Definitions
- the invention relates to a tubular bag, in particular with Cap closure for the reception of pastates of liquid food, for example milk or the like, the bottom of the bag being in particular as Standing floor formed and possibly as a separate component along the bottom of the bag is welded or sealed with this fluid-tight.
- Tubular, in particular sealed, bags are generally known. She are used, as mentioned above, to predominantly liquid or flowable Products. They are convenient and practical to use. The products can be removed from the sealing bag by simply pressing on it if it has an opening. Unless such an opening is provided, these sealed bags usually have a zipper. With regard to their packaging weight, they contrast solid packaging with such as cans or bottles have the advantage of being very low Have their own weight / fill weight ratio.
- Such a bag is known for example from AT 293 944.
- Containers assumed that are in the form of a tube, which the tube-forming piece of tubing at an angle to both ends of the tube Longitudinal welds is completed, one of these Weld seams form a tip on which a screw thread is provided Neck part of a closure inserted and welded with the Hose piece is connected.
- This hose tube had the defect that the inclined bottom weld seam does not allow the container to be set up, so that it cannot be placed like a bottle. Accordingly, in the AT 293 944 a standing floor in connection with a foldable and flexible tubular bag section proposed.
- the known construction does not yet have the properties of a dimensionally stable bottle or a correspondingly dimensionally stable can to hold Drinks or the like.
- tubular film bags of the type mentioned are common used for filling liquids. Because these stand-up pouches usually starting from yard goods are made from rectangular foil blanks, conventional stand-up pouches are essential in the filled area in the head area wider than in the floor area. This is all the more true the wider the floor one filled stand-up bag is spread apart by the contents of the bag. Such Spreading does not take place in the head area, since there is usually a closure part here is sealed, which prevents spreading apart.
- the longitudinal edges of the Stand-up pouches converge into a flat top seam.
- a disadvantage of this conventional embodiment is that the bag is due to the flat top seam be flattened and therefore cannot be filled high, because a Spillover with these bags could not be avoided.
- the present invention is based on the object to create tubular bags of the type mentioned, which one conventional bottle or beverage can or the like.
- the Construction should be such that it is particularly good for series production suitable.
- Another object of the invention is to provide a stand-up pouch that avoids the bad filling behavior caused by the aforementioned bag shape and a larger fillable inner bag volume without additional material provides and while avoiding the above Disadvantages of a stand has, which is inexpensive to manufacture.
- the object of the invention is characterized by the characterizing features of Claim 1 solved.
- the essence of the present invention is therefore that the tubular part the bag from a one-piece film, in particular composite film blank is produced, the longitudinal edges of which form a so-called "lap seal" are sealed on top of each other.
- Such an inner / outer seal has the advantage that no sealing edge protrudes radially outwards. Accordingly, the tubular part of the bag according to the invention the appearance of a conventional bottle or beverage can.
- a "fin-seal" seal can be provided, by means of which the Longitudinal edges of the composite film cut together easily and inexpensively be sealed to provide a fluid-tight seal or weld create.
- the cap closure is said to be part of a relatively rigid lid which is provided with welded to the upper or closure-side edge of the bag in a fluid-tight manner or is sealed. Both hot and cold sealing are conceivable. this applies otherwise also for the following use of the term “sealing" or "Sealed”. Due to the relatively rigid lid, which is circular or oval or can also have a rectangular peripheral contour, receives the invention Bag its basic outline. It also avoids that Training the cap closure as a screw closure when opening or Closing the same, the tubular part of the bag is wound and thus is damaged.
- the standing floor preferably also consists of a relatively rigid part, for Example of a washer with a raised peripheral edge, which is used to connect with inserted into the tubular part of the bag and along the bottom peripheral edge is welded or sealed with this.
- the standing floor can also consist of a flexible pane with a raised one Be made peripheral edge. It is a preformed one Flat pot made of the same material as the tubular part of the bag.
- the bags according to the invention as a whole, i.e. in connection with the relatively rigid Lid as a dimensionally stable structure. It is suitable as a replacement for conventional ones Bottles or cans that have recently been subject to a deposit in some countries.
- a film material is used to manufacture the tubular part of the bag used, which is preferably plastically deformable, especially within a blow mold with the formation of a permanent, for example barrel-like, spherical or similar contour. It is also conceivable to permanently create a relief Imprint the surface structure into the tubular part of the bag.
- the lid has (and possibly also floor) at least one circumferential notch or dent in which the to foil cut connected to a tube during welding or Sealing with the lid and / or bottom using an assigned tool is retractable, so that the respectively assigned peripheral edge of the tubular part of the bag over the entire circumference of the lid and if necessary Bottom is close to this.
