Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Trennen von Platten, die aufeinanderliegend transportiert werden, die aufweist:eine Transporteinrichtung (4) zum Transportieren der aufeinanderliegenden Plattenund ein Paar Abrolleinrichtungen (5), die dazu ausgelegt sind, zwischen einander Platten abrollend hindurchzulassen,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Transporteinrichtung (4) eine Transportbahn, vorzugsweise Rollen- oder Riementransportbahn, ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Abrolleinrichtungen (5) ein Paar drehachsenparalleler Rollen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche mit einem Anschlag (10), der dazu ausgelegt ist, eine infolge der Relativbewegung langsamer bewegte Platte zu stoppen und eine andere, infolge der Relativbewegung schneller transportierte Platte weitertransportieren zu lassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 mit einer Einweiseinrichtung (7), die dazu ausgelegt ist, die in Richtung zu dem Anschlag (10) transportierten Platten in einer auf den Anschlag (10) abgestimmten Transportebene zu halten, so dass der Anschlag (10) die langsamer transportierte Platte stoppen und die schneller transportierte Platte weitertransportieren lassen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Abrolleinrichtungen (5) mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten zwangsbewegt werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, zumindest Anspruch 2, bei der die Platten auf der Transportbahn (4) liegend transportiert werden können, die langsamer auf den Platten abrollende Abrolleinrichtung (5a) über der schneller abrollenden Abrolleinrichtung (5b) angeordnet ist und die Platte, auf der die obere Abrolleinrichtung (5a) abrollt, durch die Vorrichtung von der Platte, auf der die untere Abrolleinrichtung (5b) abrollt, herunterbewegt werden kann, um auf der Transportbahn (4) hinter der schnelleren Platte transportiert zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der die langsamer abrollende Abrolleinrichtung (5a) dazu ausgelegt ist, dass ihre Abrollgeschwindigkeit während des Abrollens auf einer Platte verringert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, kombiniert mit einer Entstapelvorrichtung (1-3), die die Platten zumindest paarweise aufeinanderliegend von einem Stapel (1) abnimmt, woraufhin die gemeinsam abgenommenen und aufeinanderliegenden Platten von der Vorrichtung voneinander getrennt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, die für Holzwerkstoffplatten ausgelegt ist.
- Verfahren zum Trennen aufeinanderliegender Platten mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche und mit den Schritten:Transportieren der aufeinanderliegenden Platten mit der Transporteinrichtung (4),Zuführen der aufeinanderliegenden Platten mit der Transporteinrichtung (4) zwischen das Paar Abrolleinrichtungen (5),Erzeugen einer Relativbewegung zwischen den Platten in der Ebene ihrer Flächigkeit durch Abrollen der Abrolleinrichtungen (5) auf den Platten mit unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit.
