Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor rail for door openings Separate the flooring, with the floor rail at its end by at least one assembly block with the door opening respectively the frame lining the door opening is.
- the aforementioned floor rails are, for example, from the German Patent applications 199 42 050 or 196 03 009 known.
- the floor track serves the screed, or the flooring between two rooms connected by the door separate.
- the floor rail is installed in the area of the door opening, suitable means are provided to the floor rail adjustable height to support the bare floor.
- suitable means are provided to the floor rail adjustable height to support the bare floor.
- To fix the Bottom rail in the frame area is known at the door opening and / or to mount on the frame mounting blocks that in the Engage the end of the bottom rail.
- For attaching the floor rail screws are used on the mounting block. adversely is that the fastening of the screws is cumbersome is to be handled. You have to use a wrench to tighten the screw head turn what is difficult to do sitting on the floor.
- the invention has set itself the task of a floor rail, as described at the beginning, to improve that it is easy to assemble.
- the clamp slide is movably arranged on the bottom rail and clamps it on the mounting block.
- You can several different arrangements can be provided. It can For example, grooves can be provided in the mounting block, which with the Interact accordingly. It is possible that the clamping slide engages in the groove of the mounting block and so a jamming connection between the floor rail and assembly block results. So by a simple Insert a secure fastening of the assembly block achieves what otherwise only through laborious work with Wrenches or the like would be possible.
- the clamp slide can also be used to block the assembly against the To clamp the floor rail.
- the bottom rail is preferably designed to be profile-shaped also other components such as a magnetic door seal or fasteners take.
- a profile-like design has Proven in production and can be inexpensive, for example by extrusion, made from metal.
- a groove is provided, which the Door seal picks up.
- the door seal is placed in the groove, so that it is movable in the vertical direction.
- the Closing works together with a magnetic Counterpart to the bottom of the door leaf by itself moved up to the counterpart.
- the mounting block is on the door opening, for example the wall or the frame, arranged and thus results in a fixed Connection between the floor rail on the one hand and the Wall / frame on the other hand.
- the clamp slide is easy to do use, it is not necessary to use tools to the Attach the floor rail to the assembly block in the door opening area. By simply moving the clamp slide to the side the bottom rail is fixed, in reverse is the Bottom rail also easily removable, for example, when still have to be adjusted. The assembly times will be thereby significantly reduced. There are also no unsightly ones and annoying screw holes on the profile, screed or floor rail.
- the clamp slide is usually through an inclined plane marked that wedge-like on the clamped or object to be clamped, here the assembly block, postpones and the two parts are sufficiently tight together jammed.
- the attractive thing of the solution according to the invention lies in that the assembly takes place without additional tools and is therefore very practical, since simply the clamping slide from the released must be moved to the fixed position and e.g. for readjustment the arrangement easily again can be solved and fixed again without any Experience restriction in handling.
- the use of Clamping screws on the other hand, are already much more complex because a tool, namely a screwdriver, is needed. Also there is a risk that the screw threads can tear out and then the arrangement no longer holds.
- the object of the invention is also achieved by a floor rail solved for door openings to separate the floor coverings, the bottom rail being terminated by at least one Mounting block with the door opening or the door opening lining frame is connected, an adjustment rail on the door opening or the frame for the positioning and fixing of the mounting block is provided is.
- This second solution is independent of the one above Executed and solved in the same way the invention Task.
- the adjustment rail on which the mounting block is movable it is possible with a few simple steps to position the mounting block accordingly.
- the can Adjustment rail on the frame, if necessary on a blind frame or on the wall or reveal in the area of the Door opening may be arranged.
- the adjustment rail is for Example oriented essentially horizontally.
- the vertical position is predefined.
- the mounting block can but be moved horizontally and positioned right there where the floor rail should sit after installation. the clamp is used to fix the mounting block.
- the mounting block is preferred on the setting rail fixed by a fastening screw.
- the mounting block or the adjustment rail on one Blind frame arranged.