- a kind of shrink seal is also an alternative along the circumference of the lid and base. It is also conceivable to cut the film under tension around the lid and bottom, then under Maintain tension to produce the lap seal seal mentioned above.
- the lid has a upstanding peripheral edge with at least two, especially three in the axial Distance from each other arranged circumferential ribs with which the associated Edge of the tubular part of the bag is weldable or sealable.
- the standing floor can also be formed and welded in the same way.
- Tubular bag is replaced by a tubular film bag, in particular a standing bag, with a closure part sealed in the area of a head seam and a if necessary, loosened the bottom, the bag diametrically on both sides in the head area to the longitudinal axis of the bag, that is, along its longitudinal edges, in particular Longitudinal sealing seams, forming at least one W fold (gusset) after drawn in, i.e. is gusseted.
- a tubular film bag in particular a standing bag
- a closure part sealed in the area of a head seam and a if necessary, loosened the bottom the bag diametrically on both sides in the head area to the longitudinal axis of the bag, that is, along its longitudinal edges, in particular Longitudinal sealing seams, forming at least one W fold (gusset) after drawn in, i.e. is gusseted.
- the width of the tubular film bag is in the Head area less than with conventional stand-up pouches.
- the pouch can however, because of the gusset, which has the shape of a W fold, when filled in right angle to the longitudinal axis of the bag and to the bag width, i.e. in the z direction spread apart. This is made possible by the fact that the outer edges of the bag in the Head area of the bag on both sides initially inwards Closure part are retracted. When filling, this indentation can move in the z direction unfold.
- the W fold i.e. the gusset, in Area of the head seam fixed by a mutual seal.
- the cross section of the Stand-up pouch in the head area forming an enlarged one in the z-direction usable bag inner volume optimized.
- the tubular film bag forms in the filled state an approximately can-shaped shape, which is a compared to conventional bags has improved stability, since the upper areas of the bag no longer over the Protruding floor and could lead to an imbalance. About that In addition, this bag shape is attractive due to its symmetry and calls one aesthetic effect.
- the invention is between the gussets and the top seam is sealed with a flat fitting with a closure piece.
- the Gussets may reach up to, depending on the shape of the fitting approach this.
- the gusset reinforces the head seam in the head area, namely instead of two layers, now four layers.
- This reinforcement makes the bracket one Optimized fitting.
- it is due to the reinforcement of the head seam easier to open a closure, in particular twist lock than at conventional tubular film bags, because due to the reinforcement on the Entire head area to the counter bracket when turning the twist lock can be used, so that not only the flat fitting as a counterhold must serve.
- the shaped piece is circular, oval or pointed oval.
- the respective embodiment is directed here from an aesthetic point of view and can for example be a design or a Motif, which is attached to the stand-up pouch, advantageously underline so that its aesthetic shape compared to conventional Stand up pouches is further optimized.
- the tubular film bag is provided on both sides with a double W fold.
- the tubular film bag is provided on both sides with a double W fold.
- the V-shaped indents on the be arranged asymmetrically on both long sides of the tubular film bag.
- a Implementation possibility is, for example, that on one long side of the Foil tubular bag only one gusset and on the diametral opposite longitudinal side of the tubular film bag a double gusset is present. In this way, for example, one is approximately full triangular shape of the tubular film bag possible in the head area.
- the tubular film bag is on the bottom either by a bottom seam or a separate sealed-in Closed floor.
- a bottom seam could, for example, take the form of a W fold be formed, the outer edges of which run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bag are sealed so that when filled, a W forms, the middle fold is pulled apart during the filling, so that a stand oval or a Standnik forms.
- This embodiment is particularly advantageous because the Foil tubular bag advantageously from a single foil blank is produced, which is possible with this floor design.
- the floor area is in this embodiment sealed in four layers on the side edges. Above the The four-layer sealing goes into a two-layer sealing at the bottom about.
- the above embodiment is particularly suitable for a fin seal bag that has side sealed seams.
- the sealing of one offers separate bottom in the tubular bag.
- Such a seal A bottom has the advantage that the tubular bag is not on the head side, but can be filled on the bottom. Because the bottom opening is usually larger than the opening at the top, the bottom can be filled more quickly.
- a lap seal bag is particularly suitable for training a W fold drawn in according to the invention in the head area, since a lap seal bag in its lateral edge areas flexible and easy to a W fold is contractible.
- the stability of the tubular bag according to the invention is determined by a tubular sealed pouch with bottom loosened, the bottom of a Rectangular, in particular square film cut before introduction to the tubular part of the sealing bag is made such that the Foil cut folded over and then along the narrow side one above the other Edges is sealed.
