Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein wiederverschließbares Verpackungsbehältnis in Form eines Beutels oder Sackes aus Kunststoffolie oder einer Verbundfolie mit innenliegender Kunststoffschicht in einer Ausbildung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bekannte Verpackungsbehältnisse der genannten Art sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt (EP 0 767 614 B1, WO 00/64767, EP 1 053 948 A2, US 5 775 812 A). Gemeinsam ist den bekannten Ausführungen, daß das Verpakkungsbehältnis als Flachbeutel oder -sack ausgebildet ist und die Anschlußfahnen der Verschlußteile der Verschlußvorrichtung voneinander unabhängig mit der Vorder- bzw. der Rückwand des Beutels oder Sacks verbunden sind, so daß im Bedarfsfalle ein weiterer Verschluß vorzusehen ist, der das abgefüllte Füllgut erst mit seinem Öffnen erstmals für einen Zugriff zugänglich werden läßt.
  • EP 0 834 454 A offenbart ein Verpackungsbehältnis mit einer Verschlußvorrichtung und Seitenfalten.
  • US 2001/0038721 A zeigt ein Verpackungsbehältnis mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs der Ansprüche 1 und 2.
  • Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit dem Problem, ein Verpackungsbehältnis mit größerem Fassungsvermögen, das bei großer Einfachheit einen sicheren Verschluß durch die wiederverschließbare Verschlußvorrichtung gewährleistet. Die Erfindung löst das Problem durch ein Verpackungsbehältnis mit den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 oder 2. Hinsichtlich wesentlicher weiterer Ausgestaltungen wird auf die Ansprüche 3 bis 8 verwiesen.
  • Das Verpackungsbehältnis nach der Erfindung hat bezogen auf eine gleiche Umrißabmessung ein wesentlich höheres Fassungsvermögen und bei geeigneter Bodengestaltung eine eigene Standfestigkeit. Gleichzeitig sichert die Verschlußvorrichtung, daß auch die Seitenfalten in den sicheren Abschluß des Innenraums des Behältnisses einbezogen sind. Die bevorzugte gegenseitige Verbindung der Anschlußfahnen der Verschlußteile der Verschlußvorrichtung an ihren unteren Rändern schafft einen nur durch Auftrennen des Verbundes der Anschlußfahnen an ihren unteren Rändern zu öffnenden ersten Verschluß, so daß durch ein und dieselbe Verschlußvorrichtung ein grundsätzlich erwünschter Doppelverschluß in besonders einfacher Weise verwirklicht ist.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Wirkungen ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und der Zeichnung, in der ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstands der Erfindung näher veranschaulicht ist. In der Zeichnung zeigen

  • Das in der Zeichnung veranschaulichte Verpackungsbehältnis hat die Form eines Seitenfaltenbeutels oder -sackes und besteht aus einer Kunststoffolie oder einem Folienverbund, bei dem die Verbundfolie auf ihrer dem Innern des Verpackungsbehältnisses zugewandten Seite mit einer Kunststoffschicht versehen ist.
  • Das Verpackungsbehältnis umfaßt im einzelnen eine in Fig. 1 dem Betrachter zugewandte Vorderwand 1, eine dem Betrachter abgewandte Rückwand 1a deckungsgleicher Ausführung, zwei von Seitenfalten 2,3 gebildeten Schmalseitenwände und einen in der Zeichnung nicht näher veranschaulichten Boden, der eine beliebige Ausbildung haben kann und bei Ausbildung als Formboden eine Breite hat, die der Breite der Schmalseitenwände entspricht. In befülltem Zustand kann daher das Verpackungsbehältnis eine quaderförmige Grundform annehmen, die im Querschnitt je nach Bemessung der Seitenfalten 2,3 ein Rechteck oder auch ein Quadrat beschreiben kann.
  • Die Vorderwand 1 ist mit den an sie angrenzenden Rändern der Seitenfaltenteile 2,3 und des Bodenteils durch eine in der Frontansicht gemäß Fig. 1 U-förmige Verbindungsnaht 4 verbunden, die sich bis zum oberen Rand 5 des Behältnisses erstreckt. Eine entsprechende Verbindungsnaht, die wie alle Verbindungsnähte bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungsbehältnis als Schweiß- bzw. Siegelnaht ausgeführt ist, verbindet auch die in Fig. 1 dem Betrachter abgewandte Rückwand 1a mit den Seitenfaltenteilen 2,3 und dem Bodenteil.
  • An seinem oberen Öffnungsrand 5 weist das Verpackungsbehältnis eine als Ganzes mit 6 bezeichnete Verschlußvorrichtung auf, die ein mit der Vorderwand 1 des Behältnisses verbundenes erstes Verschlußteil 8,9 und ein mit der Rückwand des Behältnisses verbundenes zweites Verschlußteil 8a,9a umfaßt, wobei das erste Verschlußteil einen Profilstreifen 8 mit beispielsweise einem nutartigen Aufnahmeprofil und das zweite Verschlußteil einen Profilstreifen 8a mit beispielsweise einem federartigen Eingriffsprofils aufweist. Die Verschlußteile 8,9;8a,9a sind mit einer an die Profilstreifen 8,8a einstückig angeformten Anschlußfahne 9,9a versehen. Die Anschlußfahne 9 des ersten Verschlußteils ist mit der Vorderwand 1 und die des zweiten Verschlußteils mit der Rückwand 1a des Behältnisses verbunden. Ferner ist ein Schieber 7 vorgesehen, der die Profilstreifen 8,8a beider Verschlußteile 8,9;8a,9a reiterartig übergreift und bei seinem Verschieben die Profilstreifen 8,8a verschlußbildend zusammendrückt bzw. öffnungshalber auseinanderbewegt.
