Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Brettschichtholz bzw. Balkenschichtholz, bei dem Bretter bzw. Balken mehrlagig zu Schichtholz verleimt werden und das verleimte Schichtholz anschließend zur Erzielung des gewünschten Maßes gehobelt und zur Erzielung der gewünschten Oberflächengüte erforderlichenfalls an Fehlstellen lokal repariert wird, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:erste Kontrolle der Oberflächengüte des verleimten Schichtholzes nach dem Verleimen sowie Vorreparieren des Schichtholzes,Hobeln des vorreparierten Schichtholzes auf das gewünschte Endmaß,Endkontrolle der Oberflächengüte des vorreparierten und gehobelten Schichtholzes und erforderlichenfalls Nachreparieren ausgewählter Bereiche, underforderlichenfalls Nachbearbeiten der nachreparierten Bereiche.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Schichtholz zwischen dem Schritt des Verleimens und dem Schritt der ersten Kontrolle einschließlich des Vorreparierens zunächst auf ein Zwischenmaß vorgehobelt wird, welches größer ist als das Endmaß.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Reparieren durch Ausfräsen der Fehlstellen und Einsetzen von den Ausfräsungen entsprechenden Flickstücken erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Reparieren durch Ausfräsen von Fehlstellen und das Einbringen von Füllstoffen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt der ersten Kontrolle visuell durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Vorreparierens von Hand durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt der Endkontrolle visuell durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Nachreparierens von Hand durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Nachbearbeitens ein Nachhobeln und/oder Nachschleifen umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Nachbearbeitens von Hand durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schritte der ersten Kontrolle und des Vorreparierens einerseits und die Schritte der Endkontrolle, des Nachreparierens und des Nacharbeitens andererseits für jede Fehlstelle jeweils von ein und derselben Person durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4 und 7 - 11, wobei der Schritt der ersten Kontrolle und/oder der Schritt des Vorreparierens maschinell durchgeführt wird.