- the clamp slide which is preferably movable on the bottom rail is guided in the direction of the rail end or assembly block pushed and clamped this. Through the attachment the clamp slide can be easily inserted into the bottom rail from below integrate. Alternatively, it is possible to connect a screw serves the bottom rail with the mounting block.
- the bottom rail in its altitude relative to Mounting block is adjustable and lockable. Does it result in Example after installing the adjustment rail that a slightly higher position of the floor track is needed, for example because more insulation needs to be built in, it is possible to use the Move the floor rail vertically in relation to the assembly block. For a firm connection between the floor track and the mounting block is, for example, by a screw or, if necessary, by a suitably trained person Clamping slide provided, for example on the side of the floor rail attacks.
- the invention is not limited to use only a clamping slide acting from below, as in the drawing shown below, but of course also allowed the use of a clamping slide on the side of the profile the bottom rail attacks.
- planking has several longitudinal, parallel predetermined breaking points for height adjustment having.
- the planking consists, for example, of metal, like aluminum or the like, and with the help of pliers or a similar simple tool can be used for the planking can be shortened as desired. In this way the planking optimally adapted to the floor conditions in the door area.
- Assembly foam is, for example, polyurethane or a similar plastic foam that is particularly suitable for Sound absorption and stabilization used in this area becomes.
- Assembly foam wins the Rail high mechanical strength.
- the bottom rail at its end on the bottom one Has recess.
- the top of the floor rail connects the frames or are corresponding to the frames on.
- the mounting block is on an adjustment rail mounted, this recess provided according to the invention allows that the bottom rail easily on the adjustment rail can be assembled.
- the adjustment rail for Example by gluing and / or screwing with the frame respectively is connected to the door opening.
- Fast indexing has proven itself, for example if the adjustment rail initially closes due to the meter crack assemble.
- screws inserted for a secure, firm connection, be Screws inserted. In particular, have hot glue good results.
- the setting rail serves as an assembly aid for the frame. This is particularly advantageous if the adjustment rail in front the frame is set. Because the adjustment rail on meter tear this dimension can be used to position the frame be exploited. For example, the adjustment rail corresponding, precisely trained stops or like.
- the adjustment rail is C-shaped in section trained, with a bar on the side of this C-profile followed.
- the upper edge of this side bar is thereby for example, made to measure, i.e. set to meters and so gives a reference line that is also accessible.
- the bar connects to the C-profile with a predetermined breaking point to allow, for example, that the bar if afterwards this is no longer needed by the C-profile respectively the adjustment rail is detached.
- the adjustment rail for Example through holes in the C-profile with screws on the Wall is additionally attached.
- the bottom rail has an upwardly open receiving groove has.
- This slot is used e.g. to this, sealing elements for sealing the gap between the floor and the bottom edge of the door.
- This can e.g. a magnetic Door seal.
- the invention is based on the use of a magnetic door seal in no way limited.
- the Bottom rail according to the invention is also suitable with others mechanical sealants interact. For example, we then a mechanically lowerable door seal on the underside of the door leaf provided, which is also suitable to cover the gap.
- the receiving groove has a corresponding mechanically operated seal, which when closed Door is mechanically controlled.
- Such door sealing devices can in the slot or on the underside of the door leaf are provided and will e.g. by appropriate Lever operated automatically when the door is closed.
- the bottom rail also performs a sealing function. Especially when a thresholdless door is realized there is no contact surface in the lower door area, which at seals the closed door. It has therefore long been known in the bottom rail in the upper area a U-shaped receiving groove to provide, for example, a magnetic seal is insertable. This magnetic seal works with one on the Bottom of the door arranged magnets together, the in the Groove the movable magnetic seal in the gap between the door and floor covering closes when the door is closed. In In this position, the magnet provided on the door pulls the Sealing the magnetic door seal. So, although there is no threshold a tightly fitting door is provided.
- the invention has therefore also set itself the task Bottom rail, as described in the introduction, to that effect improve that this is as universal and flexible as possible Use allowed.