  • Die Anschlußfahnen 9,9a der Verschlußteile sind an ihren unteren Rändern 12 untereinander verbunden oder gehen integral ineinander über und bilden dadurch einen ersten, durch Auftrennen der Anschlußfahnen an ihren unteren, zusammenhängenden Rändern 12 zu öffnenden Verschluß, dessen Unversehrtheit die bisherige Unzugänglichkeit eines Füllgutes im Verpackungsbehälter signalisiert.
  • Zwischen der beispielsweise rückseitigen Anschlußfahne 9a und der Rückwand 1a enden die gegenüber der Gesamtlänge des Verpackungsbehältnisses etwas verkürzten Seitenfalten 2,3, die durch die Verbindungsnaht 10a zwischen Anschlußfahne 9a und Rückwand 10a mit verschlossen sind. Dies verdeutlicht insbesondere die Fig. 3, welche die Lage der oberen Ränder 11 der Seitenfalte 3 innerhalb der Verbindungsnaht 10a erkennen läßt. Bei einem Beispiel eines Verpackungsbehältnisses enden die oberen Enden 11 der Seitenfalten 2,3 etwa 5-12 mm unterhalb des oberen Randes 5 des Behältnisses, während die unteren Ränder 12 der Anschlußfahnen etwa 18-30 mm unterhalb des oberen Randes 5 des Behältnisses verlaufen. Die oberen Enden 11 der Seitenfalten 2,3 sind dabei etwa im oberen Drittel der Verbindungsnaht 10 gelegen, die eine Breite von etwa 7-15 mm haben kann.
  • Bei der Herstellung des Verpackungsbehältnisses wird die U-förmige Außenverbindungsnaht 4, welche die Vorderwand 1 mit den Seitenfaltenteilen 2,3 (und einem Bodenteil) verbindet in einem an den oberen Behältnisrand 5 angrenzenden, bis zur Begrenzungslinie 13 herabreichenden Bereich zunächst ausgespart und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt, nämlich nach Einfügen der Verschlußvorrichtung 6, nachgesetzt. Die Länge solcher nachträglich angebrachten Verbindungsnahtteile beträgt etwa 40-60 mm. Hierdurch wird ermöglicht, daß die Anschlußfahnen 9,9a der Verschlußvorrichtung 6 an beiden äußeren Enden in die jeweils gleichseitigen nachträglichen Teile der Verbindungsnähte 4 einbezogen sind, so daß auch insoweit ein dichter Verschluß gewährleistet ist.
  • Die Befüllung des Behältnisses kann von der Bodenseite her erfolgen. Es ist aber auch eine Befüllung von oben her möglich, wenn beispielsweise zwischen der Anschlußfahne 9 und der Vorderwand 1 die Verbindungsnaht 10 zumindest bereichsweise ausgespart und erst nach Befüllung nachgesetzt wird.

Claims (8)

  1. Wiederverschließbares Verpackungsbehältnis in Form eines Beutels oder Sackes aus Kunststoffolie oder einer Verbundfolie mit innenliegender Kunststoffschicht, mit einer am oberen Rand (5) des Behältnisses angeordneten, sich über die gesamte Innenbreite des Behältnisses erstreckenden Verschlußvorrichtung (6) aus Kunststoff, die ein mit der Vorderwand (1) des Behältnisses verbundenes erstes Verschlußteil (8,9) und ein mit der Rückwand des Behältnisses verbundenes zweites Verschlußteil umfaßt, wobei das eine Verschlußteil einen Profilstreifen (8) mit einem nutartigen Aufnahmeprofil und das andere Verschlußteil einen Profilstreifen mit einem federartigen Eingriffsprofil aufweist und beide Verschlußteile mit einer an die Profilstreifen einstückig angeformten Anschlußfahne (9) versehen sind, die jeweils mit der Vorder- bzw. Rückwand des Behältnisses durch eine Verbindungsnaht (10) verbunden ist, wobei ein Schieber (7) vorgesehen ist, der die Profilstreifen reiterartig übergreift und bei Verschieben die Profilstreifen verschlußbildend zusammendrückt bzw. öffnungshalber auseinanderbewegt, und wobei die Anschlußfahnen untereinander verbunden sind und einen durch Auftrennen des Verbundes der Anschlußfahnen zu öffnenden ersten Verschluß bilden, und wobei das Behältnis als Beutel oder Sack mit Seitenfalten (2,3) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußfahnen (9) mit ihren unteren Rändern (12) zusammenhängend verbunden sind und dadurch den zu öffnenden Verschluß bilden, daß die Seitenfalten (2,3) die durch eine U-förmige Verbindungsnaht (4) mit den an sie angrenzenden Rändern der Vorder- und der Rückwand des Behältnisses verbunden sind, in einem Bereich unterhalb des oberen Randes (5) des Behältnisses und dabei zugleich oberhalb des unteren Randes (12) einer der Anschlußfahnen (z.B. 9) der Verschlußvorrichtung (6) enden und an ihren oberen Enden (11) durch die Verbindungsnaht (10) zwischen der benachbarten Anschlußfahne (z.B. 9) und der benachbarten Behältniswand (z.B. 1) verschlossen sind, und daß die Seitenfalten (2,3) mit in einem zuvor für das Einsetzen und Fixieren der Verschlußvorrichtung (6) unverbundenen, an den oberen Behältnisrand (5) angrenzenden Bereich nachträglich mit der Vorder- und /oder der Rückwand des Behältnisses verbunden und die Anschlußfahnen (9,9a) der Verschlußvorrichtung (6) an beiden äußeren Enden in die jeweils gleichseitigen nachträglichen Verschlußnähte einbezogen sind.