- An essential point of the invention is that an essentially rectangular, in particular square or in terms of its side edges in Folding area of slightly retracted film blank is used to create a To form a stand for the tubular sealing bag.
- a Foil cutting can be made from the same material, in particular from the same Foil sheet can be made like the sealed bag itself.
- a foil cut is used, the width of the width of the later desired stand area of the sealing bag plus an edge area for a sealing surface of the ground.
- the depth, i.e. the z-direction of the floor results from the length of the film cut.
- the film cut becomes parallel folded in the middle to extend it so that from the longitudinal edges of the Foil cut now edges of the folded one on top of the other Foil cut arise. These edges lying one above the other on the narrow side are sealed in such a way that a pocket is created, the outer edges of which are fin-sealed exhibit.
- the film cut is like this sealed that it is turned in the direction of insertion in the tubular part of the sealed bag is slightly conical. That way the bottom can be easily inserted into the film tube.
- the bag is sealed into the tubular part of the sealing bag over a sealed edge that runs around the bottom below. Across the breadth of this The edge can determine the stability of the bottom and the stability of the bag become. A wider edge offers greater stability and offers more In addition, in the case of a filled bag, security against the floor folding over back to the outside.
- a sealing medium is used for the sealing.
- a sealing medium is preferably a sealing film, which is used as the inner layer of the bottom, and under pressure and / or temperature application in the affected areas against himself, or, when turned, against a corresponding one internal sealing foil seals in the tubular part of the sealing bag. It however, other sealing materials and adhesives can also be used.
- the bag made from the film cut is now turned inside out so that the initially the sealing medium on the inside is now on the outside. It should be mentioned that the sealing medium at least along the edges of the original Foil cutting is provided.
- This inverted pocket is now in accordance with an embodiment of the invention in inserted the tubular part of the sealing bag and with its peripheral edge sealed so that a tubular stand-up pouch is created, the narrow-sided Sealing edges of the bottom are inside the stand-up pouch.
- the essential advantage that results from the fact that a floor separately from one Foil cutting is made in this way is exactly the size and the standing shape of the floor can be specified. It is this way possible, both the width extension and the extension of the bottom in the z direction to specify exactly, whereby only the circumference of the tubular Stand bag must be considered. It is easily possible to get one to create a circular stand, the risk of falling over Stand-up pouch according to the invention practically excludes.
- the prefabricated bag out of a foil blank it is not absolutely necessary to turn the prefabricated bag out of a foil blank, as its fin-seal edges can be folded away to the side at any time so that the prefabricated bottom inserted into the tubular part of the sealing bag and can be sealed with its peripheral edges.
- the introduction takes place in both cases so that the bag made from the film cut into the tubular part of the sealing bag is inserted that the opening of the Bag even after sealing the bag in the tubular part of the Sealing bag is accessible from the outside, i.e. that the inside of the bag is the Offers the footprint of a filled sealing bag.
- the tubular one Sealing bags made from a foil blank sealed along a side seam produced, the longitudinal seal seam being designed as a lap seal or as a fin seal.
- the bottom made of the film blank is tubular for everyone Sealing bags can be used.
- Tubular sealed bags with a Bottom according to the invention have a substantially circular result Bottom, which due to its sealing with the tubular part of the Seal bag is hermetically sealed.
- the tubular bag 10 shown schematically in FIG. 1 has one Cap closure 11 and is used to hold pastates or liquid Food, for example milk, lemonade, mineral water or the like.
- the soil 12 is designed as a standing floor and in particular as a separate component along the bottom edge of the bag is welded or sealed with this fluid-tight.
- the corresponding sealing edge 13 is shown in dashed lines in Figure 1.
- the tubular part 14 of the bag 10 is made of a one-piece film, in particular composite film cut (rectangular cut).
- the Longitudinal edges 15, 16 are one above the other to form a so-called "lap seal" sealed. It is a so-called interior / exterior sealing without training a radially outwardly projecting sealing edge. This will make one over the Largely smooth surface of the tubular part 14 of the bag 10 receive.
- the cap closure 11 is part of a relatively rigid lid 17 which is connected to the upper one or the sealing side of the bag is sealed or sealed in a fluid-tight manner.
- the standing floor 12 can, according to FIG. 1, consist of a relatively rigid disk 18 exist with upstanding peripheral edge 19.
- the bottom 12 thus forms a kind Flat pot with the raised peripheral edge either ahead or subsequently (as shown in Figure 1) in the tubular part 14 of the bag 10 inserted and then with the inside of the associated peripheral edge of the tubular part 14 is welded or sealed.