- the known floor rails were not intended to be used Profile.
- the known magnetic seals are in the receiving groove so that they are movable, in particular are vertically movable to the between remaining gap between the bottom rail and the bottom of the door cover. When the door is open, the magnetic seal fails your own weight back into the receiving groove, namely if the Holding magnet from the magnetic seal during the swiveling movement of the Door is stripped.
- the cover profile should be as possible firmly cover the receiving groove.
- the invention achieves a high degree of flexibility in the area of use, without additional floor rail types to deliver.
- the floor rail proposed according to the invention is universally applicable and in particular allows use in two actually opposing each other, usually exclusive areas of application, namely the use of a fixed cover profile and the use of a vertical movable magnetic seal.
- the bottom rail according to the invention represents the various Principal uses available without the floor rail, which is installed in the screed, to have to replace yourself.
- the fastening means as a clamping web or as a terminal strip, especially as a U-shaped, on the bottom of the Receiving groove upstanding terminal block is formed.
- a sufficiently firm but detachable connection between the Cover profile and the bottom rail is, for example, by a Clamp or fit reached. A fit is called Viewed lower form of the clamp.
- the cover profile and the receiving groove corresponding, interacting Elements that lead to a jam.
- To the Example is a clamping bar on one side and on the other another element provided a clamping bar encompassing the clamping web. The invention does not specify whether now the clamping bar or the U-shaped clamping strip on the cover profile or arranged on the bottom rail or in the receiving groove are. All variants are possible.
- the fastener as a U-shaped, on the bottom of the receiving groove upstanding terminal block is formed.
- Appropriate Parts of the cover profile engage in the U-shaped Terminal strip and thus hold the cover profile clamped firmly. With appropriate effort, it is possible that Remove the cover profile again.
- the invention can be implemented in many ways.
- a plurality of attachment points in the receiving groove are provided as fasteners.
- This Attachment points are, for example, in a grid dimension arranged and correspond with corresponding mounting pins of the cover profile. The cost of materials is less, although the processing effort is somewhat higher, with a precisely fitting, adapted to the grid dimension Processing must be observed. Also the attachment points can interact with corresponding pins.
- the fastener has the task according to the invention a frictional connection between the cover profile and the floor rail to make it easy to remove the cover profile to avoid from the receiving groove.
- appropriate permanent magnets for example in analogy to the magnetic seals.
- one will be located on the bottom of the receiving groove Magnetic strip glued in.
- the cover profile is from one Profile formed, which on its lower, the groove bottom facing Side, also has a magnet. It is in particular, double use of the magnetic seal is possible.
- the magnetic seal is designed so that this installed upside down in the sense of the magnetic door seal works.
- Undercuts are provided as fasteners. This allows the cover profile, for example, in a snap or Clip connection are introduced in the receiving groove can.
- the cover profile is U-shaped.
- the both legs of the U protrude into the groove that the The web connecting the two legs conceals the receiving groove. It is possible that the web laterally over the legs protrudes and so does the profile or parts of the floor covering, especially the gap between profile and Covered flooring.
- the U-shaped configuration does not require that the Leg parallel. They can also be arranged at an angle which can cause snapping or clipping, for example in corresponding undercuts in the receiving groove can be trained in a simple manner. So at least one serves downward projecting leg of the U-shaped Cover profile to interact with the fastener. It is possible that the leg in the terminal block intervening or in an undercut intervening. Of course, the execution of the Invention to note that also an exchange of the cover profile should be possible, which is why a positive connection is sufficient.
- the floor rails according to the invention are supported, for example via screws or threaded rods on the floor or bare floor from.
- the bottom rail is in principle H-shaped and carries the U-shaped receiving groove in its upper area.
- a C-profile-like design is chosen that it allows the screw or the threaded rod to be replaced by two mutually clamped nuts can be attached to the floor rail is.
- the threaded rod or screw carries an adjustable foot on which the floor rail on the floor or Unprocessed floor rests.
