Definitions
- the present invention relates to a carrier element for contact spring elements, the are provided for contacting conductor wires of a busbar system, which extend in the longitudinal direction of a cross-sectionally U-shaped busbar.
- Busbar systems are frequently used in lighting technology, as they are can be used in a variety of ways and in a simple way to the spatial conditions can be adjusted.
- the basic structure of such busbar systems is through a plurality of adjoining elongated support members formed as busbars be designated.
- busbars are U-shaped in cross section designed and attached to the ceiling of the room to be illuminated.
- Inside the Busbars run in the longitudinal direction of a series of conductor wires, which for the Power supply of the luminaires connected to the busbar system as well as for the transmission of control commands or control information are responsible. ever If necessary, then lights and / or spotlights on the open bottom of Busbars are attached and connected to the conductor wires.
- Busbar systems are known in which a number of isolated Conductor wires run side by side in the longitudinal direction.
- the Busbarmaschineabgriffe which is a connection of lights allow to the conductor wires.
- the luminaire to be mounted indicates this Carrier element which holds a plurality of contact spring elements.
- the contact spring elements engage in corresponding Openings of the Whyabgriffs and contacting the through the tap extending conductor wires.
- the Contact spring elements in various predetermined positions on the To attach carrier element and thereby the lamp to a certain phase of the Busbar system to connect.
- the carrier element ensures at the same time a ground contact for the lamp.
- a support member having the features of the preamble of claim 1, is known, for example, from EP 0 789 185 A2.
- a base part for this well-known Carrier element is a base plate used for attachment to a Cover rail is provided for a mounting rail and two at its bottom Recesses, which channels for performing additional lines or form wires. This solution allows you to lay more lines, However, due to the arrangement of the recesses at the bottom of Base plate complicates the handling of the support element.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object, an improved Specify support element for contact spring elements, which continue allows additional wires or wires in the power rail and at the same time can be handled easily.
- the carrier element according to the invention initially has fastening means by means of which it can be placed on the busbar or on the busbar Attachment can be attached. Furthermore, the carrier element is designed such that it itself provides a clearance for carrying additional wires or lines can be used.
- the carrier element is for Achieving the free space in a running in the longitudinal direction of the busbar Section U-shaped design, wherein at least at one end face of the two U-legs Undercuts are provided, which provide the space for performing the form additional wires or wires.
- This particular embodiment of Support element facilitates the mounting of the element on the mounting rail on the one hand or an attachment and on the other hand allows easy laying of the additional lines.
- latching noses can be formed by the undercuts, the latching of the carrier element with the busbar or the attachment element can be used.
- the U-legs of the support element on both ends of such undercuts, so that on both sides of the U-leg locking lugs are formed.
- the locking lugs on one side of the U-legs can then also have an additional projection, which is when putting on of the carrier element in the busbar or the attachment part drilled. This will on the one hand prevents longitudinal displacement of the carrier element, on the other Boring this additional projection provides an optimal connection with the busbar or the attachment, so that at the same time the desired Earthing contact for the lamp is achieved.
- an additional retaining element which is a Guiding and holding the wire allows.
- This retaining element can For example, be formed by a Z-shaped hook, preferably is integrally connected to the carrier element.
- the support member is preferably formed of spring steel and especially for latching with one on the underside of the power rail be placed cover rail.
- the support element shown in Figs. 1a to 1d is made of a single piece Metal formed by first punched out and then to the illustrated structure is bent. Since there is a sufficiently stable mounting of the contact spring elements ensure and at the same time the lamp connected to the busbar system earth, the support element 1 is made of metal, preferably spring steel.
- the support element 1 is configured U-shaped and has a substantially square top side 8 and two downwardly projecting U-legs 2 on.
- the two U-legs 2 are perpendicular to Longitudinal axis of the busbar arranged.
- At the front sides have both U-legs 2 each undercuts 3 and 4, which the space to perform form additional wires or lines.
- Through these undercuts 3 and 4 be formed on the undersides of the U-leg 2 locking lugs 5 and 7, which for a Locking of the support element 1 with the busbar or one on the busbar provide cover rail.
- Locking lugs 5 also have an additional sickle-like and preferably sharp-edged projection 6, which is when placing the support member 1 in the corresponding counterpart drilled.
- This will be an anchorage of the Carrier element 1 ensures that prevents longitudinal displacement, on the other an electrical contact is made, which is for grounding with the Carrier element connected lamp ensures.
- a plurality of holes 9 and Stampings 10. serve to hold the contact spring elements, as later is explained.
- Figs. 1a to 1c is at an end side of the cover page 8 a to see additional headband 11, which at its lower end two upwards has pointing locking projections 12.
- These locking projections 12 provide for a additional anchoring of the support element 1 to the projections 6th opposite side, so that tilting of the support element 1 is prevented.
- a Retaining element in the form of a Z-shaped hook 13 is arranged. This hook 13 is integrally connected to the top 8 of the support member 1 and causes a Guiding the guided through the undercuts 3 wire.
- Fig. 2 shows the carrier element 1 according to the invention with the arranged thereon Contact spring elements 16 to 18.
- the contact spring elements 16 to 18 are on one - Preferably made of plastic - bottom plate 15 is arranged on their Underside (not shown) locking projections, which in the holes and Punching engage the top of the support member 1.
- the bottom plate 15 has various locking positions, in which the contact spring elements 16 to 18 can be arranged.
- Fig. 3 shows the arrangement of the carrier element 1 according to the invention within a Power rail 20.
- the support element 1 is locked with a cover rail 22, which is placed on the underside of the busbar 20.
- the cover rail 22 has their longitudinal sides a profiled structure, formed by the clamping projections 24 be, which together with inwardly projecting projections 21 of the busbar 20 effect a clamping fit of the cover rail 22 on the busbar 20.
- the Conductor rail 20 is already arranged the Jardinabcken 19, through its openings 19a, the longitudinally extending conductor wires 27 of the busbar system run.
- the cover rail 22 has on its longitudinal sides an S-shaped structure, through the two inwardly directed protrusions 23 are formed. These protrusions 23 latch with the two locking lugs 5 and 7 of the support member 1 in the illustrated Wise.
- the sickle-like projection 6 drills into the cover rail 22 and thereby prevents longitudinal movement of the carrier element 1. Further engage under the locking projections 12 of the retaining clip 11, the opposite protrusion 23 and thus causes an additional support of the support element 1 in the cover rail 22nd
- FIG. 4 shows the individual steps in the assembly of the space 25 through the free space To be passed through wire 26.
- the assembly can either by means of a Robot or done by hand. It is important that with the wire first a Loop is formed (dashed line of the wire 26), due to their stiffness pushes back the hook 13 and slips behind it. If the wire 26 then pulled back tight, so he stays behind the retaining hook 13 in the for provided free space 25 and runs as shown in solid Line.
- the carrier element according to the invention thus offers in a simple way the possibility to run additional lines or wires within a busbar system, the not be contacted.
- the support element enables a stable Holder of the contact spring elements and a reliable grounding of the lamp.