- the bottom can be made of a flexible disk 20 exist, the circumference with an outwardly shaped peripheral edge 21 of the tubular part 14 of the bag 10 is welded or sealed. Also at In this embodiment, a high stability of the bag 10 is obtained, and in the manner of a bottle or the like.
- the standing floor can alternatively consist of a V or W-shaped folded film blank 22 can be made, this film blank then preferably by means of a retractable from below (arrow 23 in FIG. 1d) Sword can be inserted into the inside of the bag and with the lower edge of the bag underneath Forming an approximately U-shaped welded or sealed seam 24 is sealable.
- the sealing seam 24 is preferably designed such that the Sealing line extends in the region of the outermost peripheral edge 32.
- the bottom 12 can be filled after the bag 10 has been filled Spread out almost flat relatively unhindered.
- the V or W pre-folded In this embodiment, the soil is cut before being introduced into the tubular part 14 of the bag 10 is pre-sealed.
- the cover 17 and the standing floor 12 if this can be seen very clearly is made of a relatively rigid material, at least one each Circumferential notch or dent 26 or 27, in which the connected to a hose Foil cutting when welding or sealing with the lid and if necessary Floor by an assigned tool and not shown here is retractable, so that the respectively assigned peripheral edge of the tubular part 14 of the bag 10 over the entire circumference of the lid 17th or bottom 12 lies closely against this.
- the cover 17 has a raised peripheral edge 28, the in the assembled state according to Figure 1 in the bag interior protrudes.
- This peripheral edge is at least two, here three, at an axial distance provided circumferential ribs 29 from each other, with which the associated Edge of the tubular part 14 of the bag 10 can be welded or sealed is.
- the peripheral edge 30 of the standing floor 12 according to FIG. 1b be provided with circumferential ribs. These peripheral ribs are only in Figure 1b indicated in the drawing.
- the cap closure preferably comprises one Screw cap.
- a plug-in cap or the like as a closure to use.
- FIG. 2 shows an alternative embodiment of a tubular bag 10 shown, the tubular section or part 14 within a corresponding shape, in particular blow mold, is "bulged" radially outwards. It is preferably a limescale deformation for the tubular part 14 used film.
- every other contour is in particular rotationally symmetrical contour of the tubular part 14 of the Bag 10 conceivable. This depends on the customer's request and the corresponding one Form for the production of the desired contour.
- the described bag it should be mentioned that it is especially suitable for the intake of fruit juices with a low CO2 content.
- the desire for drinks with low CO2 is becoming stronger. Accordingly it is of course no longer necessary to create a container that can hold the withstands relatively high pressures that arise when filling beverages with CO2.
- material can be used in the present case that very is heat resistant. So the filled in the described bag can Food pasteurized without problems or heat-treated for preservation become.
- the filling is preferably carried out via the lid. After bottling the cap closure is attached, preferably in connection with a Guarantee tape, as is known for bottle caps.
- FIG. 3 shows a schematic representation of a tubular film bag according to the invention.
- a head seam 35 In the area of a head seam 35 is a lateral area of the tubular film bag diametrically to a bag longitudinal axis 33 on both sides of the bag 10, drawn into a W fold 34 in the region of its edge (s).
- the W fold 34 forms a gusset.
- a closure part 11 in the area of the head seam 35 arranged.
- the closure part 11 is located on a flat shaped piece 36 which is sealed into the top seam.
- FIG. 3 also schematically shows that the inventive Foil tubular bags for both a fin seal seam (left area) and for one seamless embodiment (right area) suitable.
- the W fold is sealed in 6 layers (not shown), while the W fold is in the area of the seamless feed is sealed in 4 layers.
- FIGS. 4 to 7 there is a square film blank 22 with a width of 11 cm on the edge in an area that is 5 mm from the edge inwards extends with a sealing film, which serves as a sealing medium.
- a sealing film which serves as a sealing medium.
- the foil blank 22 is centered parallel to a width extension folded so that the edge areas 38 provided with sealing film face one another come to lie.
- the narrow-side edge regions 37 are thus together sealed that the sealing film is sealed against itself here.
- the film blank 22, which now forms a pocket 40 is turned inside out, so that the narrow-side sealing edges 37 designed as fin-seal edges 42 come to rest inside the pocket.
- the sealing bag 10 After the sealing bag 10 has been filled, it deforms out of the pocket 40 manufactured floor 12 so that it forms a circular floor 12, the seals hermetically against the tubular sealing bag 10.
- the result is a stand-up pouch with optimized stand properties, which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and which has the advantage that one at any time It is possible to fill the sealing bag on the bottom and when disposing of it can be folded up small without hard parts.