- the floor rail is formed from an extruded aluminum profile. This is an inexpensive method of manufacture, with the Use of aluminum very cheap in terms of corrosion is.
- the floor rail according to the invention is schematic cut and shown in a 3D view.
- the floor rail 1 is installed in the area of a door opening 3.
- the rail 1 consists, for example, of an extruded, essentially H-shaped aluminum profile, which is made to measure cut into the door opening.
- the threshold can be formed arbitrarily and also from other Maerial exist.
- the bottom rail 1 is based on one or more, in particular height-adjustable supports 10 on the unfinished floor 34.
- the door opening 3 for example the reveal 30 or one (here frame (not shown), serves a mounting block 4.
- the mounting block is for example on the reveal, on the wall or attached to the frame or blind frame 32.
- the Mounting block 4 engages in the end 19 of the bottom rail 1.
- a clamping slide 2 On the underside 20 of the bottom rail 1 is a clamping slide 2 provided. This clamp slide is so against the mounting block 4 moves that the clamping slide on the mounting block 4 jammed and so the bottom rail 1 to the mounting block 4 specifies.
- clamping slide 2 it is possible to use the clamping slide 2 not only on the bottom Bottom of the bottom rail, but at other positions to arrange the bottom rail 1. It is also possible to use the clamp slide 2 not, as shown here, over the entire length of the profile-like bottom rail movable, but to make the clamp slide movable only in a small area. It can also grooves or not shown the like be present on the mounting block, in which the Clamp slide clamped and fixes the mounting block.
- Fig. 2 the invention is with the bottom rail not yet assembled 1 shown.
- the assembly block 4 can be clearly seen, the contour of the cross section of the bottom rail 1 in such a way is adjusted that the bottom rail 1 from above onto the mounting block 4 can be put on or postponed. If the bottom rail 1 sits on the mounting block 4, it will locked by the clamping slide 2.
- the mounting block is on one in this embodiment Adjustment rail 40 arranged movably fixable.
- the movement of the mounting block 4 on the adjustment rail 40 is, for example 3 indicated by the double arrow 42.
- the Movement takes place in a horizontal direction, parallel to Doorway opening.
- the bottom rail 1 can be set arbitrarily.
- the adjustment rail 40 extends for example about the thickness of the reveal 30 and allowed any positioning of the bottom rail 1 along the adjustment rail 40.
- For fixing the mounting block 4 on the adjustment rail 40 are fastening screws 41 in the mounting block 4 provided.
- the adjustment rail is included for example designed as a C-profile.
- the use of the invention is in both wood and steel frames possible, the invention is in the case of frames with or without floor recess used.
- FIG. 2 an arrangement is chosen as it is implemented, if a wrap-around frame without floor recess is selected.
- the surrounding frame then lies on a protruding block, for example 33 on the wall 31 on the reveal 30 on the Back of the adjustment rail 40 extends.
- the thickness of the protrusion block 33 corresponds to the overhang value of the surrounding frame in this area.
- a frame that can be installed with a floor recess, so the mounting block 4 on the frame, for example, with a Screw attached.
- an adjustment rail is arranged on the frame, which Mounting block 4 holds.
- a variant with a blind frame 32 is shown in FIG. 3.
- the blind frame is also used for frames, for example, that have no floor recess.
- the thickness of the blind frame 32 advantageously corresponds to the thickness of the frame, to be installed in the door reveal.
- a floor rail is shown, which is already installed and is covered with additional elements.
- the floor track 1 is essentially H-shaped in profile and carries in its upper region 17 a receiving groove 12, in particular for a sealing body, such as a magnetic seal 11 or similar.
- the magnetic seal inserted in the groove 12 works together with a corresponding magnetic Quite the opposite on the underside of the door, not shown here. The The magnetic seal is then tightened and the door closed seals the gap between the door and the floor.
- the floor rail 1 has planking 14 on both sides provided, for example, from Kundststoff, wood, aluminum or the like can exist. Through the planking 14 achieved that on the one hand the bottom rail 1 from the screed is delimited and on the other hand a safe separation of the Floor coverings or the screed on both sides of the Bottom rail 1 is reached.
