Definitions
- the invention relates to a mounting system for front and rear shoe holder aggregates of a ski or snowboard binding or the like.
- the shoe holder assemblies are generally screwed to the ski, being the one for receiving the mounting screws serving holes on the ski side beforehand according to the respective Shoe size and that each for the shoe holder aggregates necessary hole pattern can be introduced into the ski.
- binding arrangements are available for ski rentals known in which the shoe holder units in the longitudinal direction of the ski are adjustable on base parts, which in turn are attached to the ski with screws.
- base parts there in principle there is the possibility of using the base parts
- shoe holders of the aforementioned type i.e. Those that are also screwed directly to the ski can.
- skis are integrated into the ski structure Known rails in which adapted to the rails Insert or have shoe holder assemblies inserted.
- the object of the invention is now to ski or the like. to train in such a way that conventional, previously screwed directly to the ski Bindings after mounting on the ski in adaptation to the respective shoe size remain adjustable.
- the invention is based on the general idea of a adjustable holder of the shoe holder units of a ski binding or a binding for snow sliding boards
- this creates the possibility of the basic arrangement in which the gliding board or Embedding ski structure typically forming laminate.
- the desirable flat design is significantly favored, that when unlocking or locking the coupling in the fixing device only horizontal or parallel to the top of the ski or snow sliding board Relative movements between interacting Bolt and counter-bolt parts are necessary. In this direction of movement stands on a ski or snow board plenty of space available, making it a safer and deeper Bolt engagement is possible, even if the Coupling for good flexibility of skis or snow sliding board flexible or vertically thin are.
- the couplers on the one hand and those interacting with them Fixing parts of the fixing device on the other hand in perpendicular to the top of the ski or snow sliding board Level are provided with projections or recesses that are together can be brought into latch engagement.
- the coupling is in the form of flat strips trained with toothed longitudinal edge, which with a essentially opposite toothing on parts of the fixing device interacts.
- a constructive Simplicity a high flexibility of coupling reached.
- the two couplers be arranged side by side in the same horizontal plane, if a particularly flat design is desired.
- the couplers can then face away from one another Longitudinal edges be interlocked and with one between the paddocks arranged eccentric interact, the coupling in a rotational position with the engagement of the coupling teeth in stationary counter-teeth of the fixing device spread apart.
- an eccentric to be movable Fixing parts that are in the toothed longitudinal edges of the Coupling matching teeth are provided and in to the top of skis or snow gliding boards in a parallel direction slidable to the couplers and in the longitudinal direction of the couplers essentially fixed to the ski or snow sliding board are in a rotary position in locking engagement with the Pair and in a different rotational position in a release position holds.
- the two Coupling can also be arranged one above the other and with overlapping tooth edges with a corresponding interlocked counter-bolt part of the fixing device cooperate.
- the shoe center is relative to be able to move to the ski or snow gliding board, is also an arrangement without synchronizing the movements of the base parts is advantageous because of the possibility here exists, the base parts also aligned or different To adjust path lengths.
- the synchronized Movements of the base parts provided gear elements separately are arranged by the coupling and the fixing device.
- the synchronization means mentioned above are therefore required only the small, when adjusting or setting the Base parts occurring displacement forces, not however, the disproportionately greater holding forces that exist when skiing or when driving with the snow gliding board. Moreover can then use the synchronization means without interference the safety of the holding system also trained be that synchronization by at least temporary Removed a synchronization agent can be.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 are in the top of a middle section of a ski 1 essentially rectangular depressions 2 arranged, the longitudinal edges are designed as guide rails 3 or by Guide rails 3 are formed.
- the guide rails 3 have, for example, the shape of C-profiles, which are mutually face with their open concave sides.
- Each of the depressions 2 takes one in the guide rails 3 the respective recess 2 slidably guided base plate 4 on.
- Each base plate 4 has a hole pattern, such that on each base plate 4 a front or rear Shoe holder assembly of a basically conventional ski binding can be attached. The shoe holder assemblies are then together with the base plates 4 supporting them in the Wells 2 or in the wells 2 on the long side delimiting guide rails 3 displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the ski.
- the recesses 2 connecting channel 5 arranged on its top completed by a ski-proof cover, not shown can be.
- each other two flat ribbon-like coupling 6 housed the are each connected to one of the base plates 4, i.e. the lower coupling 6 in FIG. 1 is the one on the right in FIG. 1 Base plate 4 connected, while the other coupling 6 on the in Fig. 1 left base plate 4 is attached.
