildeten Kragen (22) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Nadel und der Kragen zusammen den Kolben bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (22) mit Öffnungen (22a, 22b) für den Durchtritt der Haken (16a, 16b) versehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haken (16a, 16b) jeweils mit einer Nase (16n, 16p) versehen sind, die für eine Verzahnung mit einem zurückspringenden Bereich (22n, 22p) geeignet ist, der an eine der an dem Kragen (22) vorgesehenen Abstützflächen (22d, 22c) angrenzt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haken (16a, 16b) bezogen auf die Hülse (16) radial nach außen vorspringen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (10) eine zweite Hülse (11) aufweist, die in Radialrichtung außerhalb der Hülse (16) angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Hülse dazu geeignet ist, mit einer Kappe (33) zum Isolieren des Kolbens (20) gegenüber der Umgebungsatmosphäre zusammenzuwirken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Versteifungsrippen (17) aufweist, welche die Hülsen (11, 16) miteinander verbinden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Einrichtungen (16g, 21g) zum vorläufigen Halten des Kolbens (20) in der ausgerückten Position aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Einrichtungen mindestens ein an der Außenfläche (21c) der Nadel (21) vorgesehenes Hohlprofil (21g) sowie mindestens ein erhabenes Profil (16g) aufweisen, das sich ausgehend von der radialen Innenfläche (16c) der Hülse (16) in Richtung einer Mittelachse (X-X') der Bohrung (A) erstreckt, wobei das erhabene Profil dazu geeignet ist, mit dem Hohlprofil in Eingriff zu treten und den Kolben (20) in der ersten Position zu halten.
  12. Gebrauchsfertige Einheit, die ein geschlossenes Gefäß (2), welches ein Produkt, insbesondere ein pharmazeutisches Präparat enthält, wobei das Gefäß mit einem Hals (4) versehen ist, dessen Öffnung mit einem Stöpsel (5) verschlossen ist, sowie eine an dem Gefäß angebrachte Verbindungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