- the planking 14 is on both Sides of the support 10 made.
- the planking is with horizontally extending predetermined breaking points 18 provided one Height adjustment of the planking or the entire one Allow floor rail 1. To adjust the height simply turn on the desired predetermined breaking point 18 removes the material, so that the desired height is obtained.
- the one through the planking 14 formed space 15 is after mounting the bottom rail 1st for example sprayed with assembly foam to a to maintain appropriate stability. It also becomes one additional impact sound insulation achieved. As an assembly foam come plastic foams such as polyurethane or the like Question.
- the bottom rail 1 is preferably attached to its two ends 19 on each side of the door opening 3 provided that the adjustment rail on both sides of the door opening 3 40 with the assembly block 4 and the clamping slide 2 is available. In this way, the bottom rail 1 secure and lock.
- the planking 14 is also sufficient as shown in Fig. 4, on both sides to the lower end the supports 10.
- Impact sound insulation is then added to the planking 14 16, for example, arranged by the screed layer.
- Screed deduction edge 13 On the bottom rail 1 is on the lateral ends above Screed deduction edge 13 is provided. This can be done, for example formed a separate, essentially L-like profile strip be glued to the bottom rail 1 or it is in one piece with the floor rail 1 or the planking 14 connected.
- the subsequent arrangement of the Screed deduction edge 13, for example by a corresponding strong double adhesive tape allows an individual height for to determine the screed, especially when different Floor coverings between the two, adjacent here Clearing is an advantage. When laying the screed this is deducted on the screed deduction edge.
- planking 14 at its upper end the screed deduction edge 13.
- planking 14 is grooved longitudinally, to the effective height simply by separating to dispose of superfluous material.
- Bottom rail 1 shown how this to a door reveal respectively a frame 35 can be connected. It is about for example, a steel frame with a floor recess.
- the Adjustment rail 40 does not extend over the entire Wall thickness, but only up to a fold.
- the adjustment rail 40 is fastened with wall screws 43.
- the mounting block 4 is longitudinally movable and by the fastening screw 41 definable.
- the bottom rail 1 has on its the setting rail 40 end facing a recess 19a through which the bottom rail is thus mounted on the mounting block 4 can be pushed on so that the end of the bottom rail the frame or reveal rests. Thus become column avoided.
- FIG. An alternative is shown in FIG. Instead of an assembly block to be slidably mounted on a rail, as in Fig. 5, is provided with a steel frame 35, a metal block welded to the steel frame. For example, from Steel frame manufacturers are provided.
- the floor track is, for example, for lightweight walls, normal concrete or wall reveals or can be used with blind frames.
- the adjustment rail consists essentially of a C-like Profile for guiding the mounting block 4 and one in the embodiment bar above. Between the bar 45 and the C-profile 46 extends a longitudinal Notch as predetermined breaking point 44.
- the bottom rail is supported by screws or threaded rods 10 on the floor or unfinished floor.
- the screws or threaded rods have predetermined breaking notches 17, through which an easy height adjustment is possible.
- the assembly of the floor rail according to the invention is considerable facilitated. Once the door opening is done, it is already possible, for example to set the adjustment rail 40. Of course, the meter must be known.
- the advantage of the invention now lies in the fact that the floor track is not a stumbling block must remain in the building. It is easily degradable.
- the bottom rail is pushed onto the mounting blocks 4 from above.
- the invention achieves a high degree of variability, there, even if the adjustment rail 40 is set, still both the horizontal position and the vertical position of the Bottom rail has not yet been finalized. Therefore can also subsequent corrections, for example due to changes in the screed thickness or the covering structure, with a floor rail according to the invention without problems be taken into account.
- the bottom rail 1 has a height has the same or greater than the screed thickness.
- additional Cladding to delimit the screed two to avoid colliding floors.
- the floor rail on the bare floor, on which then builds up floor insulation.