  2. Wiederverschließbares Verpackungsbehältnis in Form eines Beutels oder Sackes aus einer Verbundfolie mit innenliegender Kunststoffschicht, mit einer am oberen Rand (5) des Behältnisses angeordneten, sich über die gesamte Innenbreite des Behältnisses erstreckenden Verschlußvorrichtung (6) aus Kunststoff, die ein mit der Vorderwand (1) des Behältnisses verbundenes erstes Verschlußteil (8,9) und ein mit der Rückwand des Behältnisses verbundenes zweites Verschlußteil umfaßt, wobei das eine Verschlußteil einen Profilstreifen (8) mit einem nutartigen Aufnahmeprofil und das andere Verschlußteil einen Profilstreifen mit einem federartigen Eingriffsprofil aufweist und beide Verschlußteile mit einer an die Profilstreifen einstückig angeformten Anschlußfahne (9) versehen sind, die jeweils mit der Vorder- bzw. Rückwand des Behältnisses durch eine Verbindungsnaht (10) verbunden ist, wobei ein Schieber (7) vorgesehen ist, der die Profilstreifen reiterartig übergreift und bei Verschieben die Profilstreifen verschlußbildend zusammendrückt bzw. öffnungshalber auseinanderbewegt, und wobei die Anschlußfahnen verbunden sind und einen durch Auftrennen des Verbundes der Anschlußfahnen zu öffnenden ersten Verschluß bilden, wobei das Behältnis als Beutel oder Sack mit Seitenfalten (2,3) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußfahnen (9) mit ihren unteren Rändern (12) zusammenhängend verbunden sind und dadurch den zu öffnenden Verschluß bilden, daß die Seitenfalten (2,3) die durch eine U-förmige Verbindungsnaht (4) mit den an sie angrenzenden Rändern der Vorder- und der Rückwand des Behältnisses verbunden sind, in einem Bereich unterhalb des oberen Randes (5) des Behältnisses und dabei zugleich oberhalb des unteren Randes (12) einer der Anschlußfahnen (z.B. 9) mit einer Aussparung (13) versehen sind und im Bereich ihrer Aussparungen (13) durch die Verbindungsnaht (10) zwischen der benachbarten Anschlußfahne (z.B. 9) und der benachbarten Behältniswand (z.B. 1) verschlossen sind, und daß die Seitenfalten (2,3) mit in einem zuvor für das Einsetzen und Fixieren der Verschlußvorrichtung (6) unverbundenen, an den oberen Behältnisrand (5) angrenzenden Bereich nachträglich mit der Vorder- und /oder der Rückwand des Behältnisses verbunden und die Anschlußfahnen (9,9a) der Verschlußvorrichtung (6) an beiden äußeren Enden in die jeweils gleichseitigen nachträglichen Verschlußnähte einbezogen sind.
  3. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Enden (11) der Seitenfalten (2,3) etwa 5-12 mm unterhalb des oberen Randes (5) des Behältnisses enden.
  4. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Ränder (12) der Anschlußfahnen etwa 18-30 mm unterhalb des oberen Randes (5) des Behältnisses verlaufen.
  5. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Enden (11) der Seitenfalten (2,3) annähernd inmitten der etwa 7-15 mm breiten Verbindungsnaht (10) gelegen sind, welche die den Seitenfaltenenden (11) benachbarte Anschlußfahne (z.B. 9) und die benachbarte Behältniswand (z.B. 1) untereinander verbindet.
  6. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen in den Seitenfalten (2,3) annähernd inmitten der etwa 7-15 mm breiten
  7. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 2 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (13) in den Seitenfalten (2,3) durch Ausstanzen gebildet ist.
  8. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der nachträglich angebrachten Verschlußnähte zwischen den Seitenfalten (2,3) und der Vorder- und der Rückwand des Behältnisses in dessen oberen Bereich etwa 40-60 mm beträgt.
