Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition catalytique destinée à une pile, contenant des particules de poudre conductrices porteuses d'un catalyseur et du carbone fibreux. La présente invention concerne également un ensemble membrane-électrode pour une pile à combustible, constitué d'une membrane électrolytique et d'une électrode comprenant une couche catalytique et une couche de diffusion gazeuse, l'électrode étant placée sur chaque surface de la membrane électrolytique. Au moins une portion de la surface de la couche de diffusion gazeuse en contact avec la couche catalytique comprend une couche contenant un résine hydrophobe et du carbone fibreux.
