Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Konditionieren von zweischaligen Meeresfrüchten bzw. Muscheln (1), insbesondere Meeresfrüchte wie Austern oder Herzmuscheln, bestehend aus einem Aufbringen durch Thermoreaktion einer Hülle bzw. Ummantelung auf jede zweischalige Meeresfrucht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweischaligen Muscheln (1) durch einen halbweichen thermoschrumpfbaren Film (2) mit einer Dicke gleich oder größer 50 Mikrometer umgeben bzw. überzogen werden, der Film bzw. die Folie (2) in den Zonen (4) einer Nachbarschaft zu den zwei Halbschalen (1) versiegelt wird und ein Erhitzen bzw. Erwärmen auf eine Temperatur zwischen 60 und 90 °C während einer Zeitdauer von 3 bis 10 Sekunden angewendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der thermoschrumpfbare Film (2) aus Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) besteht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhitzungstemperatur in der Größenordnung von 80 °C während einer Dauer von etwa 8 Sekunden liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der thermoschrumpfbare Film (2) in zwei Blättern bzw. Lagen auf beide Seiten der zweischaligen Muscheln bzw. zwei Halbschalen (1) aufgebracht wird, die zwei Blätter miteinander entlang der Linien (4), die die zwei benachbarten Halbschalen (1) trennen, und entlang der freien Kanten der Blätter verschweißt werden und der Film (2) auf die Temperatur der Thermoschrumpfung erhitzt bzw. erwärmt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Blätter durch Falten eines Zuschnitts gebildet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweischaligen Muscheln bzw. zwei Halbschalen (1) in einem in dem thermoschrumpfbaren Film (2) ausgebildeten Rohr angeordnet werden, das Rohr zwischen zwei benachbarten Halbschalen bzw. Meeresfrüchten (1) verschweißt wird und der Film (2) auf die Temperatur der Thermoschrumpfung erhitzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr aus einem gefalteten Zuschnitt gebildet wird, der entlang einer Abdeckkante bzw. eines Abdeckrands verschweißt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens bestimmte Zonen (4) der Versiegelung des Films (2) so aufgebaut werden, um Bruch- bzw. Rißausgangspunkte auszubilden bzw. darzustellen. - Gesamtheit bzw. Gruppe der konditionierten zweischaligen Meeresfrüchte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch das Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 erhalten ist.