- the bottom rail is up in front and interrupts the screed between the two rooms. Due to the corresponding thickness, additional planking is required or insulation saved.
- FIG. Another variant according to the invention is shown in FIG. It is very similar to the solution according to FIGS. 7 and 4.
- the recess 19a serves the bottom rail 1 over the Postpone mounting block 4 and then not with that in Fig. 8 to fix the clamping slide shown.
- the clamping slide 2 is e.g. indicated in Fig. 9.
- Fig. 7 is already in the profile of the bottom rail 1 Formation 47 provided. It serves to stiffen the Profiles, especially when side fastenings or Screws are to be screwed in. A small groove makes it easier screwing in.
- This formation 47 is even further in FIG. 8 refined. It extends here on both sides of the floor rail like strips over the entire length of the floor track.
- the According to the invention, the formation 47 is not just like strips understand, but only in the sense of the invention provided in sections. Both variants belong to the Invention.
- the advantage of the shape 47 lies among other things in that on the side facing the floor Has stop groove 48 for the planking 14 (see Fig. 9).
- the planking can thus be installed in a simple manner.
- Formation 47 revealed. It is shown that the formation 47 by an insulating or step switching insulation 16 from the screed is separated. The insulation or impact sound insulation 16 gives way thereby from the bottom edge floor covering to the raw floor. In particular, this separates the floor rail and the screed 5. The arrangement is chosen so that the formation 47 itself through the insulation or impact sound insulation 16 signed and so a positive connection of the screed 5 on the insulation or impact sound insulation 16 results. This positive connection limits the vertical mobility of the Screed especially in the rail area. This will otherwise there is a risk of the floor covering lifting up in the area the rail greatly reduced.
- the Bottom rail 101 is essentially an H-shaped profile educated. Are on the outer sides of the bottom rail 101 Insulation strips 154 are provided. For example made of foam rubber or polyurethane.
- the lower region of the bottom rail 101 takes the end of one Threaded rod or screw 119.
- Threaded rod or screw 119 There are two fastening nuts for this 117 provided in a C-like design cooperate holding bottom edge of the bottom rail 101.
- the bottom rail 101 is supported on the screw 119 Leveling foot 118, which, for example, on the bare floor 151 (cf. Fig. 15) rests.
- the receiving groove 110 In the upper area of the bottom rail 101 is a U-shaped one Recording groove 110 provided.
- the receiving groove 110 consists of two essentially parallel, in-built State of vertically oriented groove walls 112 through the Groove base 111 are interconnected.
- a fastener 104 is provided in the receiving groove 110 .
- the fastening means 104 formed by a U-shaped terminal block 140, which is parallel extends to the groove walls 112.
- the terminal block 140 in one piece with the bottom rail 101 on its groove base 111 arranged, for example an extrusion process, with been incorporated.
- the receiving groove 110 of the floor rail 101 serves, on the one hand, a magnetic seal 103, for example shown in Fig. 11 d to record.
- the magnetic seal 103 is essentially in the form of an E-profile.
- the middle web 131 of the E is opposite the lateral one Bridges 132 shortened. This leads in particular to the fact that Weight of the magnetic seal is reduced without sacrificing the Impair the stability of the bar, since the middle web 131, for example, rests on the fastening means 104, such as which is indicated for example in Fig. 12.
- the middle web 131 for example, rests on the fastening means 104, such as which is indicated for example in Fig. 12.
- the magnetic ones Forces may be dimensioned smaller, or the Functionality and reliability of the magnetic seal due to the lower weight with constant magnetic forces increased accordingly.
- the magnetic seal 103 works together with a magnet 130, the lower edge of a door, not shown is arranged. Get the magnet 130 and the magnet seal 103 for example when the door is closed in Opposition, the magnet 130 located above pulls the Magnetic seal 103 on, the magnetic seal 103 with as little play as possible but not jammed in the receiving groove 110 is inserted movably.
