Claims (15)
- Sägeeinrichtung zum Aufteilen plattenförmiger Werkstücke, mit einem einen Auflagetisch ausbildenden Maschinengestell, an dem ein Sägewagen mit zumindest einer Sägeeinheit entlang einer Sägelinie verfahrbar gelagert ist, mit einer senkrecht zur Sägelinie entlang einer Vorschubrichtung hin- und herbewegbaren, zumindest eine Klemmvorrichtung zum Erfassen der Werkstücke aufweisenden Vorschubvorrichtung zum Positionieren der Werkstücke in Höhe der Sägelinie, sowie mit Anschlagelementen zum Anlegen der Werkstücke zur Vornahme schräg verlaufender Sägeschnitte und mit einer Niederhaltevorrichtung zum Halten der Werkstücke während des Aufteilens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Vorschubvorrichtung (44) zumindest ein erstes Anschlagelement (50, 52) angeordnet ist, an das ein Eckbereich (86) der Werkstücke anlegbar ist, und daß am Sägewagen (18) ein zweites Anschlagelement (88) positionierbar ist, an das die Werkstücke seitlich anlegbar sind.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Anschlagelement (88) zwischen einer Anschlagstellung, in der es über eine Tischebene des Auflagetisches (14) übersteht, und einer Freigabestellung, in der es unterhalb der Tischebene positioniert ist, bewegbar am Sägewagen (18) gehalten ist.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem zweiten Anschlagelement (88) eine motorische Antriebseinrichtung (90) zugeordnet ist zum Bewegen des Anschlagelementes (88).
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (90) ein pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betätigbares Kolben-Zylinder-Aggregat umfaßt.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Vorschubvorrichtung (44) angeordneten Klemmvorrichtungen (66) jeweils einem ersten Anschlagelement (50, 52) zugeordnet sind zum Erfassen der Werkstücke im Bereich der ersten Anschlagelemente (50, 52).
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils einem ersten Anschlagelement (50, 52) zugeordneten Klemmvorrichtungen (66) zusammen mit den jeweiligen Anschlagelement (50, 52) um eine Schwenkachse (58) verschwenkbar an der Vorschubvorrichtung (44) gehalten sind, wobei die Schwenkachse (58) senkrecht zur Vorschubvorrichtung (46) und senkrecht zur Sägelinie (20) ausgerichtet ist.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmvorrichtungen zangenartig ausgestaltet sind und mindestens eine Spannbacke (66) umfassen, die um eine senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (58) ausgerichtete Drehachse (70) drehbar gehalten ist.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem ersten Anschlagelement (50, 52) ein Stützglied (56) zugeordnet ist zum Abstützen des am ersten Anschlagelement (50, 52) anliegenden Bereichs (86) der Werkstücke, wobei die Werkstücke zwischen das Stützglied (56) und die Klemmvorrichtung (66) einspannbar sind.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützglied einen Drehteller (56) umfaßt, an dem das erste Anschlagelement (50, 52) sowie die zugeordnete Klemmvorrichtung (66) gehalten sind, wobei der Drehteller (56) um eine senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung (46) und senkrecht zur Sägelinie (20) ausgerichtete Drehachse drehbar an der Vorschubvorrichtung (44) gehalten ist.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Anschlagelement (50, 52) einen Anschlagwinkel (80) umfaßt mit zwei winklig zueinander ausgerichteten Anschlagschenkeln (76, 78), die einen Eckbereich (86) der Werkstücke zwischen sich aufnehmen, und daß der Anschlagwinkel (80) schwenkbar an der Vorschubvorrichtung (44) gehalten ist, wobei die Schwenkachse (58) des Anschlagwinkels (80) senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung (46) und senkrecht zur Sägelinie (20) ausgerichtet ist.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Anschlagschenkel (76, 78) federnd gehalten ist.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federnde Halterung mittels einer Blattfeder (82, 84) erfolgt.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem ersten Anschlagelement (50, 52) jeweils zugeordnete Klemmvorrichtung (66) die Werkstücke im Bereich zwischen den beiden Anschlagschenkeln (76, 78) erfaßt.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sägeeinrichtung (10) eine Steuervorrichtung (92) umfaßt mit einem Eingabeelement (100) zur Eingabe der Abmessung der aufzuteilenden Werkstücke sowie des Winkels, den der Sägeschnitt zu einer Kante der Werkstücke einnehmen soll, sowie mit einer Recheneinheit (102) zur Berechnung von Positionsdaten für die ersten und zweiten Anschlagelemente (50, 52, 88) entsprechend den eingegebenen Daten zur Vornahme eines gewünschten Sägeschnittes, und daß die ersten und zweiten Anschlagelemente (50, 52, 88) den berechneten Positionsdaten entsprechend positionierbar sind.
- Sägeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Zusägen von zwei Werkstücken, die im Winkel zueinander zusammengefügt werden sollen, die Längen und Breiten der beiden Werkstücke sowie der Winkel, den die beiden Werkstücke zueinander einnehmen sollen, in die Steuervorrichtung (92) eingebbar sind und daß die Anschlagelemente (50, 52, 88) mittels der Steuervorrichtung (92) den erforderlichen Sägeschnitten entsprechend positionierbar sind.