- the paddocks are on their longitudinal edges facing away from each other 6 each provided with a toothing 7, which is in opposite Toothings 8 of a fixation body arranged in a ski-like manner 9 are able to intervene.
- the fixing body 9 is made essentially from a fixed on the bottom of the channel 5 arranged or sunk into the bottom of the channel 5 Base plate, formed on the upturned side edges are on their sides facing each other with the aforementioned toothing 8 are provided.
- the margins are in corresponding recesses in the side walls of the channel 5 added such that only the teeth of the teeth 8 over the level of the side walls of the channel 5 protrude into the channel interior.
- an eccentric 10 rotatably mounted in its 1 and 2 position the coupling 6 with the teeth 7 in the teeth 8 of the fixing body 9 keeps indented. If the eccentric 10 is rotated by 90 °, get the paddocks 6 have sufficient space to their teeth 7 from the teeth 8 of the fixing body 9 exit.
- the couplers 6 are preferably connected to the respective base plate 4 so resiliently connected or so resilient to the Side walls of the channel 5 supported that they with their Toothings 7 emerge from the teeth of the fixing body 9 search. The result of this is that the toothings 7 and 8 disengage from each other when the eccentric 10 relative to the position shown in FIG. 1 and 2 is rotated by 90 ° or in this rotated position remains.
- both base plates 4 or the ones arranged thereon Shoe holder assemblies moved in the same direction the position of the ski boot on the ski to the front End of the ski or to be shifted towards the rear end of the ski.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 differs differ from the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 essentially in that each of the base plates 4 with racks 11 is connected, each in the example shown arranged above the coupling 6 and each with one of the coupling 6 are connected such that each rack 11 together with the coupling 6 connected to it a leg spring forms, with the leg formed by the rack against the adjacent side wall of the channel 5 and that of the respective coupling 6 formed legs against the eccentric 10th is excited.
- the teeth are roughly toothed compared to the teeth 7 and 8
- Racks 11 are interconnected via a gear 12, which is rotatably mounted on the axis of the eccentric 10, positively coupled to each other, i.e. the racks 11 can only in opposite directions in the longitudinal direction of the ski be moved.
- the coupling 6 thus serve in connection with the fixing body 9 and the eccentric 10 for fixing or unlocking the Base plates 4 and the ski binding elements arranged thereon.
- the racks 11 are used in conjunction with the gear 12, a simultaneous displacement of the base plates 4 and the attached ski binding elements, when the base plates 4 are unlocked.
- a cover over the channel 5 between the wells 2 13 may be arranged so that the coupling 6 or the racks 11 are hidden and not visible on the ski 1 to step.
- the axis of the eccentric 10 passes through the Cover 13 at a corresponding opening and is above the cover 13 rotatably connected to a handwheel 14. This in turn is with pointer symbols 14 'or the like. Mistake. If these pointer symbols 14 'according to FIG. 6 in the ski cross direction point, is also the eccentric 10 in the ski direction aligned and holds the gears accordingly 7 of the coupling 6 in engagement with the toothing 8 of the fixing body 9.
- the fixing body 9 is in a ski-fixed sliding guide 16 Slidably guided in the direction of the ski and in the longitudinal direction of the ski held immobile.
- the eccentric 15 has one lower section, which is in a recess of the movable Fixing body 9 is rotatably mounted; furthermore the Eccentric 15 an eccentric to its lower part Part of the 7 facing away from their teeth Long sides of the coupling 6 rests.
- a spring not shown, can be arranged the movable fixing body 9 in FIG. 7 tries to slide down.
- FIG. 9 differs from that Embodiment of FIGS. 7 and 8 mainly in that a Eccentric 18 in a ski-fixed camp, not shown is pivoted and with its eccentric part with a cooperates in the movable fixing body 9 formed backdrop 19. Otherwise, the coupling 6 are within the channel 5 on their longitudinal edges facing away from their teeth 7 guided on guide elements such that they only moved in the longitudinal direction of the ski, but not in the transverse direction of the ski can be.
- the eccentric 18 acts with one area 19 'of the backdrop 19 together, such that the movable Fixing body 9 held in one position or in one Position is brought in which the teeth 8 of the fixing body 9 disengaged from the teeth 7 of the coupling 6 is.
- the eccentric 18 acts with a section 19 "of the backdrop 19 together, such that the movable fixing body 9 in one Is held or brought into a position, in which the teeth 8 of the fixing body 9 in the teeth 7 of the coupling 6 is engaged and this in the longitudinal direction of the ski be held.