- Bottom rail 101 is not only suitable for a magnetic seal record, but as far as a magnetic seal is not yet desired is also suitable, with a cover profile 102 to be connected, wherein the cover profile 102 'the receiving groove covers at least partially.
- 11 c and 11 b are two different variants of the Cover profile 102 shown.
- the cover profile 102 is in the essentially T-shaped, without losing the embodiment want to limit the cover profile 102 to this.
- the Cover profile 102 has a receiving groove in the Fitting profile area 124, the web-like is trained. At this web-like profile area 124 is followed by a bar 120 at right angles, which in Installation position protrudes into the receiving groove 110 and with the Holding fastener 104 of the receiving groove 110 interacts.
- FIG. 11 b of the bottom rail 101 A further variant of the cover profile 102 is shown in FIG. 11 b of the bottom rail 101 according to the invention.
- This too Cover profile 102 shown is T-shaped and has a ledge 120 projecting downwards.
- Advantageously has the cover profile 102, in particular in the Receiving groove 110 engaging part of the cover profile, here the ledge 120 protruding downwards, notches 122, for the Formation of predetermined breaking points.
- the area of application is for Example shown in Fig. 16 d and 16 e. It turns out that a thicker floor covering 152, 153 is to be laid, this configuration of the cover profile the desired one Height can be adjusted by using pliers on the Bar 120 the area is simply turned off.
- the notches form a predetermined breaking point and allow a simple and yet sufficiently precise and quick separation of the not required groin area.
- the web-like profile area 124 which contains the receiving groove 110 covers, has material weaknesses 121. These are, for example also shown in Figure 16d.
- the flooring 152 on the right side of the rail 101 is thinner than the floor covering 153 on the left.
- Forms at the material weakening 121 a hinge, which allows the coverings under Training to align a small threshold.
- the Arrangement of the material weakening on both sides allows one variable use. For example, in Fig. 16c it is shown that the covering 152 then laid is thinner on both sides as initially planned.
- the cover profile 102 is on both sides of the material weaknesses 121 bent down and closes on the surface on.
- cover profile 102 has a U-shaped groove 125 has.
- a magnetic seal 103 can be used, which between Cover the bottom rail and closed door with the remaining gap can.
- the cover profile shown in Fig. 13d is therefore very variably applicable. It starts from that in its form Cover profile 102 according to Fig. 11b, so has a principle T-like design, with a protruding downward Strip which has notches 122 on which the length of the Bar is adjustable.
- cover profile lateral webs 129 which are parallel to the middle bar 120 are arranged and a support in the Offer slot 110.
- the web-like region 124 that covers the receiving groove 110 has also material weaknesses 121 to a certain degree of bendability to reach.
- 13a, 13b and 13c are different application variants shown.
- the cover profile 102 it is Example possible to correct construction errors if, for example the floor rail installed too deep with respect to the screed has been and the floor covering 152 only at the level of the upper The edge of the bottom rail begins, as shown for example in Fig. 13a is indicated.
- the cover profile 102 is above the out the upper edge of the bottom rail 101 and covers this gap from.
- the Material weaknesses 121 not only for pivoting the Serve areas 124, but also serve as a predetermined breaking point, are separable, as is the case for example in FIG. 13b or 13c is shown.
- the floor covering 153 directly at the edge strips 128.
- FIG. 14a shows, for example, how the cover profile 102 to be installed according to FIG. 13d.
- it is a Different thickness of floor covering in the area of the floor rail balance or adjust.
- a Auxiliary bar 160 is the side with a hammer 106 protruding area 124 around the weakening point 121 knocked down until that area 124 on flooring 153 rests. If the bar is turned over, this can be done on both sides done if necessary. If necessary, the leave the right overhang 124 on the cover profile 102 or, as 14c, separated at the material weakening 121.
- the floor rail according to the invention is installed Condition shown.
- the receiving groove 110 is used to a Magnetic seal 103 to record.
- the middle web 131 in relation to the lateral webs 132 in this way is shortened that the central web 131 on the fastener 4, here a U-shaped terminal block 40, rests, and the upward facing surface of the magnetic seal 3 with the Edge of the bottom rail 101 closes.
- the middle web 132 serves to stiffen the magnetic seal, the shortening reduces the weight of the magnetic seal 103.
- the bottom rail has a height that is equal to or greater than the screed thickness. For example, this is shown in FIG.
- the base rail is usually on the foot 118 on the Unfinished floor 151.
- An insulation 150 is placed on the bare floor applied, which extends to the bottom or edge of the Bottom rail 101 extends. Then on the insulation 150 the screed 105 filled up. Now has the bottom rail 101 Thickness that corresponds to the screed thickness does not have to Additional measures to be taken in the area of Floor rail to achieve a screed separation.
- the acoustic as well as thermal insulation effect is improved by the Installation of insulation strips 154 on the outside of the Floor rail 101, between this and the screed 105. This Insulation strips 154 are simply placed on the side Floor rail 101 glued on.
- the variant of the floor rail shown in Fig. 15 is with the substantially identical to the example shown in FIG. 12.
- the cover profile shown here is also suitable to be installed in a clamping manner, for example when the groove wall 112 corresponding undercuts or recesses has, in which the legs of the cover profile or intervene by clamping.
- FIG. 16a is similar to FIG. 12 or FIG. 15 yet another variant of the floor rail according to the invention shown in a special application.
- a T-type cover profile 102 is installed, which clampingly cooperates with the fastening means 104 and that Cover profile 102 completely covers the receiving groove 110.
- the overhead profile area 124, the receiving groove 110 hidden, is essentially perpendicular to the behind ledge 120 protruding below, one at the lower end Gearing 123 has a corresponding Teeth 141 on the U-shaped terminal block 140 cooperate.
- the width of the web-like profile area shown in FIG. 16a 124 is chosen to be larger than the width of the bottom rail 101 Profile area 124 thus covers a possible gap that between the bottom rail and the adjoining ones Can form floor coverings 152, 153.
- the width of the profile area 124 the width of the Adjust bottom rail 101, which may cause a gap between the floor covering 152, 153 and the floor rail remains.
- a T-shaped cover profile 102 is a U-shaped cover profile is inserted clamping into the receiving groove 110.
- the U profile is installed the other way round, that is, the leg connecting web is oriented above and closes if necessary flush with the upper edge of the bottom rail 101.
- FIGS. 16b to 16e Various installation examples are shown in FIGS. 16b to 16e. These variants come into play when subsequently Floor coverings with modified thicknesses must be installed.
- the left floor covering 153 is thinner than the right one Floor covering 152.
- the cover profile 102 is weakened by its material 121 bent down and thus equalizes the height difference out.
- the covering is thinner on both sides, the web-like one Profile area 124 is bent twice, so the height difference compensate.
- a small threshold forms.
- the left covering 153 is thicker on one side.
- this Installation example is from the inwardly projecting strip 120 if necessary, nothing separated, since the profile area 124 not on the bottom rail edge, but one has a certain distance since the left covering is thicker and protrudes above the floor rail 101 anyway.
- the invention provides for a fixed one Connect the cover profile 102 in the bottom rail 101 is possible. To correct the difference in height is again the right part of the profile area bent down. there it is convenient to have a support bar 127 in the right Area of the receiving groove 110 to support the Cover profile 102 or profile area 124 insert to tilt and kink the cover profile 102 to avoid.
- the cover profile is also in FIG. 16e 102 not touching the bottom rail 101 (as in Fig. 16b), but used somewhat pulled out.
- this Variant it is possible to reliably coat thicker on both sides cover, the covering so over the upper edge of the floor rail protrudes. Again, from the one below Do either 120 nothing or a narrower strip the notches 122 are separated for reliable installation to reach.
- the invention claims protection for all of the above Variants.
- the invention also claims protection for individuals Details in particular in a first invention group according to the Figures 1 to 9 and in a second group of inventions according to the Figures 11 to 16.
